How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

  1. New update = automatically losing all my draft games?

    This has happened to me a couple times now. When there is a new update and I am in the middle of a quick draft run, I update my client and when i re-open, I am given prizes based on how many wins I got for that event. Even though I hadn't lost three games, it's just assumed I lose the remaining. Why do it like this? At least give me a win for each remaining loss or something.

  3. Baulders Gate draft mode dissapeared after completing deck.

    I entered a Baulders Gate draft and after I completed my deck the system said "Unable to submit deck" and sent me to the homescreen. The Baulders Gate draft had disappeared so I could not reenter the draft. I need a complete 1500 gem refund. What a waste of time.

  5. ALCHEMY REBALANCING FOR AUGUST 11, 2022 is so frustating

    If u want to rebalance for the qualifier, do it 2 weeks earlier, not 2 days before the playin, atleast u must refunds all the cards used before the "nerf" , i spent almosts 30 rares and 10 mythics for this meta, and now all my testing going to **** bcs of this patch, THANKS WIZARDS!
    P.D. i hope this is a warning for all devs of this format

  6. Crask when i research a card by its name

    The screen always freeze (need to close the app) when i resarch a card using its name in the deck edition. Can't edit any deck at a moment

  7. Draft pick dropped me

    Was dropped two thirds into a premier draft for new Capenna, was unable to pick the rest of my cards, computer forced picked, can I get a refund for the mastery token I spent?!

  8. Midweek magic reward rare I already had 4 of

    I already had 4 Haunted ridges but I obtained another one from my Midweek Magic reward on 11th of August 2022. I immediately went to my collection and no card with "new" appeared.

  10. Matchmaking deck-size filter

    Please implement a configurable "deck size" filter. I play decks within the typical 60ish card limit built with particular strategies in mind.

    I have ZERO interest in playing against some rando's 200+ (effectively random draw) pile-o-cards.

    Auto-conceding at least 1/2 of my matches does not make for a competitive format and wastes my time as a competitive player and deck-brewer.

    Aside from removing offensive mill (a long-time concern), I would never wish to restrict creative deck-building. Don't restrict players' ability to make these large decks, but please allow those that wish to play an actual "strategy" go up against those…

  11. Client Slow Start (2022)

    After the last update - 2022.18.10.4216 (4216.947450) - the client in my PC takes too long time to start. As I write this report, the screen shows "Gathering local files 72%". This never happen before. After start the client, the message "Waiting for server" is often and long. It is obvious this client is not stable for PCs.

  12. Mythic Packs

    Hello, here some feedback:
    I came back to MtG Arena, because you implemented Mythic Packs and a display of the Vault progress! Finally, its possible to complete collections.
    I just saw this new features and I will again spend much money for MtG Arena.
    It is really rare that companies do such good moves!

    Next good move would be to make each and every cosmetic that ever existed available in the shop :) Don't have timely limited content!

  13. Naomi, pillar of order ability not triggering

    Naomi, pillar of order has an enter battlefield ability, so when it enters battlefield it should provide a samurai token.
    When my opponent channels the Colossal Skyturtle's ability it should still have a samurai token form the enter battlefield effect

  14. Where is the catch-up XP for this set's mastery pass?

    The mastery pass for Alchemy Baldur's Gate is not achievable with a normal 15 wins per week and clearing all quests. How about putting some thought into the length/levels of the mastery? Are catch-up events or XP codes coming?

  15. Annoying Store-reminder

    Daily routine:
    Start the game. Gathering card database. Wait for sever, click on the store to remove the "we-have-new-deals-indicator", wait for server, click on home, wait for server, then some more waiting for the server. Play the game

    Why don't you just send us directly to the Store instead of the Home screen. That'll save us some clicks, some time and some nerves.
    Or you could just give us the option to hide store-notifications... haha.

    Can you have a special button on mobile to check connectivity.
    Many times i lost a game thinking my oponent was the one disconnected.
    Also. Please, reduce graphics on mobile. Hard to see how many cards are in oponent’s hand.

  19. Stuck in game

    I frequently get stuck in game in a status where I cannot do anything (even concede). The animation is normal. This bug shows up in both vsPerson and vsBot. I suspect it is a connection problem that the program does not detect the disconnection, so it stops reacting.

  20. game start draft crash

    1. I had clicked Play to play the sixth game in a premier draft
    2.  PC Win 10
      
    3.   I could not get to the game. The client crashed. I clicked to stop it and tried to restart. It said it got disconnected from the server. I tried to reconnect/retry several times. Once I finally got through I saw I had been given my 3rd loss. I would like a refund in gems for this premier draft.
      
    4.   I expected to be able to play my draft game
