How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

  1. Quit stealing from people?

    Hi. I would like to suggest you introduce a true RNG for game play and stop adjusting probability whenever you see fit to keep players from going infinite. I've never seen such a joke. It's criminal how much you allow things that just don't happen in actual magic play. Today I was matched up with the same opponent twice, consecutively, which isn't supposed to be allowed in competitive play. Unfortunately there's no governing body who makes sure you aren't affecting the probability of what's supposed to be a fair game.

  2. world tree fetching slivers

    Playing historic brawl. Opponent had a sliver deck. He did not have any cards on the battlefield that would change their creature type. He used the ability on the World Tree to search for Gods. Instead he pulled out every sliver from his deck onto the battlefield. Sliver creature type is not God.

    Please fix the bugs surrounding the sliver creature type. There are many.

  3. Dark Intimations Bug

    Opponent casted Dark Intimations on me. I only had Scarab God and one insect token. I was unable to select either creature and timer ran out. Once priority passed as a result, my token became permanently tapped and greyed out but it remained on the battlefield.

  4. Don't remove ideas that are inconvenient for the CEO.

    If that leads to a solution to the problem, the CEO's replacement proposal probably doesn't violate any rules.
    And this is not a tyrannical nation, and you are not a censorship machine.
    I seriously believe that the expulsion of CEO Chris is essential to fundamentally solve the current MTGA problems.

  5. Reaching Mythic rank sets ranks to Beginner

    Steps to reproduce:
    -> Reach Mythic (was in Limited for me)

    Platform: PC

    Actual results I'm experiencing: my Limited and Constructed rank both show as Beginner Tier 0, both in and out of game. When I win a game, I get no update to my rank afterwards - only a "Victory" screen.

    Expected results: profile and in-game should display Mythic tier and rank; end of game screen should update numerical rank.

    Obviously this is really bad :D

  6. Did not recieve mythic card from mastery pass upon hitting level

    Did not receive mythic card from mastery pass upon hitting level 62 of the mastery pass. No prompt after the game in which I reached that level.

  7. Bug with vespilark combo

    I was playing against vespilark combo. They Were timing out and then all of a sudden they went infinite and then both user got the losing explode animation and it went to sideboard. Then it gave me the victory but only for one and not the best of three. This happened on game two after I won game one

  8. Non ho ricevuto il premio maestria del lv. 30.

    Stavo scartando il pacco di carte ricevuto con il lv maestria 30,ma non mi ha dato nessuna carta e il gioco si è bloccato. Chiudo, riapro e non mi da ne la busta da scartare ne le carte nuove. Come posso fare?

    Historic brawl commander pairing adjustments don't seem to be working. Getting paired with Golos time and time again is ridiculous!!

  10. Historic Brawl match making

    Something is wrong with you matchmaking for Historic Brawl. I'm playing a 5-color Niv deck. I know it's one of the top-tier decks, and before the update I was mostly paired up with top-tier decks, like Golos, Bolas, Jeskai Narset, the Izzet Prismari head, mirror matches, Kinnan, etc. But now I ONLY get paired with one of three decks: the Prismari head (SO MUCH!), Jeskai Narset, or the mirror. That's it. The past about 30 games, have only been one of those three. Something's wrong. I play other decks and get matched against Golos, etc. , so I know people…

  11. Don't make the master levels so hard to attain for a regular player with a life.

    Please make the max level of the mastery tree attainable for a casual player. I have a life and I am wanting to spend less and less money for something I cannot completely attain simply because I do not have the time to attain it. That or make things outside of questing give XP. Do something to counter balance this.

    I open the game and I was assigned some rewards for the end of the month, but the rewards were not actually added to my gold count.

  13. Conclave Mentor and Cleric of Life Interaction

    There are two interrelated bugs involving Cleric of Life’s Bond and Conclave Mentor. First, when a Cleric of Life is on the battlefield and you play Conclave Mentor, the Cleric of Life does not always gain life, despite stating that “Whenever another Cleric enters the battlefield under your control, you gain 1 life.” Second, the Conclave Mentor, when life is gained, seems to negate any addition of +1/+1 counters.

    I saw this previously, but figured I was a fluke. But today, had a very clear situation: one Cleric of Life on the Board, played a Conclave Mentor. Triggered the gaining…

  14. Fireblade Charger Bug

    Fireblade charger card will not do damage to the opponent after it dies. Has happened three times across several games.

    It should do damage to the player. When the player is clicked it skips the damage portion all toegether.

  16. Unable to selet/read/target jaded sell-sword

    In game [ios, ipad] opponent played jaded sell-sword and I was unable to block/target/read/select it at all. It was only this card.

  17. problem with adventures in the forgotten realms mastery

    I just bought the adventures in the forgotten realms mastery pass and I did not receive the token for a draft that they give when you pass level 15, I received the packs and everything else but not the token

  18. Ranking is broken, not moving up or down

    Constructed rank not moving up or down, been stuck on platinum t1/2 pips for 2 days should easy be diamond by now. Doesnt go up or down.

  20. Earn a new deck stuck at 0:00:00
