1. I am receiving constant congratulations for reaching Spark or having a quest every time i return to the home page for Arena.

   Every time I return to the Arena homepage as long as I've played one match that day, I get greeted by the spark again. spark tells me either that i have a quest or congratulations for reaching Spark rank again, despite being months since I hit Spark and progressed to actual ranked play. This happens on the Android app and on Windows. It would be lovely to have a toggle in the menu to turn off tutorial support just so we could turn this off since it seems to be a perennial issue for the service.

2. time out for token triggers

   There are a lot of posts stating that there is an issue when token doubling causes an exceptional amount of stack triggers.

   I have a proposed solution in your coding:

   You should treat any trigger that is
   -a duplicate
   -repeated more than 10 times in a row with no interceding trigger
   -stacks on top of such a trigger
   -the 250 token limit has been reached

   Then, ask each player in succession of priority whether they want to break the "infinite loop triggers", acting as if they are infinite.

   Give the players a "stop point" (i.e.- after how many triggers would you like to place a stop?) and each player gets ONE interaction to stop the loop if so desired.

   during THIS interaction, keep the timers active as normal.

   once each player has responded, pause the clocks and resolve the triggers (and skip the visuals before and after the "infinite loop" stop)

   then, restart the clocks. This should reduce server lag, as I am sure that the visuals of tracking the triggers while also representing them visually becomes a bandwidth hog. If you could get both players to trigger an override once it has been determined that neither player wants a delay-of-game to end their next turn or force a concede to their opponent, and would opt to skip visuals in favor of a more interactive gameplay experience, you would not only fix the issue, but allow the players to have a say in the event that they wanted most, but not all of the triggers to resolve before an interaction (as, when a player can deal 10 damage if the opponent has exactly 10 life, but then waiting until "gain life" triggers got the opponents' life total to exactly 10 and then breaking the chain to interact).

   You will also reduce server lag and improve the overall player experience.

   I am proposing a solution because this interaction has lost me several ranked games where I should have won on my next turn (or later in the saem turn), but the timeouts have caused me to pass through the end of my turn and/or concede on my next one - WITHOUT ANY USER INPUTS.

   so, I am penalized for allowing the game to do what it does within the rules, but the engine you have built can't run the game you have built.

   Please address this issue - it also lost me games in the Historic Metagame Challenge, meaning decks that win are underrepresented because they don't win when played inside arena, but DO win elsewhere.

   To reproduce this, play two lifegain decks against each other, then, have each player play a creature that scales with lifegain (ajani's pridemate, voice of the blessed, etc.) or one that scales with creatures that enter (skyknight squire) - or both (as is common with some of these decks). Then, give an ocelot pride or an exalted sunborn offspring and play them. If each side has a life-gainer out (soul warden, authority of the consul, Case of the uneaten feast, etc...) then when the token-double-double-double-double effects start to stack, the game will keep both timer clocks running.

   BUT, whoever had priority when the triggers BEGIN STACKING loses the game...

   ...non-negotiably. Every time.

   When over 1,000 triggers hit the stack, mainly because several permanents are reacting to the 250-token limit's triggers, your engine's protocols break down completely - likely due to the bandwidth surrounding accurately tracking and representing the triggers VISUALLY.

   The only exploit you could have is if someone knew this to be true about your software (as I do), and chooses to let the triggers run... but if they set a stop point, you could skip to that point, ask that player again, and if they had no interaction, skip to the end.

   and only the player who stopped the cycle of triggers would have their clock run - and only during the cycle's interruption.

   otherwise, the "battle clock" that governs game time would not run for either player until the trigger cycle has resolved.

   I welcome your feedback to my thoughts for how to solve this pervasive and persistent issue.

3. Rematch

   I can’t believe I don’t see the suggestion anywhere else, but there should definitely be a way to initiate a rematch. Especially in ranked. Two people can have a really good game or a game where one deck just doesn’t function correctly and could genuinely benefit from just being able to play one again. It’s totally different from the pressure of a best of three series. This is I had a random encounter with this guy who had an amazing deck, and I Want To duel him one more time with the same or even a different deck.

4. Painter's Servant

   I would like to report a bug of me being able to craft and use Painter's Servant in Historic BO1. I was not aware the card was banned in the format. I saw a video on YouTube using the card in Timeless and thought I would see if it was available in Historic since I do not like Timeless. The client let me craft x4 of the card and make a deck around it using Grindstone as well. I started in Platinum 1 and made it to Diamond 1. I then shared my deck with Reddit where I was informed that it was banned and I must have found a bug. I will no longer use the card and if I need to be reset back to Platinum 1 I understand. Thank you for your attention to this matter

5. Dark patterns. Forcing us to events in game menus.

   Feedback for WOTC.

   1. The ability to give feedback is extremely polluted, by your design. Do you believe this is good for your customers to not be able to report players easily for stalling? And leaving feedback for you to improve?

   2. You have changed the in game menus so that instead of being able to play Standard, Alchemy games etc you are priming me for the events I have 0 interest in. This is a dark design pattern and a manipulation trick that is toxic. I do not want to have to press esc just to get into the menu I want to have to press "Play" again to get into my games. You should be ashamed of yourselves for milking out every cent from your customers and also providing a ton of useless content that does absolutely nothing for most players other than increasing game time. You have lost my respect. I hope you regain it.

7. I cannot log in to MTGA customer support site.

   I cannot log in to "https://mtgarena-support.wizards.com/hc/en-us".

   Steps taken & results

   • I recently changed email address of my account via customer support.
   • Since then I cannot log in to "https://mtgarena-support.wizards.com/hc/en-us".
   • The agent said that I should post this issue here.
   • When I try to log in to the site, it redirects me to "https://myaccounts.wizards.com/account?kind=error&message=User%2520is%2520invalid%253A%2520Email%253A%2520%2520isam.fableswalker%2540gmail.com%2520has%2520already%2520been%2520taken".
     • I guess MTGA customer support site produces an error that says "User is invalid: Email: <MY OLDER EMAIL ADDRESS> has already been taken".

   • I'm using Google Chrome to access the site.

9. Missed out on half of a draft due to matchmaking bug.

   Warning to anyone who might read this: do not do any drafting until the matchmaking bug is fixed.

   1. Steps to reproduce: try drafting.
   2. Mac, via Steam, and iOS.
   3. The pack passing freezes and you don't get to draft additional cards. Then it disconnects, and when you try to log back in it stops on "Waiting for Server" screen. It lets you log back in once the draft timer is finished, but the client will have auto-drafted your deck.
   4. Expected results: being able to draft normally.
   5. N/A
   6. None so far. I have an essentially unusable drafted deck, because of the client's auto-complete. Preferably I'd like a refund of the entry fee.

10. Lasting Tarfire didn't trigger with Sting-Slinger

    1. february 2026. Bo1 draft. I used the ability of Sting-Slinger putting a blight counter on him. I expected the trigger of lasting tarfire at the end step. It didn't happened. For what's it worth I lost the game. That's disappointing.

11. Buying past alt art sets

    Please allow us to give you money by selling the past set alt art bundles instead of only selling the current set bundles. An example of this is the alt arts for Final Fantasy being locked away and not being able to buy the alt art bundles from the store because its Lorwyn season.

14. Ajani Outland Chaperone - Warning: Please take a different action or the game will end in a draw

    Playing a white black deck with Ajania OPutlander Chaperone. I used the ability to look at the top X amount of cards where x is my life total and put any with mana value 3 or less on the battlefield (26 cards looked at, 13 placed).

    Some of these cards triggered life gain when entering, others created token on life gain or 1/1 cat tokens. The arena was looping around a few times then the warning started. I had no option but to keep resolving and then it drew the game.

16. Itt has been since last patch my pets have quit displaying. I can see them in my profile but when I go to change one I can not. Zero

    Can't change pets. Pets are not displaying when I try to cahnge one. They are there when I look at profile but no other time. Been a while now.

17. Slumbering Walker Incorrect Display For Trigger

    Slumbering Walker's triggered ability at your end step displays a ORANGE DECLINE button on the right, and expects you to CLICK ON Slumbering Walker to confirm the ability.

    This goes against every triggered ability with an option to confirm/decline in the entire game. Other abilities will have decline button in BLUE, not ORANGE.

    If I've been taught by the game to press ORANGE to select things that are beneficial to me, why is this ability orange to benefit my opponent?

    I understand small case scenarios where I might WANT to decline, but not even HAVING confirm as an option on the right and wanting me to click ON THE CREATURE is downright absurd.

    This mistake cost me the game in the attached clip, and this was in the Arena Direct - Sealed Lorwyn Eclipsed Collector Booster Box Event.

    PLEASE change this to AT LEAST have the decline button be BLUE.

18. Improper rare card crafting

    I have wasted a few rare cards now on this bug, but it is counting at least one card as rare when I am crafting cards for my deck in Lorwyn: Eclipsed Standard, even though there are no rare cards specifically being crafted, or just solely mythic rare, but the amount of cards still adds up to my selected amount and thus is a slight discount on some mythic rare crafts

19. Cannot change deck type

    You cannot change the type of an existing deck. For example, when I went to change my preexisting Friendly Brawl deck to just Brawl, the dropdown menu appears behind the creatures/noncreatures info. You can still change the deck type by choosing the deck in Decks and clicking "Deck Details" but once you are looking at the decklist you cannot change it.

20. NOT COMPLETED QUEST

    At main screen will of the wisp keeps popping up telling me I have a quest to complete and to go here. See photos but there's nowhere to go. Everything's done. It's like it thinks I haven't completed something from the beginning of the game. Not sure what's going on but every single time it's telling me there's something to do but there's nothing there to do. It doesn't actually direct me anywhere
