How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.
Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

Sideboard doesn't submit
Sideboard doesn't work in BO3. After clicking submit, you go back to sideboard screen and can't take action. Next game starts when time runs out, and without your sideboard changes applied.

Change country in account
Due to relocation to another country I would like to use payment methods of the new country. But an in-game store on PC does not allow to change country and gives old payment methods which are not available for me now.

Game not giving priority
My opponent targeted one of my creatures which I could have tapped to gain mana before it was exiled but the game instantly resolved his spell before giving me priority. It didn't ask if I wanted to resolve the spell. It just did it automatically.
I am playing on mobile and this non-intuitive design is stupid. Give me priority at every single chance that I can have priority, let me decide when I want to pass priority!

MTGA Crashes on Mac
MTGA keeps crashing during the loading screen in Mac Sonoma 14.5 (latest version). I uninstalled and reinstalled MTGA through Epic Games to no avail.

When i try to purchase gems the "waiting for server" load screen never stops
When I try to purchase gems the "waiting for server" load screen never stops and I have to quit the program to get out. I'm a Mac user.

Block Players
It can be hard to keep on top of bugs, exploits, OP'd cards & 'cheat' metas, and toxic player behavior. I'd really love at least the option to block a player and never be paired again with someone spamming 'your go' at me, metagaming with some endless loop instant-win combo, Scute Swarm, or Second Sun, or purposely trying to annoy the opponent into quitting by taking a full timer every single turn. Please give us a block option along with a friendlist that prefers friends in random matches.

Game suddenly ended with "GreError" and a forced draw
In the middle of a game, after some series of normal-seeming actions, the game suddenly stopped with a server error reading "GreError" (I assume meaning a game rules engine error?) and a forced draw from the server. (The pop-up itself said "Result: Draw", implying that the server had handed out that result after the GRE error.)
The client continued operating normally as if the match had been drawn (i.e., it showed the "Draw" result, allowed me to inspect the battlefield, returned to the home screen normally, etc.), but the match was obviously immediately stopped by this. (Thankfully a random unranked…14 votes -
Mtg Arena - problem server connection
Dear wizards,
This post is to signal a major server connection problem with the mtg arena app.
The game and the app are really amazing, but this problem is seriously ruining it all.
Basically, if you lose internet connection even for just a fraction of a second, the game stall and a message "waiting for the server" appears. But the app never reaches the server again. You can wait for hours looking at this message, but the app will never reconnect. The only way is to shut down the app and starting it again, but this process takes time and,…14 votes -
Connection loss of opponent, then timer end remained hanging
Connection loss of opponent (timer rope), then timer end remained hanging.
After 30 - 60sec I force quit application (MAC OSX)
Reconnect and GAME LOSS results, match loss result.

Opponent timer ran out then game froze
Opponent timer ran out then game did not proceed. Showed his hourglass for a few minutes then I closed program and restarted. When I came back I had a loss. Please reimburse the gems, thanks.

Sparky Challenge
I am a new player and are therefore playing sparky challenge for the first time. I've beaten her a dozen or so times but for some reason I am stuck at 2/3 wins.
I'm enjoying the game but am getting tired of only being able to do the color & sparky challenges.

draft loss after victory
finished game with a victory in draft, immediately exited to find the victory did not register on the wins progression at the bottom of the screen, and I had instead been given my third loss.

More players/multiplayer
Add the 2v2 mode or 1v1v1v1 like it was in Duels of the planeswalkers. In 2013 or 2014. It was fun and I would like to play with my friend vs other two players.

Can't buy gems or change payment method
I tried to purchase some gems from the store, when I click any $X button, it brings up the option to pay $X or Cancel, and when I click to pay $X nothing happens. There is also a button that says "Change Payment Method", and when I click on it, it also does nothing. This is on PC on Steam.

Piece it together intenisty bug
Piece it Together isn't granting extra turns when cast from the graveyard with the proper intensity to do so. It also doesn't function when copied at the proper intensity level.

When exiled with Bloodthirsty Adversary, it doesn't retain intensity, but I'm unsure if that is within the bounds of the rules.

lost match draft won
I just played a quick draft match and won (the other player clicked surrender).
Then got the feedback: "did you have fun?" - i clicked smile.
Next screen my losses added +1 instead of wins adding +114 votes -
surveil
attempting to play any card that discards chosen card from opponents hands or retrieves cards from graveyard prompts a surveil since im not surveiling the game freezes. this has happened 4 times in 4 games. time out and lost each time

unable to play instant
Hello
Playing a quick draft game the computer didn't let me the opportunity to play an instant and a enchant with flash too in the attack phase. result 2 games lost. First time I have seen this. Please resolve asap.thank you

Abilities & Acitvated Abilities Not Working
2 recent cards I use don't work.
I'm not given the option to and can't pay to activate the abilities.
The other one is that abilities do not activate when they are supposed to and have lost matches due to this.
I thought at 1st it would show up afterwards but that didn't happen.

Stuck at Retrieving asset manifest on Every device, changing network did not help, connection is over 200Mbit
I cannot open the game, stuck at retrieving asset manifest and then an error. Network tested, over 200Mbit. Changed network, did not help, changed device, did not help.
