How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

Game hangs at match end
The game hung at the end of the match. Instead of returning to the main display and showing what was won, the screen just went black and stopped. I had to close out and restart the game.

Game disconnected mid game
Game disconnected mid game, looked at a black screen for several minutes. Restarted client still a black screen, restarted one more time and it loaded out of match with a match loss. Can I get reimbursed for that event?

Wildcard Redeem failure
Wildcard Redeem Error. Wildcards are redeeming in deck creation in spite of the fact that an error message appeared saying "wildcard redemption failed: unable to contact server" or "Wildcard redemption failed: could not redeem wildcard." I just burned through maybe 2-3x the wildcards i meant to; i would love for that to be undone.

Arena on macOS crashes
Environment: Macbook Pro w/ Touchbar. macOS v10.15.4
Repro steps:
1. Go into the "Play" queue
2. Play a game (Standard)
3. Finish the game
4. About 50% of the time, Arena will crash
5. Re-opening Arena will show the following message: "An asset error occurred during your last play session."25 votes -
Option to disable or more efficient card shuffling ANIMATION
When playing with 250 cards or more, it the shuffling animation does freeze the game for quite a while.
Give us an option to disable this animation or just make sure it doesn't actually load in every card, so the deck size doesn't matter on the process.

Game crashes during matches and after restart
Game crashes during matches after installed today's patch. I lost 3 games of M21 draft and I am very disapointed. When I restart immediately the game it then crashes during the game loading page. I tried to download and use MTGAInstaller.exe referenced in the MTGA support sheet for game crashes but without success. See attached screen for the error message.
Please can you fix the issue, and emit a refund if my 10,000 golds for this first M21 draft ... ?

Game crash
When i start a battle or the opponent cast a spell, the game crash and impossible to join the battle after, the game crash systematicaly and i loose the game.... In a ranking match...

Not getting mastery pass xp
Game is bugged and robbing ppl of the mastery pass rewards.
This happens every season! WHY DO YOU THINK IT'S ACCEPTABLE NOT TO FIX THIS! PPL PAY MONEY FOR THIS!You will have an amount of xp missing for the next reward... you will get that xp and more... AND NOT GET IT COUNT TOWARDS THE PASS!

Game keeps freezing and closing
The game keeps freezing and randomly closing when I play against other people and also while I'm building decks. It is incredibly frustrating to deal with multiple times within an hour of playing. This issue has been going on for a while now and needs to be dealt with IMMEDIATELY!

my friend list is not working
i see my friendlist dissapeared and also my name on the friendlist says username#12345 when i log out and then login my username corrects and says my id without the number... but if i close arena and reopen it it returns with the username#12345 name. and without my friends in any case

Bo3 Sideboard Quit Abuse
I've been encountering a lot of game quits during sideboarding in a Bo3 non-ranked matches. I believe the idea is when they win game 1, quitting during sideboard will still reward them the win (daily mission)... I see a lot of RDW or Bo1 decks abusing this, as they can farm wins as they are matched up with Bo3 decks which may usually depend on sideboarding against these type of decks. Bo3 decks would usually lose to Bo1 decks at game 1, then they just quite during sideboard to avoid losing.

Duplicate Protection Not working
Duplicate Protection is still having troubles (and this site justs sits at "posting comment" forever for pictures). I had it happen right before logging out in this log.

土地事故、後攻が多すぎてゲームにならない
土地事故や後攻が多すぎてゲームになりません。対戦相手が先攻の時は全く土地事故の気配が無いのに自分が先攻の時は高確率で土地事故です。調整するにしてももっとさり気なくやってください。露骨すぎます。
それともシャッフル機能を改善して偏らないようにすることもできないのでしょうか。
そうだとすればこのゲームに費やすユーザーの時間が無駄になるのでアリーナはサービス終了してほしいくらいです。71 votes -

Traditional Standard Ranked play does not reward ranks
Both today and yesterday BO3 standard ranked did not reward me any ranks when I won the Bo3s. The usual rank gained/lost interface does not show up but quest rewards interface does. Checked my rank yesterday after 2 won Bo3s and did not gain any ranks.

Missing gems
I just complete a Premier draft event (4 wins). I hit claim prizes, but it did not give me my 1400 gems. My gem count didn't change. I tried restarting the client, but I am still not seeing the gems

Opponents triggers counting down my timer after I hit resolve all
I get that if I have priority, I need to do something and my timer starts. But after I've already hit "Resolve All", why should I be punished for my opponent playing a deck that has a million triggers?

Ozolith broken, must choose creature
I played the Ozolith and in the card text it says "you may move all counters...", but in action I had to choose a creature of the opponent, because mine were all dead.
