How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

Squee, Dubious Monarch stained glass card style doesn't show up in game
Despite unlocking and selecting the stained glass art style of the card 'Squee, Dubious Monarch' in my decklist, it doesn't show the right art style during Standard Play matches. Seems like a repeating issue with art styles in the history of Magic Arena, that gets no responses on this forum.

Direct Play Bo3 does not allow 15 sideboard cards
If you try to play a "Direct Game" deck with your friends, you are only allowed to have 7 cards in your sideboard, meanwhile if you play "Direct Game Rebalanced" you can have 15 cards in your sideboard.
Is this intended by WotC? How is it that if you want to play Pauper with your friends you cannot play with 15 sideboard cards unless you play rebalanced cards? Feels really awkard tbf.

Black screen mobile (iOS)
I literally just figured out the problem. I was looking at other peoples tickets and seeing if they had the same problem as I do. I saw one guy had the same exact problem as I did… he submitted a “screen recording” of his iPhone and I noticed his phone was “in Thai language.” This was an odd coincidence, so I thought maybe this is “our” problem… I changed my phones language to “English” and low and behold - it worked! The game is not accessible, dynamic draft fee
I tried MTGA when it first came out, but have not played more than maybe 20 games total. Now I am really eager to get into magic, love the draft format so I started to do some research on how to get going.
First of, I am not against using money to play or support the game, I would gladly spend a larger, one-time up-front fee, or splash some money on the occasional in game fluff for example. I do not really have the time to grind for currency, and my preference is to play draft to experience the game…

[game loop] no draw, impossible to quit the game as Windows crashes after memory loaded at 100%
the message "please take a different action..." is displayed but after one hour of loops and more than ten resets because memory is full the game can not be quit... and I can't loose cause the game MUST be a draw.

Infinite turn loop
Ran into an infinite turn loop. Uses the new Oracle of the Alpha's Time loop, Shigeki, Jukai Visionary, and a card that can draw Shigeki from the graveyard (Urborg Repossession) and any creature that can attack and deal damage or maybe like a card that deals damage to player also. Not sure how hard it is to reproduce but i had it beat me twice in two matches in a row. If this is a design choice fine but not sure on stances of infinite loops so figured id bring it to someones attention.

kairi, the swirling sky
i have dennick, pious apprentice on board and my opponent blocked with kairi, the swirling sky and theirs died and my opponent was able to target 2 instants in his graveyard while dennick remained on board.
i will include the log.
but this happened after combat damage. i had both the disturned dennick and the regular one on the board and a couple of other irrelevant creatures.

Scurry Oak Combo/Tokens on mobile
When trying to play the scurry oak combo on mobile the tokens don't stack, they continue to spread out as individual units. After so many you have to scroll all the way back to scurry oak, this takes forever and is a time waste for the player and opponents. When playing on the pc the tokens all stack together, for whatever reason they do not on mobile. Please fix this. This deck is fun but pretty much unplayable at the moment on phones. Thank you!

sleeper agent card syle reward for emblem earn as reward in midweek magic event
I received a card style for a sleeper agent emblem during midweek magic that appeared to part of a special event. I cannot locate this card by searching my card styles and it appears to be an error of some kind. Others have posted about this on reddit so I know I am not the only individual who has been awarded a card style for an event emblem that cannot be used.

Beginning Step out of Order
I believe the beginning step is ordered incorrectly. I've been lead to believe the order is untap, upkeep, draw. However, when using the card Triskaidekaphile, I began my turn with 13 cards in hand, but it's win condition did not resolve. I believe this may be the result of the draw step occurring before upkeep. It could also be the count was off because I had a foretold card, but I cannot be sure. I was on android in a game of friendly brawl, if that helps.

Freezing for the fourth time! Totally unplayable. Losing rank because of four undeserved losses already.
Game cannot keep up with actions. It seems to freeze after certain options chosen. It kind of slows down and takes a minute then eventually freezes all together.

Multiple Crashes in a single match
I was playing a DMU Premier draft match and got the dreaded "Lost Connection to the Server" message. I restarted the client, was able to take a single action and it crashed again. This happened 3 times, causing me to skip multiple turns and lose the match. It was my third loss, so I can't play out the event. I'd like a refund for this event, thanks

Consider bug in historic ranked.
I encounter this problem here and there when using the card Consider with Velomachus Lorehold. I believe the problem happens due to Velomachus looking at the top 7 cards, and consider looking at the top First. what happens is the top card from consider isnt revealed and you just see all cards faced down. youre then stuck on that screen and are forced to close the MTG ARENA tab as there is no waiting it out.
This problem also happens when attacking with Velomachus, using Invoke Calamity, a 5 mana spell and then Consider to equal the 6 mana maximum…

Sheoldred Stop on Upkeep
When I'm tapped out and my opponent casts Sheoldred, it always goes direct to draw, skipping their end step, and my upkeep, not even allowing me to put a stop on my upkeep. This has frequently happened while I have an instant speed removal spell in my hand, which I would use on my upkeep to prevent the loss of life on the Sheoldred trigger. Am I supposed to always have a stop on my upkeep in expectation of them playing Sheoldred? I think that's unreasonable.
