How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

  1. MAC resolution is cropped still in 2025.

    Why does the MAC still have resolution issues? Can we please fix this before us MAC users revolt and stop spending money on this?

    I do not have this issue at all in Hearthstone. It runs almost flawlessly.

  2. Mac OS. Cannot Purchase Gems.

    I cannot purchase gems. Every time I click to purchase more gems, I get stuck on the "Waiting for Server" screen. Its been like this for 7 minutes.

  3. Client on Mac not loading due to asset manifest

    Hello,

    The Mac version of Arena is not loading. It attempts to retrieve the asset manifest, but encounters an error every time, even if I reboot the game through Epic Games.

  4. Arena Mac trackpad requires double-click

    Mac version of Arena is virtually unplayable. Using an M3 MacBook Pro. Do do anything often requires either a physical click on the trackpad or a double-tap on the trackpad. It's random and inconsistent which one is needed. Please fix the UI to unbreak it. Used the system wide setting for track-pad clicks. Having to first double-tap a card in hand to select, then double-tap again to play is awful.

  5. The Arena store is completely non-functional on Mac.

    1. To reproduce the bug: Trying to purchase anything in the store with money, or clicking on "change payment method", results in the spinning "waiting for the server" icon, which stays there forever and never resolves.
    2. I'm on Mac. A 2019 MacBook Pro, running Sonoma, which otherwise runs the game perfectly.
    3. The results are that I can't buy anything.
    4. I'd expect to be able to buy something with money.
    5. No point adding a screenshot of the "waiting for the server" screen, I assume you know what it looks like.

  8. Arena client unusable on Mac

    The Arena client is completely broken on Mac OS. For months, it has been slow, unresponsive, and crashes when opening any tabs including shop, decks, and even starting a new match. Since the update for Edge of Eternities, it has begun to crash my entire OS and cause full unprompted restarts.

    I have repaired the files, uninstalled and reinstalled them through multiple platforms, and the issues persist. I cannot even open the settings menu in game to open a bug report and needed to come to the website manually.

    As soon I get into the app the game start glitching and a freeze all the command.

  12. Details not displaying on Mac PC

    I can see the pictures on the card, but no text. Playing on MacBook Pro - MacOS Ventura

    1.   Give us the steps to reproduce the bug - 
      

      I login, and most of the graphics are blacked out - I attempt to play a round, and only the images appear for both my cards and the opponents. My cards are cut by the bottom of the screen.

    2.   Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

  13. Store non-functional on Mac

    Quite a few people have posted about being unable to purchase anything in the store using actual money (as opposed to gems or gold). Still, nothing seems to be happenig on this front, and it's not even in the "Known Issues" list. Really, people, do you not want this program to be monetized at all?

  14. scratchy crackling audio on mac as of the 2025.49.50 patch

    Per the subject, as of the most recent patch I'm experiencing very scratchy audio on macOS Sonoma 14.3 (23D56).

    It's consistent throughout all client sessions. This appears to be a resurfacing of a prior Mac audio issue with the Unity engine approximately 2 years ago (circa the 2023.1.0 Unity build).

  15. Freeze and crash of the general client user interface drafting on MAC

    On April 10th, I was playing draft and the game starts to freeze and run very slow, finally the game kicked me of and make me loose my 3rd match finishing the draft, I certainly have good options to keep winning. My internet connections worked great all the time.

    I'm running a mac running sequoia with 40gb of ram.

  16. Mac M1 Max – Massive Battery Drain & Overheating on macOS Sequoia

    After updating to macOS Sequoia 15.5, MTGA causes extreme battery drain and overheating on my M1 Max MacBook Pro (2021, 32GB RAM). Activity Monitor shows Energy Impact values as high as 2800, even with all graphics settings on low and no other major apps running. Feels like it's going to catch fire.

    I’ve verified that I’m using the native (non-Rosetta) version. Other games and apps run normally, so the issue seems specific to MTGA on Sequoia.

    I’ve seen older posts from other Mac users requesting native Apple Silicon support and improved optimization.

  17. Mac desktop is playable again, Vivi Ornitier not banned yet?!

    Good news. After uninstalling Arena and taking 6 weeks off, I re-installed Arena on Mac (macOS Sonoma 14.3 (23D56)) and haven't experienced the same litany of networking, crashes, and dead-queue issues.

    Bad news. I'm still getting this (see screenshot) false-queuing (?) error approximately once/hour, though the client immediately continues as if it never happened.

    Badder news. Vivi Ornitier still isn't banned despite continued extreme format warping in all legal play.

  18. Mac: Game crashes on startup

    Game crashes on startup since yesterday. I open arena via epic games. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling, doesn't help. Crashes while saying "loading initial scene". Macbook Air, M3, 2024.
