Can't open TMNT pre-release packs
I was able to open all of the packs I purchased as well as the three sent to everybody. However, the six packs I was supposed to get for pre-release remain locked, saying "available March 3, 2026

Game freezing on android
I've already posted that my game is Freezing but I failed to include it's on the android app.
I've gathered a lot of instances that trigger the freeze such as:
-Attacking
-looking at opponent's hand
-ultima resolving and ending the turn
-Phelia exiling a token
-watching a card on my own hand
-Annihilator sacrificing a token
-trigger from weaver of souls
-opp casting their commander
-Any sweeper
-looting with pirate's pillage

When targeting enemy with an effect after a sacrifice is chosen game freezes and times me out
Buggggy game fr. After targeting opponent with a sacrifice to destroy card game lags out and starts my timeout as if I hadn't selected a target.

Token destruction bug still present
The token destruction bug that locks you out of moving is still present. Wizards will upload new shop items, new limited time events, new accessories, all while the game still isn’t playable. I’m now seeing decks constructed specifically with the purpose of setting you up with tokens and then popping them so you’re locked out of moving and forced to close the app and reboot it, loosing the game. Crashes every game when casting spells
I use an iPad mostly for this game but just for troubleshooting I tried to play on my android galaxy 23 ultra and it wouldn’t even load up. It is just crashing immediately and goes back to my Home Screen where the app icon is. On the iPad I have tried repairing the game files and uninstalling it and clearing the cache but nothing works. As soon as the tmnt arrived I never worked properly. This app became trash. I have been playing since 1994 and I enjoy the game so please help me fix this.

Onn 10.1. using wifi hotspot. Game crashes randomly when card effect animation triggers... I have toggled every combination of gameplay oce.
Game keeps randomly crashing on Onn 10.1 when card animation is triggered. Tried every combination of gameplay options. Uninstalling, reinstalling, clearing cache and storage multiple times in multiple combinations. All cards freeze in game and when it try to concede in options options symbol disappears and game stays frozen.

Priority error
My opponent cast a card draw spell with card selection at the end of my turn, tapping them out. I was given priority to cast my own spell. I waited to allow them to draw and priority automatically passed through to their next main phase. As a result I was unable to resolve my spell while they were tapped out and recorded a match loss when they countered my card draw at the end of their next turn.
You must give me priority when I have an instant or I might as well go and install hearthstone.

Client froze
Hi! Hope you are having a good day :) My client froze during an exciting draft game, which was a disappointing end to the match :( I am not sure what caused the freeze, since multiple things were going on. I am playing the powered cube event on Android. My skullclamp's trigger was on the stack during my combat phase while I was long-pressing one of the cards in my hand to read it. There is a "Conexion to the server problem"
There is a "Conexion to the server problem" that keep happening. Stops games and doesn't let me continue until I close it and re open just to happen again. I already reinstalled the game and "repare" th files. Don'r know what's going on

full screen mode not staying active
Full screen mode will not stay active no matter how many times i go in a reset it to full screen every single time the screen changes scenes it goes back to windowed mode. How do I fix this

Ranked victory caused my status to decrease
I just won a match of standard rank and the victory screen appeared and I went from two pips on diamond 3 to 1 pip of diamond 3. So I lost progress when I should have increased!

Arena on android mobile crashes multiple times per game.
I paid for draft and the game crashes multiple times per match and because reconnect takes so long I lose a turn causing me to lose the game.
This happens on multiple different format. Brawl, premeir draft, and alchemy.
I am playing on Android.
It usually seems to happen right when a trigger I control was supposed to trigger and instead it gets locked onto thinking while my timer counts down. And I have to restart the client.

Refund of coins or gems for 0-3, 1-3, 2-3, or 3-3 in drafts
Hello,
I would like to make the following general suggestion for improvement for MTGArena : The game is very frustrating when you invest a bunch of gems or coins in a draft and then lose those hard-earned gems/coins due to the algorithm, etc., because you go 0-3, 1-3, 2-3, or 3-3.
I therefore suggest that a player be refunded all coins or gems if they go 0-3, 1-3, 2-3, or 3-3. This would improve the gaming experience and encourage more people to draft. This would also attract more players to MTGArena and encourage them to try out unusual drafts that…

Bug recurrente
Se generan interrupciones de duelos en momentos aleatorios, los cuales toman como si estuviera inactivo y me hacen perder duelos por inacción siendo que el sistema no me permite interactuar ni resuelve la cadena pendiente. Problema persiste desde la última actualización hasta ahora.
