How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

Conce
Game was conceded without pressing button, then it did not give me the option to go into next quick draft.

Unable to Find a Match or Draft Table
Trying to find an opponent in the Arena Direct Play Booster event and never finding one. Trying to find a table in Premier Draft of TMNT and unable to find a table. Please refund the Premier Draft gems.

Unable to connect to server 2026-03-28 02:50 AM
I started a Premier Draft event at approximately 2:45 AM on 2026-03-28. After confirming my Pack 1 Pick 1 selection, the pack icon next to my player name didn't disappear. I waited 30 seconds or so before exiting the draft screen to try entering again, to confirm whether it was just a visual error or a network issue. I reopened the Premier Draft event page and was presented with the Play Blade option to begin a new draft, which prompted me to exit and restart the client. Now I am unable to connect to a server since the initial restart…

The back button in deck details isn’t working
The title says it all. Others are experiencing the same thing so I’m sure you are aware of it and triage with keeping the platform operational has it low on the list to “fix.” Not going to complain. I appreciate the entertainment and my only gripe is with the product fatigue. I guess it could be worse.

Ulamog, the Defiler Bug
When Umalog, the Defiler was bounced back to opponent's hand after placing its triggered attacking ability on the stack, the ability for annihilator x based on counters on the permanent resolved as it it still had many counters on it even though when the ability resolved it was not even on the field at all and should have been '0 counters' total

resolution bug in settings. resolution always go back to 4k after a game on windows 10.
when I play i set my MTGA display to a lower resolution than 4k, but after a game it is reset to 4k back to home of MTGA.
so I have to change my resolution before each game.
and the game always start in 4k as default.
I have an old PC, I would would like you to fix this bug1 vote -
Tishana's Tidebinder not working on Sapling Nursery
Tishana's Tidebinder not removing abilities of several permanents after an ability is countered, including Awaken the Honored Dead, Sapling Nursery, and others.

Draft Crashed
MTGA crashed during a pick-two draft in TMNT while blinking with Leo and Donatello.
Game was on PC and after game realized I didn't update NVIDIA drive since late January so it could be the casue.
Annoyed it was taken as a loss despite trying to get back in the game hoping it wouldn't count for 20 minutes then closing the client and updating drivers.
Tried to screenshot the 20 minute wait time but used Windows+Shift+S keys and thought they auto-saved in pictures, have a screenshot of the menu instead.1 vote -
Invalid user
I received the same unable to authenticate login that a-lot of other people received earlier today. It was reported that the issue was fixed. But now that I go to log in it says my username or password is invalid. And I know I’m inputting the correct information. Ive reached out to the support team and they don’t have an update for when it will be fixed. This is really frustrating as I’m locked out of my account for who knows how long.

Alernate styles not showing correctly
There's a bug with alternate styles not showing correctly when in token form.
Overlord of the Mistmoors doesn't show alternate artwork in token form.
Dollmakers Shop doesn't show alternate artwork on the stack when casting.
Donatello, Gadget Master doesn't show alternate artwork in token form.I'm on mac and iPhone.
Expected results are for the alternate artwork to always be present during gameplay when selected in the deck.

I want to be able to submit card ideas to WOTC
I think that you should make an event in MTG arena where people (with a certain amount of play time) get to submit and vote on cards to be put into either just Arena or MTG as a whole as a real card (and you could make it so that people need to pay gems to submit card idea (no photos (and maybe names) just rules text, costs, and stats)) and maybe it could reward the top 3-5 winners for getting their cards created by giving them some gems (and if you choose to make 5 or more cards you…

You can’t play creature cards with flash from the top of your deck even though Vizier of the Minagerie doesn’t specify it shouldn’t
Please fix it so that Vizier (and other similar cards) either specify on your turn or allow for spells with flash to be cast able

Mutagen Bug
The Mutagen tokens on MTG Arena on mobile are bugged. They can be activated without paying mana to ***** them, even though they are supposed to cost 1 generic mana to activate.

Why can’t I use a mythic wild card to make the Korn Planeswalker? It shows up under the mythic rare category but it’s asking for a rare wild
Please just make it so that only mythic VERSIONS of cards show up not just cards that have mythic versions because it’s not cool being unable to exchange wildcards for cards that should be obtainable

Gold Pack Progression isn't going up anymore
I purchased a Thunder Junction pack yesterday it went up. I purchased two today, and neither has counted towards the progression. I'd be at 10 if they had.
If I could see my pack purchase history somewhere, I'd send a bunch of images referencing all that, but if I can, I don't know how, nor do I know if this has ever been fixed for anyone else.

Game is broken
What the **** did you people do with the maintenance a couple days ago (late March). The servers are still *, I’m still waiting on my refund for tournament entry due to poor servers and *** matchmaking. I still haven’t been compensated for my false loses (roughly 30 at this point) due to poor servers in ranked mode which would appropriately place me in mythic. Someone has to know what to do or hire someone that’s intelligent enough to fix the issues. The same problems happening over and over again is getting old. Issue full refunds to everybody.

Cant sideboard in Play-In
After g1 in a Qualifier Play in Match, i sideboarded into another deck. When the second game started however, i was still on the first deck

gem store empty
When I launch MTG Arena from my desktop windows 10 computer using Steam, everything is fine except for the Gem tab in the store. This page opens and says there is nothing available to buy. I am unable to buy gems at all, as there are no gem options showing in the store at all. I am connecting from the United States on the east coast at 3/27/2026 between noon and 1 PM.

Play-In Win dissapeared
Had a Match-Win in the Qualifier Play-In before the login issues started. Now that i can log in again, the win dissapeared.
