How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

  1. Decks have been deleted

    All of my Favourited decks have been deleted, it looks like the addition of the new player decks to my collection ticked me over the 75 deck limit, and rather than deleting my least played/incomplete decks my decks that I actually play with every day have been deleted

  2. Nyx Mountain Bundle style bug

    I encountered a bug when purchasing the card style. I could not purchase the mountain style, because I purchased this style separately once, but I did not have the full art lands. Now I can find the mountain style in my card library style, but I cannot find the card in the basic style. Therefore, I cannot purchase again now. Please help me solve the purchase problem. Thank you.

    [Japanese][Translation] Wrong card name: Dragon Turtle

    Wrong Creature Type.

    Japanese [Dragon Turtle] should be "ドラゴン・海亀", not "竜亀".

    (card name is correct. But Creature Type is wrong.)

  4. Deck strength matchmaking in historic brawl

    The deck strength matchmaking is super messed up in the permanent brawl queue. Before the last patch it was working great and I generally got matched based on power level, now I just get matched vs fully tricked out decks with s tier commanders like golos no matter what power level the deck I choose is. If you don't factor the commander and deck strength back in I am just going to quit historic brawl.

  17. Authentication Failed for "User name" bug

    When trying to open the game in my PC, I keep getting an error message saying that "Authentication failed for 'username'" instead of logging in to the game.
    Regardeless of what I've tried (reinstalling, updating, updating through Epic Games), I can't solve this issue.
    I've seen A LOT OF USERS have been affected by this issue, but still there is no answer or workaround.

  19. Authentication Failed For User

    After I log onto to MTG Arena on a windows, I immediately receive a message saying "Authentication Failed for Aliensummer" (My username)

    I've tried to restart the windows, and I can see it loading the card base data behind the window but I am unable to log on.

  20. Failing Authentication changed PW and reloaded app

    Unable to log in after reloading app due to same problem. It gives me a failed authentication error and prompts me to reconnect where it loops and repeats the process immediately after the log in screen. Using IPhone.
