How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

SNC Premier draft Frozen
Premier draft froze during a ranked draft during pack 2 and as a result, by the time I could reload the client, I had missed everything from there until halfway into pack 3. I would like a refund so I can fail at drafting without arena's assistance.

Friend Challenge Crashes
The Friend Challenge system seems to be broken. It takes multiple tries to get a friendly challenge to be successful. Some errors I've had include:
- When challenged, press accept challenge, pulls up select deck screen, select deck, press play, button becomes unclickable and challenge doesn't start
- When in deck select screen, press play, loop occurs with a pop up saying that if I leave the page the challenge will be canceled, and whether I press cancel or select deck, the pop up reappears until I log out and log back in

Timeouts reduced!!
Please for the love of god, reduce the amount of time people have to play cards. It literally starts from the beginning of the match.
Players have about 2 minutes or more until the timer runs out to decide whether or not they want to mulligan. It doesn’t take that long and players are abusing this ability.
Then, once the game starts, players will take over 30 seconds to play one land on the first turn. How does it take over 30 seconds to play one land?!

Restless Bloodseeker Bug
I had Restless Bloodseeker on the field and 3 blood tokens. I cast Sorin the Mirthless, and used his ability to create a 2/3 flying vampire with lifelink. My life was at 11. Opponent attacked on his turn with Westgate Regent, and I blocked with the 2/3 flyer. My life increased to 13, but at the end of the turn, I didn't get another blood token. Restless Bloodseeker was still on the field. Log attached.

Banned cards in decks
I have been playing arena since the original release and well, now that there is a banned list and restricted cards, I'm noticing that I keep dueling decks with these banned cards. Mostly I play against decks that constantly have demonic tutor in them when the card clearly states its banned in historic, traditional historic, and historic brawl. I would love to know why I keep running into decks that use banned cards while I'm stuck using the bad versions.

Open all packs option steals cards
I bought a New Capenna Prerelease box today and used the code in Arena, accidentally clicked open all packs and it opened 1 pack, didn't open any more and none of those cards are showing up in my collection??

Streets of New Capenna Alchemy draft is stupidly unbalanced.
Just played my one (and will be my only) Streets of New Capenna Alchemy draft. It was absolutely miserable. The alchemy cards are ridiculously overpowered relative to SNC, as a result they just warp the game. Every single game depended on who drew their alchemy cards first. Not a fun format,would not recommend it to anyone.

Lands Not Loading
Lands from Kamigawa are not loading properly since the patch. I have attached the image I am getting for all of my lands.

Kamigawa full art lands show wrong image
Kamigawa neon dynasty full art land styles broken since today's update. Instead of art the lands now show something looking like a rock or maybe card border.

Alchemy New Capenna Draft Shows Theros Beyond Death Pack Graphic
Note how as the packs get passed, it looks like it's a Theros Beyond Death draft when it should be a New Capenna Alchemy draft pack.

Launcher gets stuck at "Checking for active matches", eventually disconnects from server, prevents me from playing
This needs to be fixed, as it is preventing me from playing a game I have paid actual money for. Please either fix the issue, or refund me the money I have spent on this game. I have paypal records that have the exact amount I have spent. I am baffled as to why it is "checking for active matches" right as I try to launch the game. I have uninstalled and reinstalled, with no effect.

Store error: internal error
I can’t buy things in the store with gold or gems that I have. I bought the $5 beginners pack or whatever it’s called. Now I get “store error: internal error”. Don’t know what to do. Wanna spend money but it won’t let me.

Mythic wildcards for rares
If there's no way to trade up wildcards, can you at least allow us to use mythic wildcards for rare cards to help with the massive bottleneck at the rare card slot? I have plenty of mythic wildcards just wasting space.

New Capenna premier draft pool has incorrect cards from the ones drafted
i payed for a new capenna premier draft and several cards i drafted were not in my pool come finish including a couple rares!

Day/night cycles after my combat, prematurely ends my turn
(1) Opponent plays Graveyard Trespasser. Day/night cycle begins for the first time.
(2) My turn begins.
(3) I cast no spells before Combat phase.
(4) After Combat, Day/night cycle switches, I get no 2nd Main Phase nor End Step, it is immediately the opponent's turn.On MacOS Monterey 12.4

Product Suggestion
Provide a toggle to turn on/off screen shake. The screen shake that happens when I get attacked can be unsettling when I use my larger monitor and many other games offer this feature.

The game crash
The game crash when i go in the decks menu...... 2 times i reinstall. And i buy 2 cartes in promotion, and they are not in my decks, not found. I started your game since 1 day and that start to already ******* me off......
