TP-Link disconnects when I open the client
Hello Support Team,
Occasionally, when I launch the game, it gets stuck before the splash screen appears. At that exact moment, my TP-Link Mesh node (my desktop PC is connected to it via Ethernet) turns red, indicating a total loss of internet connectivity (I literally my network crash). As soon as I close the game, the mesh node immediately returns to green and the connection is fully restored. No reboot or manual action is needed.
This makes the game completely impossible to start when the issue occurs.

Card sleeve bug
A all black sleeve appears in my collection - trying to use this sleeve crashes the game.

Ban Doubling Season until you get multiplayer brawl
Doubling Season clearly causes many game crashes and lots of oppressive matches. It needs to be banned until you have more than 1 v 1.

Forced redownload after disconnect
When the game crashes due to a network error - e.g. personal wifi goes out, and the user quits MtgArena to try and restart, the game forces a verifying of files and a 1gb+ download in many cases. Not sure if this log contains the requisite input (prob not) because I had to restart the game. Mac client installed with Steam. This seems to be a repeated bug every time I've had a wifi disconnect, or tried to start up MTGArena while not connected to wifi.

Premier Draft
Good morning,
while I was playing a Premier Draft match, the game crashed and kicked me out, and I wasn’t able to log back in. This has happened multiple times across different drafts.
I would therefore kindly request a gem refund.Another issue is that when I launch Arena, or whenever I go to the home page, that glowing orb that talks (I believe it’s called Spark) keeps repeating the same line over and over again. This is very annoying and has been happening for a very long time. Thank you.

Death triggers kill my game…
The game crashes when a death-trigger (spontaneous “fatal push” or similar events) resolved. I would like to play magic the gathering and not watch fancy animations or silly bugs that kill the game, and my mood. Is it possible to just program an app, that is working? After watching two games, where the time fuse goes down in a powered cube draft, I got pretty angry. Maybe I start printing just my own cube and play on paper with friends. Will cost me much less money and nerves. The fact that the Arena-Support is not really responding makes it…

MTGA.exe is not responding during Win11 PC PickTwoDraft
During a PickTwoDraft, on PC, Win11, the game crashed multiple times, and after I reopened it, the turn already advanced and I lost the game and ranking. "MTGA.exe is not responding" appeared several times, and "MTGA - Unity 2022.3.62f2_7670c08855a9" appeared once. I don't think I can give the steps to reproduce the bug. Just play until it crashes. Is there any way to determine why it crashed?
I also can't submit this message with the 3.1 MB .log and the 2.8 MB png or 0.3 MB jpg. This page says "Sorry, we couldn't submit your request."

Weftstalker ardent
Whenever I try to cast or warp weftstalker ardent my game keeps crashing. Has been happening for the past ~6 games.

Game-breaking bug
During a match my turn timer was counting down but I had no prompt to interact. Then the app crashed and I had to force close causing me to lose entire turns.

iOS mobile deck building
After todays update the menu of deck type is crashed on iOS iPad.
Also another thing while creating a deck on mobile version of mtga there is a problem with creating sideboard. Please fix this

Hofri Ghostforge + token doubler
Whenever the token created by Hofri Ghostforge (STX 192) would be doubled, such as with Anointed Procession, the game server crashes. Play cannot proceed, nor can players concede, though the client is still fully interactive.

Instant speed priority bugged
Playing on iPad I was storming off in brawl with Ral Crackling wit. Partway through casting all my spells I ran into a problem as the game crashed with me holding priority but unable to act preventing me from triggering my ultimate and setting up a fun turn.
During the game I also experienced priority passing in bad way when I passed priority on an opponents trigger in order to respond after they resolved it I didn’t get priority back and auto passed through to the following main phase allowing my opponent to untap and draw then cast before…

Game breaking bug during ranked matches
While playing ranked games, if I am about to win, the server suddenly crashes. I try to reconnect, but then the timer runs down and never runs out. The only way out is to exit the game completely, because even attempting to concede the game does not end it.

Kicked out of matchmaking right after finding match
Playing on iOS. Was queued up in arena cube for my 4th game and the game crashes and kicked me out. Then i got stuck at a loading screen. I had to restart the app and when i got back in, the game downloaded a small update then went put me into a game where i had missed my mulligan and almost my entire first turn.

Freezing
Four days after the TMNT update...and you still haven't fixed the freezing and crashing issue? Maybe it's time to start hiring people who actually know something about programming, since the morons you have now tend to break the entire game every time they try to add something... What a bunch of idiots. It takes some absolute retards to take the greatest game ever made...and make people hate it.. But you always find a way.

opponent found a way to force me to lose using server connectivity
I was playing an opponent on ranked when the game "crashed" it locked up and said server disconnected. It force resets the client than i load back up against the same opponent when the client locks up again at the player vs screen. No problem on my opponents before, after or during until I was about to win. This interaction has caused me to receive two loses on ranked against the same player. I have a screen shot of the opponents name. The time was about 13:47 UTC.

Issue with Quick Draft, Again...
So this is probably the 3rd or 4th time where the system crashes, then when reconnected I get an interface which misrepresents game states or is not able to function in a way to allow gameplay. I believe all have been in Quick draft. All on my Google Pixel 9(Most recent software) It is frustrating to spend time to draft and construct a deck but not be able to play out the event.

Bug - Audio and Visual issue.
Platform - Android Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra.
Game was up to date and recently reinstalled a couple weeks back because of previous audio crashes/issues. Jumped into a brawl match and the game disconnected straight away, had to click reconnect (this was on stable WiFi as well) sent me back to the main screen but with the match audio/ music still playing. Hit play for it to put me back into the same match only now I had 2 game audios and songs playing over the top of eachother. The texture on the board was also real screwy with weird…1 vote -

since the Jan 13, 2026 - Game Maintenance - Lorwyn Eclipsed Update, I'm having trouble with my account. First it was sudden crashes, which is inconvenient but overall ok. But since Wednesday Jan 14, I cannot access my regular account any more. When I log in, the screen goes black or has a stuck “Waiting for server” wheel. Nothing happens any more.I tried all the suggested measures in the Q&A. Nothing helps. Also tried different devices. Same thing.
