How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

  1. Cut scene not able to be skipped

    The new cut scene is not skippable, forces my PC to full screen, and when I hit the escape key it brings up the settings screen and the back triangle button does not work, nothing happens when I try to click it to go back. Also, the white text was often difficult to read because it was set on a bright background with no contrast. Here's what is needed:

    -Add a skip function to this and all future cut scenes
    -Make the cut scene match the windowed/fullscreen option that the game is currently set at, do not force fullscreen

  3. Tamiyo field researcher ultimate issue

    When I ultimate tamiyo using her -7 ability, I know longer have the option to pay into my spells. So cards that have an x cost cant be cast for the x cost

  4. March of the Ents ... cannot select creatures

    Issue with March of the Ents .. if more than 10 creatures, you cannot navigate hand to select all creatures. Playing Mobile version on Samsung Android device. Please add ability to scroll hand and select from a large number of cards. ( may affect other titles where you select all from a large hand )

  5. Bug to proceed paiement for the preorder

    I(ve an issue about hte preorder with the 50 packs EoE. It says The browser or embedded browser is not compatible with the 3d-secure authentification. I've this issue only with this preorder, not the others (yeah I tried ^^)

  7. Sabotender

    Whenever I have sabotender and play a land, my game crashes and forces me to essentially forfeit the match, it's rather frustrating as instead of actually being able to act and take advantage of sabotender. I just lose.

  9. Finality counter mistranslation in Japanese

    Explanation text about finality counter in pop up was mistranslated in Japanese locale.
    "Finality counter" should be translated as "最終カウンター". But text in pop up was translated
    as "完了カウンター"

    Reprodusing steps.
    1. Change language to Japanese
    2. Search "最終カウンター" in collection.
    3. Put mouce cursor on card

  10. Scrolling problems

    I play Arena on Mac, and have two problems with scrolling through cards. The first occurs in the deckbuilder. When I'm browsing my collection, the interface is hyper-responsive. If I hover my mouse near the edge of the screen, it will automatically scroll to the next set of cards, even if I don't want it to. It scrolls even if I don't click the arrow, and it makes browsing very exasperating. Sometimes it happens when I hover over a card that is not even near the edge of the screen.   11. Fabled Passage Crashes game

    When playing a brawl game with Kotis, I played fabled Passage as my turn one Land, it highlighted the land but never played it and my screen froze and forced me out. Upon reentry to the brawl game, I attempted the same play as above and the same results happened.

  15. Bug with Discover 5 Trumpeting Carnosaur.

    Bug with Discover 5 Trumpeting Carnosaur. Hard cast trumpeting carnosaur and it discovers 5- discovers a bitter reunion. I try to cast it but it asks me to pay the mana cost. Isn't this counter intuitive of what discover 5 is? To move forward with the game I declined to cast it, but this seems like a wasted opportunity or bug.

  16. I snagged the Squall Leonhart card sleeve as a Mastery reward, but whenever I try to add it to a deck, I just get the regular sleeve.

    I snagged the Squall Leonhart card sleeve with Mastery orbs today, but whenever I try to add it to a deck, I just get the regular sleeve. It shows as set in the cosmetics menu after selecting and confirming, but always reverts to the default Magic: The Gathering card-back when I save-and-exit to the deck menu or click the back arrow to return to the deckbuilding menu. Other sleeves seem to work fine.

  17. Kiora Bests the sea god not working

    When I use Kiora Bests the Sea God and it gets to the last ability where it takes permanent from an opponent it is giving the creature summoning sickness even if the creature shouldn’t have it. This bug has caused me to lose at least 2 games and made others drag out longer than they should.

    Here is an idea. Whenever someone is having a problem a technical difficulty or trouble understanding why something is going wrong with their account instead of sending a robot to send you the same vague message over and over about not being able to help you why don't you actually do some customer support? Why don't you actually help people talk to people and help them understand what is going on with their account? That's a pretty good idea?
