How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

Ban Bloodthirsty Conquerer
Bloodthirsty Conquerer needs an immediate ban. There are numerous cards that make it go infinite.
In the last game I played, my opponent was down to 2 lives. They played a card that allowed them to gain one life and I had to sit there and watch my lives drain to 0.
Infinite combos should be banned in standard, and many people are exploiting this just as they did Leyline of Resonance.

concede button , Bloodthirsty Conqueror
Regarding the combo of "Bloodthirsty Conqueror" that will lose life until the end of the game. Why is the "Concede" button not available? If there are many lives that need to be lost 1 life at a time, do I just have to wait?

Shuffler
Not to mention the shuffler is tottaly favoring only **** aggressive decks players and matchmaking is rigged af. You're algorithm clear previously choose the winner of matches before them even start to begin with. 18 loose streak with 3 muligans and begining on second every **** time. And people and you're nonsense keep telling it's just bad luck !? Really!? I've could have won the lottery a thousand times by now with that probability which is obscene to experienced magic players. ***, I've been playing this before the trash Hasbro has even bought your company and the times…

mtg arena is rigged. im tired of fixed matches and game results. its obvious that wizards is cheating its users by rigging game results.
mtg arena is rigged. the matchmaking is rigged, and the random number generation is rigged. its obvious after only a short amount of time that my games are being manipulated in a way to prevent me from winning. im seeing games where the system refuses to give me tools i need, while simultaneously giving me every copy of useless cards. wizards should be ashamed of themselves for rigging their game. quit rigging matches. let players enjoy the game without having their results manipulated.

Jump In
I have played Jump In several times since Murders of Karlov Manor was released and have not been offered any of the new packets as my first selection - I was offered a new packet once as my second selection. I have played Jump In enough in the past that I should have received a choice of a new packet every time; according to your rules about packet selection.
Something similar happened for a few sets in the past where you would not get to choose a new packet sometimes. That seemed to be fixed for the last set or…

patterns in your shuffler
Since I have been able to see and reverse engineer patterns in your shuffler, If I exploit those would that get me banned, or would it be considered the same thing as exploiting hand smoothing?

Color Challenge & Duel Deck Challenge
Color Challenge and Starter Deck Duel Events not showing as complete, even though I have won with all of the duel decks and defeated all of the color challenges. I have tried logging out and logging back in, but it does not work. Please fix this

card styles
The card styles tab is bugged or something, i cannot see my colection of card styles and everytime i choose a card that i know i own a card style to i get a "There are no card styles available for this card"

Can't exit tutorial, even after restart.
I've entered the tutorial and there is no way to get back to the regular game mode unless I complete the tutorial (which I don't want to do). Exiting and re-entering the game doesn't help.

No mythic card reward mastery pass
I've won the mastery pass mythic card reward but i've recieved an uncommon reward (groom's finery). Here is the log. Can I have a Mythic reward please?

Uncommon card rewards after 80lvl
Good day! Mastery pass levels above 80 are not yielding the Uncommon card rewards. Please fix.

Enable banning players that abuse rope
Some players abuse the roping system, clearly to annoy the opponent. It's extremely detrimental to the experience and to the community. Yes, you can report players but frankly no one know if anything happens at all after that.
There should be a feature that if a player ropes every single priority more than 10 times on a game it allows you to ban that player so you don't ever play against that player again.

Rank Bug
I am not gaining rank when I win games, but I am losing rank when I lose, the ranking system is completely broken. This seemed to start when I first played BO3 in Mythic, until then I had only been playing BO1 and everything seemed to be working as expected.

the game crash and when I try to join the match, the game crash systematicaly I cannot select deck or anything when I click on play button

Improving bot matches
I would like to suggest a more diverse and challenging bot. Sometimes I want to test my deck or enjoy playing magic at my own pace and the current bot is disappointing. I don't think bot should be just for beginners.
