How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

Commander in MTGA
This feedback is more a request, i don't know how hard it is to make this happen but i think it will be a HUGE deal for the magic community. Skipped Turn
Explain to me how my opponent plays one of the ultimatums on his turn, and then its somehow his turn again after that? And it was a ranked game that I would've won.
I'm sick and ******* tired of this game not working the way it's supposed to.
I spend money on this joke of a game. I'm not out of line to expect it to work properly.
Every ********** day it's something stupid with this "game". Get your **** together
And fix your file uploader too. Would be nice if I could actually upload the logs

server issue?
weird stuff is happening today. i boot the game fine, though the "connecting to the server" with the spinning loading icon did take a bit longer than usual, but i either cant find a match, or the 2 times i did it doesnt progress correctly. first of said 2 games I was on the play and got my opening hand, chose to keep, and when the clock ran down for opponent, the game crashed. second game it didnt even load any hands and this time the timer ran all the way down and nothing happened. tried to concede and nothing…

matchmaking
There is an issue with the matchmaking server. I've attempted to join the Ranked Standard queue multiple times from two separate devices (laptop with Windows PC and iPhone 15) and each time it's either taken an extremely long time to connect or doesn't connect at all. And even when it finds an opponent, the game simply stalls at the opening screen prior to where you pick a hand.

Games freezing
my matches keep freezing after deciding to keep the hand. Neither me nor my opponent get to play the first move, the timer runs out and then the client freezes or crashes

Match won’t load
Match won’t load. At first I thought it might just be historic gameplay (perhaps Arena is overloaded with something else) so I (paid 8,000 gems) entered the win a box draft and it’s not loading either. Am I sol for those gems now? Hoping you fix the bug so I/we can play the game :(

All cards are black during drafting
During premium draft just now I was drafting and all cards were black. Loging out and loging back in during the draft did not solve the issue. I would like a refund for the gems spent on the draft.

Manifest and water bending
A manifested creature with waterbend adds the waterbending’s additional cost requirement in order to flip it. You may tap creatures to help pay for this cost. I believe we should only need to pay the mana value. Ex: Benevolent Water Spirit from an Abhorrent Oculus trigger.

Bug: Avatar Midweek Magic
I entered the Midweek Magic event for the week of 11/18 and after selecting the two decks, my deck construction was only 13 spells; the rest was 27 lands. It appears all lands and no spells were added from my second deck selection.

Mac OS. Cannot Purchase Gems.
I cannot purchase gems. Every time I click to purchase more gems, I get stuck on the "Waiting for Server" screen. Its been like this for 7 minutes.

Chain veil is bugged
The chain veil is bugged. I should be able to activate Planeswalkers abilities multiple times.

Death by Vanilla not triggering
I have won three (3) different games with a deck with the only creatures in it being ability-less creatures and I still do not have Death by Vanilla.

25 Dominaria Cards Not Counting for Yargle Day's A Frog of Culture Achievement
I made a Pioneer Deck with exactly 25 nonland Dominaria cards. I played Unranked, lost to combat damage after at least 5 turns and got no credit. I'm trying not to craft more than I have to for what amounts to losing games. Last game in log is the one in question. I recounted the deck, it's 25 cards.

Hand Placement Offscreen Bug
- reproduce - start any game, mulligan or not, look at "viewing hand" and "hiding hand" placement on screen
- iOS (post-patch Arena 19Aug2025), iPad Air 11"
- Hand is hidden off bottom of screen. When hand size is one, selecting hand becomes overly difficult because it is hiding behind the "swipe up bar" portion of the iOS screen. Prior to 19Aug2025 patch, the "hiding hand" position was where the current "viewing hand" position is. Graphical artifacts are showing at bottom of screen during hidden hand. This is not tenable for play.

Arena Anthology 2 Missing Cards
When I purchased Arena Anthology 2, I got far less cards in the unlock animation than I thought. I also got x4 40 Gems due too already having x4 copies of a Mythic card? That makes no sense as the Anthology cards are unique right? Anyway I went to check and I am indeed missing most of the set.
