How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

Cloud Key from packs and quick draft not going to my library
For some reason, the Cloud Key artifact is not showing up in my library. I just drew one from a pack and went to check my library to make a deck with it. I was unable to search for it and thought that was odd since I bought many brother's war and already had several, including this last one. A few days ago, I also picked one for use in my quick draft deck. However, they are all missing and I can't find them at all. Please help, anyone also experiencing this?

Bug / The Stone Brain

In my match today, in Ranked best of 3, i played The Stone Brain and the game appeared to freeze up and looked like it was waiting for the opponent to do something. It sat like this for a long time. The list of possible card names for The Stone Brain had not appeared. Then i got the orange bar but i could not click anything or choose anything. Then i lost the match DEFEAT after the bar ran down. Keep Alchemy cards in Alchemy
Keep Alchemy cards in Alchemy. I feel as though I got ripped off by MTG. I paid money for Mythic Wild cards. I turned one in and the card I got is not what I wanted. I bought The Meathook Manicure to play in Historic as the card was spoiled. I want to play the ORIGINAL version of the card in Historic. Alchemy is a scam designed to rip me off. Money Fraud.

Carbon Black Antivirus thinks Arena audio file is Bitcoin Miner
After the November update for Brother's War the antivirus software, Carbon Black thinks the audio files in the update are Bitcoin mining software. The game will launch to a black screen with a cursor.

unfair server makes Magic unplayable at a high level
Whenever I am playing an important game, your server disconnects without telling me, so I play a card. Then I find out the card has just disappeared from memory, even though I can still see it in play. I can't use it, or target it, or get it back. THIS IS TOTALLY RUBBISH PROGRAMMING. Sort yourselves out, you're pathetic.

Unable to block and instant not working
Attacked by 2 creatures one is 3/4 and another 6/5 with ward 1. Before blockers declared I cast Luxurious Libation on my 3/1 (making it 4/1) and the 1/1 token spawns gives my Venom Connisser deathtouch.
Then combat resolves without giving me any chance to declare any blockers. So I was unable to kill both of his attackers (1 by 4 damage and 1 by deathtouch).

Game freeze after returning from messenger floating button
I know arena doesn't function well when switching between app Windows, but this is the first time my game froze after just coming back from messenger floating button. When it didn't come back for a while, I restarted the app trying to come back into my draft match. I got the 'Unable to get collection' message and then the game never loaded (i waites for about 5 minutes). Since this was a game for the 3rd win in premier draft and I was on a good path to victory, I think I deserve a refund for the draft. My e-mail…

(new) Ivory Tower not appearing in collection
Ivory Tower card is not appearing in my collection. Twice in last week-- once opening deck of cards and once in Quick Draft. Neither artifact card is in my collection.

Hello I used a draft token to enter a BRO premier draft. I didn't play right away because I had to leave for work but I did finish picking my cards for my deck. I noticed when I played my first round on the next day that when I had my first match loss it recorded it as 2 losses on my draft. I don't know if this is a common bug but I have attached my log for reference.

Issue playing the fall of kroog
Sometimes, I cannot play the fall of kroog using treasures. I had 4 red lands, 2 blue lands and 2 treasures that allow me to get mana of any colour and yet it was not allowing me to play the fall of kroog. I could play all other cards in my hand. I'm on PC.

I had a token copy of Jaxis, The Troublemaker from Ratadrabik of Urbor but couldnt use his ability with mana generated from Secluded Courtyard , even 1 turn later i dropped an original Jaxis, the Trouble Make to be able to get red mana from the plaza of heroes but still couldnt use the ability of the tokenCheck the zombie tokens pls Jaxis, the Trouble Maker token zombie
this is a common bug but not 100% repicable¿ maybe 80%?

Game issue draft
Hello i had a problem with my last draft game i dont why whether my opponent did some dirty trick or if it was just bug in a game i was abt to play a sorccery and suddenly the sign of clock appeared and i waited for like 6 mins then i restarded app and i got loose. Stone Brain Not Working!
Stonebrain doesn't give me a textbox forcing me to timeout and lose for inactivity. This is a really bad issue! I have lost ranked games for this!

Matchmaking in historic brawl
Seriously, fix it. Playing against decks you have no chance with is absolutely stupid. It will only drive players away. Sitting around and watching someone else play is not fun and continue to bring down the amount of people playing this game.
