How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

sort by acquiring timestamp
Let us sort cards in collection by timestamp last time acquired so it is easy to spot what we got recently if for whatever reason we skip through rewards/recent packs. Furthermore - if there is suspicious behaviour it would be easy to spot if card was awarded or not.

Bundle purchase bug
I made a Bundle purchase with gold coins in game, and the cards did not appear in my collection, even though the gold coins were deducted.

[Mac OS] - Client is stuck at Login Queue
Under Mac OS - 12.4
Description: the client is unable to log into the account.
Expected behaviour: After client is open, the user credentials are verified and if they are correct, client log to application
Actual behaviour: After the client is open, the client displays a Login Queue message, "We are experiencing heavy load at the moment, and your login has been queued", it does not login regardless of how long the client is open
NOTE: localization seems to be mixed, most of the message is shown in english, however the "Play" button, is replaced by "Jogar", mixing English to…

I have not been playing for very long, having started in 2019 upon hearing about a great free to play game called Magic Arena. I had always been interested in magic from afar since original Innistrad but had never been able to play due to pressure from my parents. I can't read a card during a draft (only a token created by it is visible)
The displaying of cards that create tokens got worse some time ago but never was annoying enough for me to report it, until I encountered a split card that creates a token during Decathlon 9 Omniscience Draft. This is pretty self-explanatory - just look at the screenshots. I'm not able to read the card during my draft, I have to check it on the Internet. My screen resolution is 1920x1080.

Annointed Peacekeeper Does Not Activate Eye Indicator on Cards in Hand
Cards that allow an opponent to see cards in one's hand are supposed to produce an eye indicator on each card that an opponent has seen. This does not happen when Annointed Peacekeeper is cast as it does when other cards that produce the effect when they are cast.

Loran of the Third Path cost mana to activate ability
When I tapped Loran of the Third Path to activate its ability for an opponent and me to draw a card, the game tapped three lands for mana. The activated ability does not cost any mana.

not all (decathlon) tokens visible in the UI
Not all tokens are decathlon tokens are visible (I have all 10) in the UI, also my play in points are not visible in the UI.

visual bugs during qualifier play in bo3
While playing the event it was giving me visual issues which prevented me from playing properly. It would whiteout every block on the screen I could click. I’ve never seen the issue before.

game phase glitch affecting mana
My stupid game took all my mana as I was making a 7/7 golem with mask of the jadecrafter which I needed to make sure I had enough blockers to stop lethal damage and it didn't let me do it fast enough and changed my phase automatically for me into combat making me lose all 7 mana that I just tapped!!

“This ability triggers only once per turn” duplicate triggers
(iOS)
As of most recent app update, enchantments such as Xander’s Wake or Ghoulish Procession trigger multiple times when more than one creature leaves the battlefield at once (ie, boardwipes). Thus far I have only seen a double trigger resolve regardless of how many creatures were on the board initially. Seen in Historic Brawl consistently over the past week+.1 vote -
Gameplay
My attack phase is about to start. The battlefield is laid out: opponent has Kessig Naturalist, Howling Moon, Arlinn The Pack's Hope, one 2/2 Wolf Token. Right before my attack phase, opponent plays Tovolar Dire Overlord out of nowhere. There was nothing played prior that allowed them to play a creature on my turn.
I was winning. After this I left the game.

Freezing during the event
Freezing during load up screen during events causes me to lose and my gems and makes me move into the loser category and I'm losing precious gems 4× this has happened within the last couple hours of me playing gyms are not cheap nor are the resources that I build up on my profile just to lose them over something that I have no control over

Dominaria United draft glitch
I’m playing on an iOS platform. My match of Draft started without the option to mulligan and no control over anything on the screen. Subsequently, the count down timer was still active through all of this and resulted in a loss for myself without a match ever being played. I have a screen recording of the match and the bug that transpired, but when I tried to upload, it was telling me that it wasn’t supported. I can upload it to Wizards through email for further proof. Thank you

Keldon flamesage
My opponent attacked me with keldon flamesage while I had negate in hand with mana up, but the spells cast with flamesage’s ability would resolve without going on the stack so I could not respond. Shouldn’t it use the stack like any other spell being cast?

Duplicate protection gem notification
Request to receive notifications when given gems for duplicate protection feature.

DMU packs dissapeared or duplicate protection not working
I just got 5 DMU packs for constructed season sep 2022 end. When I opened the packs, I just got 5 cards with pictures of a gem on it. I don't know if I received gems, but I shouldn't have received gems due to the fact that my DMU collection is not complete.
