How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

  1. Waiting for server then match quits to lobby

    Playing on Android. Recently I get a bug where in the middle of a match the screen goes black and says waiting for server then boots me back to lobby resulting in a loss. Essentially making mobile unplayable. Where have the hundreds of dollars spent on this game went to?

  2. Please do more to stop "roping"

    I am constantly facing opponents who "rope" to try to force a concession. Sometimes it happens multiple times a day. I cannot count the number of times it has happened. If a player is losing and they leave the game to try to get me to concede, it is rude, immature and pathetic. The problem is, this behavior is incentivized. If I don't feel like waiting around until they are forced to concede, but rather concede myself, then that player wins that game and potentially gets win rewards.   3. Pathetic rigged nonsense version of magic the gathering

    Game feels even more rigged after the new set was released, each game is massively one sided. There is no back and forth anymore, its just one player sweeping and every game in standard takes less than 3 minutes and it is completely pathetic. Truly no reason the format should be this fast, this needs to be adjusted massively to allow people to actually play the game.

  4. “Stalling” need to be punished.

    Please take measures against “Stalling”. “Stalling” need to be punished. The same goes for “AFK”&“Loop”. Please send “REPORT FEEDBACK”

  5. Stalling is getting to be a problem

    There are a lot of people stalling because they cannot win or think that they are losing it is a big problem and I hate it.there should be a punishment for this stupid stalling. Be a grown up and just scoop if you are losing.

  6. Did you have fun?

    Did you have fun? is useless. I have given the unhappy face just to get the same issue the following game that made me unhappy in the previous. If this feature is just a click something to make yourself feel better, remove it. If it is actually there for game improvement, adjust it so it can be an improvement tool. I suggest having a multiple choice for those who choose unhappy. I suggest the following is asked when someone chooses unhappy:

  7. Petrify or Kenrith - Bug

    Petrify might b ebugged. I enchanted my opponent's Kenrith, The Returned King and he was still able to activate his abilities... won him the game :(

  11. Unstoppable Slasher is way overpowered

    Unstoppable Slasher is way overpowered. It costs too little mana for what it does and it should be a legendary, not a regular card. No single card should nearly guarantee a win. It's very unfair and it's regularly exploited. It's making the game not fun. I've been playing Magic for almost 20 years. You need to ban this card from Standard.

  12. I spent 5 Mastery Orbs on 5 rare cards, the orbs are consumed, but the cards do not appear in my collection.

  13. sheltered by ghosts bug

    Opponent used Sheltered by Ghosts on one of my creatures. I killed the creature enchanted by Sheltered to get my creature back. However, it does not come back. There is a blank spot in the battlefield that was supposed to be for that creature. Then in game 2, my opening hand is missing a card, which I believe is supposed to be the creature that did not come back in game 1. Also for games 2/3, it seems there was a domino affect from this bug that caused the stack to stop showing in the UI.

  14. Sideboarding Issue

    During sideboarding for a BO3 Explorer match I was unable to select any of my sideboard cards. I could remove cards from the main deck but once removed I could not add those back in either.

  16. "Waiting for the Server..." crashes on MacOS Sequoia

    After the latest Arena update from the Duskmourn release, I have been experiencing a persistent issue where the "Waiting for Server..." screen appears for extended periods of time in the middle of gameplay.

    The disconnection happens at seemingly random intervals and can last for several seconds to indefinitely. Restarting the client will get the game started again but with a misrepresented board state.

    MacBook Pro M1, macOS Sequoia 15.0

    I have attached game logs of right after a client restart, as well as a log during gameplay (coincidentally right before one of these crashes took place)

  18. historic play with no Alchemy

    How About a No Alchemy Historic Play Option?... I Just can't comprehend how you can have Power 9 cards (that are banned in every format) and be ok with them in Alchemy, also alchemy cards are so power crept, magic is not heartstone... stop trying to be heartstone.

  20. I used a code sniffer and read the game code. STOP RIGGING IT.

    You have the worst ******* code I've ever seen. You clearly rig the game in a terrible way, just let it be TRUE RNG, stop trying to force hands, it's such ******* ********.

    In 200 games I have gone 2nd, TWO HUNDRED GAMES IN A ROW. STOP THIS. It should be I go 1st, I go 2nd, I go 1st, simple as. Don't **** people with RNG on this *, just force it, 1st, 2nd, 1st, 2nd. It's that **** easy.

    And remove your garbage illogical shuffler, it is breaking the game. It gives 3-4 copies of cards…
