Premier EoE Draft
Was in the middle of an EoE Premier Draft (spent 10,000 coins) fresh in the release when Arena bugged and kicked me out of the draft. When I came back that same day, none of the events were visible. The next day, the rest of my cards were drafted for me (in five colors, no less) so I had to resign. Would appreciate a refund in coins/gems/draft token.

Not able to add/change cosmetics/card styles during limited deckbuilding.
For some time now, I have not been able to add or change any cosmetics or card styles other than default ones during deckbuilding in specifically limited events. Unfortunately limited events are the only serious focus for me when it comes to Magic the Gathering. It is not a bug that affects gameplay at all, but its come to the point that I'd appreciate having this bug fixed so I can enjoy cosmetics/card styles again during gameplay.

Reward Restructuring Request: Unlocking Sealed Format Accessibility
There exists a significant disparity in reward structures between Draft and Sealed events. When accounting for entry fees, Sealed formats yield approximately 400 gems lower expected value (EV) than Draft formats at equivalent win rates. To illustrate: with a 5,000 gem bankroll, players can typically engage in only 3-4 Sealed runs versus 7-8 Draft sessions - effectively halving gameplay opportunities.
While we appreciate the design intent to encourage format freedom, the current EV imbalance creates economic barriers that may deter players from exploring Sealed formats despite genuine interest. Would your team consider rebalancing Sealed event rewards to enhance format accessibility?

russian or Ukrainian language
Hello! We had russian language in MTGA before the russian invasion to Ukraine, it was okey for me. Im from Ukraine and I wonder will we have russian or Ukrainian localisation soon? I appreciate your politics against russian invasion but huge companies always forget about Ukrainians in their Ukraine's supporting. Understand me please, your supporting makes Ukrainians only worse and we have to use English in your games and this makes UX unplayable for us. English isnt our native language and its very hard to orient in lots of cards and their texts. I hope on your understanding and care…

isolation
Dear MTG Arena Support Team,
I am writing to report an issue with the card "Isolieren" (M19). I suspect there is a translation error in the German card text.
The card text displayed on the German version of the card (and on the provided image) states that it exiles a permanent with mana value "1 or more". However, in game, the card only allows me to target permanents with mana value "1".
This discrepancy significantly impacted my decision to craft this card using a wildcard, as its in-game functionality deviates from the displayed text.

I am writing to report a technical issue I experienced today, December 28th, 2024, between 6:00 PM and 7:00 PM (UTC-3).
While playing a Quick Draft match, the game client encountered a critical bug. I was in a winning position, simply waiting for the opponent to pass the turn to deliver the final blow, when the match was abruptly canceled/voided by the system.

Server disconnect and immediate reconnect resulted in recorded loss in Quick Draft Tarkir: Dragonstorm
Short version: Sudden ten second disconnect and reconnect resulted in recorded loss in a game I was about to win, making me suspect possible hack. Log attached.
Long version for trouble shoot: I was playing Quick Draft Tarkir: Dragonstorm and won my first game. Then in the second game, I was clearly winning when the server disconnected briefly. The disconnect only about five seconds total, but when it reconnected, I was back in the Quick Draft lobby. I am writing to follow up on the ongoing, critical issue of the Magic: The Gathering Arena application crashing repeatedly.
While I appreciate any effort to resolve this, the request for crash logs or other diagnostic information is currently useless to me. I have not been given clear, simple instructions on how to locate, collect, or send this information. If you require this data, please provide a clear, step-by-step guide for non-technical users.

Ban Wash Away
Hi content team! I really appreciate the recent Historic Brawl bans, I appreciate the attention to the format and the resulting quality increase.
However, there's one more card that I think would do a world of good to ban. Wash Away makes for a miserable play experience, bringing fear and anger into the hearts of any who would cast their commander.
Counterspells are an important part of the game, but this one being geared toward countering commanders for a trivial cost in a format where casting your commander is a huge part of the game is terrible.

Unusable draft cards..
I currently finished a round of Chromatic Cube draft, when in the deck building stage I cannot use any of the tri-lands I drafted because I do not have the cosmetic and I am forced to purchase in order to use . A refund of the entry fee would be appreciated as those cards were pivotal to my deck.

Wildcard Refund
While crafting some budget cards (spending only commom and uncommom wilcards) for MWM Event today, the game mistakenly used 1 rare wildcard. I am sure that the deck didn't have any rares besides the ones I already had.
In that sense, could you please refund this 1 rare wildcard on my account? I Would really appreciate it.

Bring back Final Fantasy Avatars with December 5th Drop.
I missed out on the avatars was really looking forward to the Sephiroth avatar. Bring them back for the December FF bundle drop please! I've been super busy and unable to play due to work and school haven't been paying much attention. I have almost every Sephiroth card from Magic The Gathering PSA 10. I would really appreciate another chance at those avatars.

Add a “Like” or “Heart” Feature for Opponents After a Match
After a match ends, players currently can’t interact with their opponents — which helps avoid toxicity, but also removes any way to show positive sportsmanship. I suggest adding a simple “Like” or “Heart” button after a game, so players can appreciate friendly or fun opponents without direct communication. It would promote positive player interactions while keeping things safe and anonymous.

Please see log.
Shows that GC is my deck in deck building mode (4 cards). However, when looking at the actual cards in deck, it's not there. There is no option to correct this. I issue is like this in all my decks with this card. This affects the build on all decks whether or not card is used as it affects mana count. Rendering black decks with this card "clicked" dysfunctional. Any help with this issue would be appreciated.1 vote -
Zoom in card function
Please let me able to zoom in on the card when I play. The text is very small and makes my eyes hurt (even though I have use fixed text size). The game is very fun, and this is the only pain point I have. If I can expand the card size (like when you see the gallery in Iphone) would be very appreciated. Thank you very much!

Weekly Win Rewards did not reset properly last week
Last week my Weekly Win Rewards didn't reset at the proper time, instead I had to wait a week more than the normal time for them to reload/reset.
It's particularly upsetting since this is the first time I buy the Mastery pass and because of this bug I'll end the season a few levels lower on Mastery than I would have otherwise.
I would really appreciate if somebody from the team actually contacted me about this.

Old Draft Availability
It would be so amazing if there was always a premier draft for a new set and a non-standard set! I spend a lot of time waiting for old Draft formats to come up and would love the game so much more if there was always one old(er) set available like how throne was just on. Hope you consider this and really appreciate all the work you guys do to make this game fun.

Chinese
With Chinese language removed from print since after Bloomburrow, it would be awesome to have it introduced into Arena!
Both traditional and simplified Chinese would be appreciated as language options.Chinese is spoken outside China as well, so requiring the Tencent client is not an option for everyone.
Further, having access to Chinese card text would greatly help language students as well.
Magic uses very precise, logical wording, which is not frequently found at intermediate level otherwise.1 vote
