How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

  1. Eldrazi Temple Ancient Tomb Autotapper Bug

    When tapping eldrazi temple and ancient tomb to pay for kozeliks command, the autotapper spends the ancient tomb mana before spending the type restricted eldrazi temple mana. This is strictly worse than the reverse and led to me being unable to pay for daze with one colorless eldrazi mana floating.

  2. Can't view my own feedback/bugs on this site.

    If I go to https://feedback.wizards.com/users/894133237-coke-14715, I can see the bugs/suggestions I've raised over the past few years. (lots about how slow treasure tokens are. Please fix that, I am losing games because of this). But, if I try to visit one of these old posts:

    ... I get a permission denied error.

    And there's no support options for the forum itself. I assume this means the older issues have been marked readonly/closed, something - but there's no indication on the list.

  3. Stir up trouble not allowing treasure token to be sacked to pay cost

    I tried playing "Stir up trouble" and paying the cost of 1 black mana and sacrificing an artifact (My treasure token). But the game would not let me.

  4. Cold-Blooded Killer starter deck missing 3x Sengir Vampire cards after color challenge

    This bug report infinite loop is so disrespectful. I don't want to post a new idea, I want support.

    I completed all 5 colors in the Color Challenge event, but my black starter deck (Cold-Blooded Killer) is missing 3x Sengir Vampire cards. It wants me to use wildcards to craft them, but I thought the whole idea behind that challenge was that I would get all 5 decks and their cards upon completion.

  5. Bug

    Whenever a new set is added I’ve had to delete use Revo Uninstaller to remove all instances and old files of Arena on my C drive and reinstall it again then it says it’s downloading additional files and assets which is taking longer and more space.
    At times it will stop downloading freeze and I have to retry it again other times it says there is enough space or there’s an Asset Issue?!?! Wizards what is going on?? At this point just put Magic Arena on PS5 store to install on our PS5 those who want to continue with this…

  7. Eagle's rescue bug

    1 Eagle's Rescue in graveyard.
    2 Start my turn
    3 (Now i could use it but i prefer to play a land first)
    4 I play a land
    5 skips to combat
    6 End turn

  8. Historic Pauper

    I’ve really enjoyed the recent Historic Pauper events on MTG Arena, especially seeing the format move from recurring Midweek Magic events to a full Metagame Challenge. I’d love to see Historic Pauper become a permanent competitive format, ideally with its own Ranked queue.

    The repeated events and the recent Metagame Challenge make it feel like there is genuine player interest in the format. Even if a permanent Ranked ladder isn’t feasible yet, a permanent competitive queue would be a great way to test sustained demand without requiring a major commitment to seasonal Ranked rewards.

    I’d personally play Historic Pauper Ranked…

    8th riddle says reward already redeemed but I received no reward and the riddle game has not moved forward. Its been 24 hours.

  11. Umori error

    So I built a goshintai enchantment deck with umori as a companion. Every card is a super type enchantment .but I think umori is registering them as enchantment in deck build But during match it is registering enchantment creatures not as enchantment making it where I cant add it to hand deck list bellow

  14. double button on card selection, unable to finish ingame task

    When playing action on Choco, Seeker of Paradise card selection accept button appears to have two buttons on top of each other not allowing me to confirm card choice. Stuck until the game penalty for delay kicks in and ends turn

  15. "Waiting for Server" when inspecting a deck

    When you go to an event > Click on deck > View deck > Back > Back arrow on top left corner
    The game get stuck on a never ending loop of "Waiting for Server"

    So when you're trying to understand which cards are in a deck you're playing, you just have to reboot the game each time (for each deck you view)

  16. MTG Arena Error Updating Data continues

    Hello,

    as of 10.08 Im unable to download updates. i just resets, regardless of the download (example: it downloaded 50 mb of 150 mb. it throws a Error Updating Data. I retry. Instead of now downloading XX mb of 100 mb, it still is stuck on 150mb).

  17. Full screen not staying full on windows

    On MTG Arena when going to options to set full screen the screen dose not stay full when the next 'page' loads, so it will stay full though the match for example but when the rounds over it will 'forget' the setting and when it returns to the game selection screen it is again minimized. This is on windows

    The 10 2-color signets are not showing as playable in the timeless format on arena. There is no evidence that they are banned. Can you correct this deck building issue?

  19. Scrolling on Mac has been broken for years, and never fixed

    As multiple sources show (like https://www.reddit.com/r/MagicArena/comments/u47dfi/am_i_missing_something_or_is_the_macos_client/) and despite the questionable closing of similar reports (https://feedback.wizards.com/forums/918667-mtg-arena-bugs-product-suggestions/suggestions/50835080-scrolling-doesn-t-work-on-mac), and of course in my own experience of many years with MTGA, scrolling has never worked on macOS. You cannot scroll in the store as the most minuscule move on the wheel/trackpad will jump to one end or the other, leaving as the only option to try to hunt for the dark-on-dark scrollbar and drag it, same when browsing card in the deck builder, even though the arrows are an acceptable, but not comfortable, workaround. You would think that such a simple…

    Riddles in the dark—a challenge worthy of Middle-earth! Thank you for the wonderful detail of including Bilbo's riddle in the game.
