1. Cards get stuck mid gameplay

   The card of land is stuck in the air causing to block my creature cards and when creatures are summoned they stack each other and cant see well the card. Im on the tutorials still and when its time to block i cant tap on the card.

2. Brawl deck building bug, singleton caveat ignored. Deck is not playable

   There is some issues with Persistent Petitioners. It is one of the cards that allows you to have "any number of this card on your deck"
   But brawl is saying that my deck has an error of "too many copies of the same card"
   Obviously, ignoring the card's caveat to the rule.
   It's one of my best decks, I'd like to be able to play it.

3. Inconsistent ownership of cards between deck editor/library and Set Collection on Profile tab

   I used wildcards to craft all the commons and uncommons from the new Magic: The Gathering━FINAL FANTASY set in a single transaction. There is a inconcistency between what is available in my library and what is recorded in the Set Collection data on my Profile tab. The Set Collection on the Profile tab shows 108/109 for uncommons tracking x1 ownership, and yet my library has all 109 uncommons available in the set with x4

   I tried going to settings and using Repair game files on the Report a bug settings page. The problem persists. It appears my ownership of one of the 109 uncommons is satisfying the deck creator and library sections of the application, but not the set collection data part of the application. I had a similar but different issue with the commons. When I first crafted all the commons and uncommons, both commons and uncommons showed 1 missing in the x1 ownership of the Set Collection section. I went to investigate and started with the commons. The common Weapons Vendor would only appear in the deck editor when the filter was set to "Owned" rather than "Not-Owned." It was darkened and the pips above the card indicated I didn't own any of them and I was able to craft them there but it was odd that it only filtered in results for Owned rather than Not-Owned and I would have sworn I had already spent 4 wildcards on Weapons Vendor when I crafted all the commons and uncommons in one transaction. I mention it only because it seems tangentially related if the database entries showing my ownership of the cards were somehow generated poorly for both Weapons Vendor and the unknown troublesome uncommon when I initially crafted them all. With the uncommons, the case is slightly different as it shows all 109 unique uncommons in the deck editor, not leaving a clear culprit of which uncommon has a bad ownership data entry. I am not very concerned about whether I purchased the common item twice or more, if Vault progression is tied to the database entry issue causing the inconsistency between how the two sections of the application handle the card ownership data on my account.

5. Games doesn't start

   Can't play any game in the Arena. I try to start any game, but there is a screen of "entering Match" but it is infinite or just returnes to the main menu after a minute.

6. Cannot cast instant spells during my opponents turn

   I have played multiple games since yesterday where at a certain point into the game normally past turn 5 or so, that I do not have the option to respond to spells or phase changes during the opponents turn. So I have been unable to cast any instant or flash spells. Such as a counter spell, removal spell, etc. The only consistent I have noticed is Up the Beanstalk has been in play on my side and I have had at least one land tapped. I have had the lands available to play the spells, there has been nothing in play on the opponents side to prevent me from casting spells, and I had not pressed the auto pass turn button. I have been able to cast spells on the opponents turn earlier in the matches. The bug has been on mobile. This bug is with a Sultai colored deck screen shot attached. All matches where the bug has been noticed have taken place in the standard best of 1 playlist.

7. Sideboard in pioneer showcase don't shows the entire pool of cards, only 7 cards

   i joined the event with a legal deck with 15 cards in sideboard, but when i start after g1 the sideboard was uncomplete, i couldn't side, and so i lose the game, please check this bug, i lose my gems. please refound my gems, this wasn't my fault.

8. Achievements not triggering

   I've noticed a trend with achievements not triggering - if it's an achievement that is tracked over multiple games, it seems to be tracked correctly.
   However, if it's an achievement that is tracked over one game, it won't trigger correctly.

   I've noticed this specifically in the "reach over 50 life in a single match" and "attack with 15 or more creatures in a single combat step" achievements.

   I've achieved both of these multiple times, in the starter deck duel event.
   I know this is a valid event to get these achievements in, as I've earnt multiple other achievements while playing this event.

   As I said, it seems to work fine with the achievements that are tracked over multiple games, so the issue must be related to the individual game tracking.

9. Exhaust bug

   My opponent managed to exhaust his cards multiple times when elvish refueler was on my board and not on his. Can someone explain this ? is this supposed to work this way ? It was during a sealed event so I lost a game while I was not supposed to

10. Shuffler

    Please fix your shuffler. I've tried and tried again to tell you this but i should not be beating statistical odds every single day. I shouldn't be seeing over half my mana base in the top 20 cards of my deck when I only run 20-21 lands. On such a consistent basis. And my opponents see a 3- full playset of their liliana of the veil in their top 12. It just doesn't seem like the shuffler is programed to randomize your deck at all. But either forces your win or loss.

11. No rare card when opening Foundations packs.

    I don't have anywhere near a complete collection of rare foundations cards but am receiving gems instead of a rare card every time i purchase a pack.

12. Mastery Pass Rewards not recieved

    Mastery Pass Rewards not received. Its been several days that i have not been recieving the paid mastery Pass rewards. Until they dont fix it im not buying anything else. Its a joke we pay money for this and we dont get the gems or the card packs that we should be getting.

13. Mastery Reward

    Full Mastery Pass Rewards were not given after achieving required XP.

    I received the free pass reward, but not the paid mastery pack at Lvl 45.

    And yes i payed for the full mastery, please help.

14. shuffler

    when are you going to fix the shuffler , get rid of hand smoothing or provide another game mode where those of us who dont have the time to play best of 3 and dont want hand smoothing. There are several points as to why any of those ideas would be wise. First hand smoothing causes more mana flood/***** then the old shuffler ever did during game play and any experienced player will tell you the opening hand really doesn't mean much, it all depends on what comes after. second is unless you are intentionally messing with win rates hand smoothing is causing some questionable results ( I have over 200 hours of video that shows after 2 consecutive wins I get mana screwed. Even with a deck that is 70% land, ). Third because of the way hand smoothing works ( giving an exploit to mono decks and making deck crafting near impossible because of the mana flood/***** happening back to back , it could be argued that you broke the contract of your terms of service and they dont apply anymore.

15. Screen resolution change when entering or leaving a match

    Hi folks,

    since the release of the new edtion, my game leaves the full screen mode everytime i left or enter the main screen before or after a match. The full screen setting remains if i go to the store or the deck builder, but with every match it goes to the basic size (i have a wide screen monitor). It uncheck the setting.

    Attached is a log file but i don´t see anything that have to do with screen resolutions.

16. Sideboard doesn't submit

    Sideboard doesn't work in BO3. After clicking submit, you go back to sideboard screen and can't take action. Next game starts when time runs out, and without your sideboard changes applied.

17. Change country in account

    Due to relocation to another country I would like to use payment methods of the new country. But an in-game store on PC does not allow to change country and gives old payment methods which are not available for me now.
    Please allow change country in account to be able to use new country payment methods

18. Game not giving priority

    My opponent targeted one of my creatures which I could have tapped to gain mana before it was exiled but the game instantly resolved his spell before giving me priority. It didn't ask if I wanted to resolve the spell. It just did it automatically.

    I am playing on mobile and this non-intuitive design is stupid. Give me priority at every single chance that I can have priority, let me decide when I want to pass priority!

19. MTGA Crashes on Mac

    MTGA keeps crashing during the loading screen in Mac Sonoma 14.5 (latest version). I uninstalled and reinstalled MTGA through Epic Games to no avail.

20. When i try to purchase gems the "waiting for server" load screen never stops

    When I try to purchase gems the "waiting for server" load screen never stops and I have to quit the program to get out. I'm a Mac user.
