How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

The game froze and shut down during draft
While playing on PC during my first game after a draft, the game froze on turn two. It crashed a few seconds later, and I had to switch to Arena on mobile because the PC version wouldn't relaunch. It cost me the match.

Bug in Midweek Magic: Brawl, concerning Ninja Turtles Commander
Today in Midweek Magic: Brawl the game every time crashed when a Ninja Turtle Commander was played on either side. The game vanished without error, just like normaly shut down. Starting the game anew resulted in the same error as long as the match wasnt finished.

My game just closed in the middle of me playing a win the game turn and when I logged back on immediately it listed it as a defeat.
I was about to have a major come back win and in the middle the game crashed. I immediately logged back in and it listed it as a defeat. I did not conceded, close the app, or let my phone go to sleep, so nothing I did should have resulted in me losing the game. It 5ook me less than 30 seconds to reopen the app.

Draft bug
Good morning, while I was waiting for my opponent during the draft, the game crashed. When I restarted it, the file preparation percentage was progressing very slowly, causing me to lose the match. The game resumed several minutes later. I was in the Premier Draft and I would like to request a refund of 1500 gems. Thank you very much. Have a good day.

random disconnects
just got kicked from a game back to the lobby 6 times , and the 7th was game crashed. It's bad enough you are pushing the game into boring speed matches, cheat to favor the speed decks, refuse to fix known bugs , but are now adding poor server connections to the list. And the bad part is my opponent Tom Vorlast wasn't effected by these disconnects so is this another tactic of your broken mmr/shuffler?

It's bad enough you are pushing the game into boring speed matches, cheat to favor the speed decks, refuse to fix known bugs , but are now adding poor server connections to the list. Never had issues resolved - 4th try!
My last two issues for playin points and a premier event never got resolved but were marked as such. 20 points and 4000 gems was what i was asking for back. I suspect something went wrong with the system in refunding as I never received points or gems which is out of the usual fast response. I think the original issues were all due to server crashes at the time. While not a big deal, I do spend thousands on this app each year and expect it to work correctly when playing in events. Attempting to change deck view causes game to close
While attempting a quick draft I encountered an issue. Anytime I attempt to "view deck" the game crashes. This happened during the draft anytime I tried to check creature count/spell count and continues doing so during deck building. I have been forced to restart the game several times. I have also cleared the cache in an attempt to resolve the issue. I am playing on a Samsung galaxy note 20 so android. Any feedback/help would be appreciated. I took a break for awhile and this was the first draft attempted since coming back.

Permanent Arena connection loss
After starting the color challenge and beating the first green challenge, the game crashed and is now on the ‘Connection Lost’ screen. It works fine if I log out, but if I log back in, I can’t get into anything anymore and it boots me back to the ‘Connection Lost’ screen. I only just started playing Arena yesterday so I could get better at playing MTG and I’m upset that I can’t do anything to fix it. Game loses connection
On android mtg arena looses connectivity anytime you minimize it it doesnt matter if it's only for 1 second. Also what's more irritating is that if you have your android device to automatically connect to wifi if you are playing arena on 5g and you come in range of a saved wifi network when you automatically comment the game crashes as well. You have to close arena down reopen it just to be logged back into the match you were playing before the problem occurred just to be 2 or 3 turns behind having done nothing to your boardstate…

gem store empty
When I launch MTG Arena from my desktop windows 10 computer using Steam, everything is fine except for the Gem tab in the store. This page opens and says there is nothing available to buy. I am unable to buy gems at all, as there are no gem options showing in the store at all. I am connecting from the United States on the east coast at 3/27/2026 between noon and 1 PM.

Deck Contains More Than 60 Cards in Standard Ranked
Opponent's deck contained more than 60 cards in the Standard Ranked mode, which should not be possible. I attached a screenshot of the error with the IDs edited out. I also have an error log, but this website crashed whenever I tried to upload it (although it was 40MB which is under the 50MB limit). Not sure if this was just a visual bug or if the player was actually able to use more than 60 cards.
