2. alchemy draft ended early please refund

   Due to a system crash, the alchemy premiere draft was ended early which meant I didn't have the opportunity to play all of my games. I had reached 1 win and no loses but was then just assigned 3 losses. Please could I have my gems refunded as this was not my fault and not an expected end to the event.

3. Bug: Meathook massacre in cube draft did not gain life

   I cast meathook massacre in the cube draft and my opponent had 4 creatures while I had two. all the creatures died properly, and he lost life due to my creatures dying, but I didn't gain any life due to his creatures dying.

5. loading card database

   Stuck on loading card database after 8/12 update on PC. updated successfully, played for a half hour or so, closed the app, opened it later, downloaded another update, and now i'm stuck here:

6. Improvements to deckbuilding interface and shop

   While deckbuilding on MTGA it would be nice to see how many cards I have of a certain set, like 256/440 cards of the selected set, and 40/ 60 full sets 4/4 this way I know fairly fast if and what set I want to add/buy to. See illustration.

8. Sideboard bug

   Actual Outcome: Best of 3 sideboard reduces in size to 7-card Best of 1 sideboard. Remainder of sideboard edited out of the deck after match.

   Desired Outcome: That whenever I challenge a friend to a Best of 3 match that the game allows each of us to use our selected sideboards. That I will not have to edit the deck to add the sideboard back into the deck for the missing cards.

   I have had this happen numerous times with two different friends. I also have no issues using the Best of 3 sideboard during normal Traditional matches. The issue only happens during direct challenge. The forums that did have answers from Wizards moderators/bots said to check the forum. There didn't appear to be any answers to this problem posted that I saw.

9. Utilizing the gold coin system more effectively

   Hey Wizards! I had a new idea to incentivize player game play and to take a wack at the economy of arena. From my own personal community and from forums online, one of the biggest complaints I hear is that MTG arena is a strictly pay to win game as it doesn't offer players many ways to be fruitfully rewarded for hours of game play. It's due to the lack of incentivized prizes that players struggle to create more rare wild cards to craft the top teir meta deck of the season. Not only that, but there is also another issue that many players in my community complain about that goes a bit unnoticed. You see, when a new expansion comes out for arena, there have been situations where the same card from a previous set is being reprinted.

   I've heard complaints about players not needing their 12 copies of opts in their inventory and wished that they could trade them in for some value. That's when this idea hit me, why don't players have the opportunity to turn in their useless commons and rares into real in game value? The gold coin system was meant for players to be incentivized in playing the game long enough to get more packs for free by completing quests. However, this system has been extremely under utilized and it has even reduced further now since the open event games changed their rewards. Before, players could play for more gold coins to get more packs, but now it has converted them to gems. This only makes the economy even tighter than before and under values the coin system. So why don't you let players have the opportunity to convert their cards into gold coins so that they may buy more packs for free?

   Think about it, if players can buy packs for free on arena for 1000 gold coins each, wouldn't it be a good idea if players could receive about half of their value back from every pack? Before you do the math in your head, I've done it for you and it's pretty straight forward. Every arena pack comes with a set of 5 commons, 2 uncommons, and 1 rare or mythic. If we prioritize mythics having the most value among the valuable cards in a pack with a maximum value of 500 coins then the descending order should be: commons 20 coins each, uncommons 50 coins each, rares 200 coins each, and mythics 300 coins each. I believe that by implementing a system like this we can get more players to play the game and increase sales revenues with in game purchases that reward their players for paying into the game. 10. MTG Arena iOS | Unlicensed Hearse becomes unusable after exiling 10+ cards with it.

    Should be simple to reproduce. I had 8+ lands and I exiled 10 cards with unlicensed hearse. Every time I tapped unlicensed hearse to bring up the options of tap: exile cards or crew 2, it would extend out displaying all the cards that it has exiled, but the unlicensed hearse itself was now off the right of the screen and I couldn't tap it again to tap or crew it.

13. Make Arena more enjoyable

    For the love of <insert religious figure here> can we please make Arena more enjoyable? I love this game, but it has some huge flaws, some of which are very actionable.

    1. The economy is terrible. Needed to be said, even if it's not going to change...

    2. It's a combative game by nature, and with most things, you tend to enjoy winning more. This is very hard to do when you're winning at most, around 55% of the time. So, what can we do to help enjoy this more? You possibly enjoy losing if it's a fun game. Let's look at some ways we can improve the fun.

    A). Reduce the timer in non-ranked ques. As the game starts, people don't need something like 2mins to select their deck and play their turn 1. Speed this up dramatically. They lose nothing if they forfeit coz they went AFK, but means ppl like me don't spend forever just waiting for matches to start. I want to play the game, not sit there waiting for ages because me opponent went to get a drink. It's non-ranked!!!

    B). You've nearly put a lifegain deck in the format. These decks are virtually jank, as you have to contribute to the board, and need both life gain and payoffs to come together, so this comment is true for many Teir 2 or lower decks, or jank decks in general. Putting me against 75% board wipe and and massive-interaction decks is no fun. I don't have a chance, but you force me to play for 10mins against a deck I can only win against, if they stumble massively? It's not fast, and it's not fun. And my only option is to forfeit something like 70% of games once I see their plays (after often waiting 2 mins for them to actually choose their deck and start playing). Reconsider matchmaking so janky/ non-tier decks can actually be played, rather than just smacked in the face repeatedly by decks that, for all intents and purposes, they have no chance of winning against. This should be a rare match up, rather than a huge percentage of the matches I play. I'm sure 75%of people aren't playing control... Could people, actually say, have some fun playing non-tier decks against each other. If people want to play control, let them play each other forever and shoot it out. That's the type of game they want to play. I don't particularly enjoy long slow games where I lose, just so you can up the winrate of someone else who's lost too many mirror matches in a row.

    C). Reduce griefing. If people want a 'tournament' experience, let them do it in ranked play. But let's keep things moving in the 'Play' ques. Do people need to be able to use 4 rope timers when they have nothing to do, just because they're salty? Do people really need a total of 3 mins to play Turn 2, when it's not tournament play? Reduce the wait time on early turns, or where board states are pretty simple (in non-ranked play). Again - more playing = more fun. Less people griefing = more fun.

    D) In draft, why am I forced to take a card after 20secs, then wait 30 secs to even see the next pack? This seems to happen because someone further up the chain is taking the full time on picks 1-3, slowing down everyone's draft experience. Either speed them up, or allow me to get bonus draft time on later picks, rather than the program choosing for me, then sitting there for minutes, waiting for the last 5 picks to come my way. I shouldn't be rushed, if there are no cards waiting for me to look at.

15. Premier draft wiped after rebalancing cards

    I had a Premier Draft Baldur’s Gate tournament with 1 win and no losses. After today’s rebalancing update, it’s completely gone. I understand you may have to do this because the cards changed, but I would really appreciate my 1500 gems refunded to me.

17. Puzzles (for example "Win this turn" or "Survive this attack")

    I remember playing some mtg game on xbox360 more than ten years ago. It had a puzzle play mode where you entered a pre set board and for example had to survive an attack or win during your turn. Often they were tricky and only possible to solve making use of unique interactions between cards. I wonder if you have had any plans to implement something like this on arena. A daily puzzle or something like that.

    Too bad these aren't actually playable. It's only possible to look at the cards and calculate. There doesn't seem to be many other places where one can find such puzzles either. At least I can't find much.

19. Gladiator Rewards not Copy Protected

    I got two cards as a reward for participating in the Gladiator event - a Sacred Foundry and an Erebos. However, I already owned four copies of those cards. I think I may have been awarded gems for them, but why not make these rewards copy protected like you do for other events?

20. prismari command targeting myself for token and 2 damage to opponent

    I in a was in a standard event casting Prismari Command using the two modes of creating a treasure and 2 damage to any target. I chose myself as a target for the treasure and 2 damage to my opponent. The damage went to the opponent correctly, but they also got my treasure token upon the spell resolving.
