Very sure the cards are not random
I'm very sure the cards are not random from the top of the pile. I have 31 lands out of 75 cards. I should not be getting 11 lands out of the first 15 draws. This has happened a couple times. And the chances of that happening are about 1 in 250, I've done the math. As a software engineer and an investor in Hasbro, I'm very skeptical of how the programming is done for these fully automated digital cards to be determined, there's an algorithm I'm sure. Cards to Add to MTGA
To whom it may concern,
Currently on Arena, some modern decks are craftable and playable, with the option to test them in challenges against friends. Others are missing a card or two, sometimes cards that are in the arena but just aren't allowed to be collected.This message is an attempt to have those cards added/get an update on when they will be added, as it is incredibly helpful for testing the format. Fix your game
Magic: The Gathering Arena’s shuffler is the digital equivalent of a spiteful toddler being handed a 60-card deck and told to "make it hurt." What used to be the gold standard of strategic card gaming has been reduced to a rigged slot machine that fundamentally refuses to simulate reality. gem store empty
When I launch MTG Arena from my desktop windows 10 computer using Steam, everything is fine except for the Gem tab in the store. This page opens and says there is nothing available to buy. I am unable to buy gems at all, as there are no gem options showing in the store at all. I am connecting from the United States on the east coast at 3/27/2026 between noon and 1 PM.

BLACK SCREEN WITH CURSOR ACROSS ALL DEVICES
game is not working on windows/mac/ios. reinstalling doesn't help - i see login but when I login its black screen again. how can i paly the game that i paid money for?

Account-specific -32603 crash — one account works perfectly, $3k main account dies on same server
This is not generic feedback. This is a reproducible account-specific backend crash on your end.
Free account (realt1mg#40407) logs in and stays connected instantly on frontdoor-mtga-production-2026-57-40-2.w2.mtgarena.com:30010.
Main account (Superdave3000#06359 — $3,000+ spent) gets -32603 “An exception occurred” every single time ~12-15 seconds after successful credential login on the exact same server.
I have already tested: normal connection, NordVPN (multiple locations), phone hotspot, and a remote dev server 2700 miles away. All produce the identical result.
This is clearly your backend choking on something in my account data.
Please escalate this ticket to engineering immediately instead of sending me to…1 vote
