How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

Best of Three Sideboard View Battlefield Bug
After the recent update when playing a best of three match, after round one when sideboarding you can no longer click on the "View Battlefield" button to view the state of the game before the end of the game.
Now the only thing you see is a black screen. This is on a Windows 11 PC.

Stuck in queue (quick draft & starter decks event)
After the recent update I cannot play quick draft nor starter decks event, I stuck at "waiting for oponent" screen. I had waited 6 minutes and nothing. I have tried multiple times, I have waited for 3-5 minutes for like 5 times and nothing, no match. Normal constructed find match worms fine.

Call a surprise witness cardstyle not given
Call A Surprise Witness style not awarded from MKM Story Festival
I was not properly awarded the alternate card style for Call A Surprise Witness from the MKM story decks festival, despite the reward being listed as given out just for entering the festival.

Lands not showing in deck builder

Land
Having issues on mobile with adding basic lands to any deck, drafting and my regular standard decks. I can't search for any and the battles keep coming up on the land tab in deck builder...

Bug when attacking with Kylox's Voltstrider
When attacking with Voltstrider, the ability didn't even trigger even though i had spells exiled with it, which ended with me losing because of that.
I attacked with it, no prompt showing to let me cast a spell exiled with it (in this case, suspicious detonation). According to the 17lands logs, the spell was exiled to use the "crew ability" but then wasn't even considered to be exiled to the vehicle for some reason.

Cannot interact with Arena via mouse after updating to MacOS Sonoma v. 14.2.1
After updating my MacOS to Sonoma v. 14.2.1, I can no longer click on anything on Arena. I can hover my mouse over things and hear things, but I cannot click anywhere. I access Arena via Epic. This is on an iMac M1. Everything else is working normally. Only Arena has this issue.

Interface freezes on MacOS Sonoma
After updating to MacOs Sonoma, I simply can't interact on the interface at all. It's just like it freezes. I can see the animations and hear the music on home menu but I can't access any sub menu at all. Just like my trackpad is broken. More, I recently tried again and I was logged out. Same issue : I was unable to reconnect as it was just impossible to enter my password. Just like my keyboard is broken. FYI I'm using Epic Games as a client to launch MTG Arena. Arena crashing during multiplayer IOS

Bug: Game crashes at random intervals during multiplayer matches. It crashes going into a match, crashes when I am attacking or switching to a players turn, and once it starts crashing it doesn’t stop. Using iPad updated to the latest patch.
Also encountering graphic glitches and freezes during gameplay.

Ashaya, Soul of the Wild and Mythweaver Poq infinite loop
If Ashaya is in play and Mythweaver Poq is played, an infinite loop begins with no way to stop it.

Isildur's Fateful Strike
I've been trying to play with the card Isildur's fateful strike in draft and it's not letting me play it. The card wasn't lighting up and wasn't an option to click on. This problem persisted throughout multiple games. I had the necessary lands to cast the card, but it would never let me. At first I thought it was a bug where it was only available when my opponent had more than 4 cards in hand, but that wasn't the case either.

Bug
There's no way for me to use MTG Arena after the Dec 12, 2023, update.
On Windows 11 PC (non-Steam client), as I run MTG Arena, I see the following screens: 1) Loading initial scene, 2) Waiting for the Server, 3) Error (see attached screenshot). I have tried restarting the program multiple times over a period of 20 hours. There's no opportunity for me to login or try another account—all I can interact with is the Error screen.

Error loading into game past update/loading
I’m not able to load in something about some crash with install. Been like this for 2 days since patching

Not able to load game
My app will go through the intro and all loading screens. When it gets to the point when I should be at main menu, it gives me an "Error Updating Data: please check your connection and try again". Error has persisted through device power cycles, router cycles, Uninstall/install. Samsung galaxy s20+5g fully updated. Any other ideas welcome

Quest progress counter not updating, reset after client crash
The quest to the left of the mastery track does not update correctly (and the counter even resets) either.
Mine requires "Complete Jump In! three times". I have joined Jump In! 4+ times, always played till I won one game, then resigned. Currently, the counter is showing 0/3.PC (Steam installation) (version: 2023.33.0.4817.1045760)
Joining Jump In! three times should complete the quest.

cant click anything on mac
I use a Macbook Pro 14"
I can open the Arena, it loads everything but then I cant click on anything. Most of the time, I also cant click on top left corner (MTGA) to end the program, I have to do it via cmd+option+escape.
Other programs work fine, just Arena...
I deinstalled it several times, doesnt help. The problem is still there if I install it on a new User on the same laptop.12 votes
