How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

BUG: Kaito, Bane of Nightmares + Tishana's Tidebinder
Kaito, Bane of Nightmares is hit with Tishana's Tidebinder after using a Loyalty ability while a creature on it's controller's turn. Appropriately, he lost all abilities including the card displaying a greyed out version of the text that states "Kaito is a creature during its controller's turn."
Despite this, Kaito became a creature on my opponent's next turn despite still being Tidebinded by the Tishana's Tidebinder.
Based on the rules, if Kaito loses all abilities, this will include the static text that states that Kaito is a creature during its controller's turn.

"Unable to get collection" on PC most of the time since FDN update
Since the FDN update, when I open the app it would go through the following:
- Splash screen (with the Tinybones art)
- Spinner with "Waiting for Server"
- Either blank screen or "Nework Error" "Unable to get collection. Please try again later"
There was one day I was able to enter the game and play, but only that day

Bug with bandit's talent last effect
Since the last update, the bandit talent card has a bug with his last effect that trigger and will draw a card even if no player has one or fewer cards in hand
Tha's quite annoying especially in the ranked ladder

Eaten Alive card not working.
I have seen a few times the card Eaten alive not working at all, the card doesn't exile creature objetive after sacrificing a creature.

Game crashes very often resulting in loss
Several game crashed during premier draft events both on mobile and PC. This happened several times (over the past 4 drafts). Once the game crashes you're back on the event page and the crashed doesn't result in a loss or a win but after you play another game it will add a loss to your score. This makes the event unplayable and made me waste 6.000 gems. I demand to be refounded. Thank you

Report player feature, let toxic players start games muted.
I recommend adding a feature to report players being hostile or rude through the in-game communications. With the punishment after review being starting games already muted.

crash on finding opponent
Sometimes the game crashes when it finds an opponent. Upon launching the client and the game tries to join the match it progress it crashes again.

Arena shuffler issues on recent patches
In the past few patches, the shuffler has been noticeably worse in all formats (I play bo1, bo3, and draft). Today was the final straw as for all of my draft games I either could not draw a land or only drew lands, and it has been incredibly frustrating to have rng so poor that I do not see an equivalent in paper. The shuffler did not have these issue about 4-6 months ago, but something in the recent patches has made things significantly worse. Was hoping it would get fixed with time but it has not

Doesn't let me use instants on my turn
Doesn't allow instants to be used during my turn only on the opponents turn.

"Unable to get collection" error message
The infamous "unable to get collection" error message is back, which is preventing me from accessing the main menu.
I'm unable to connect to MTGA on both iOS 18.1 and macOS 15.1
The following troubleshooting steps haven't resolved the issue:
- Restarted MTGA app
- Logged out + back in to MTGA
- Tried macOS app + Epic Games Launcher
- Tried wifi and 5G connection
- Restarted PC + mobile
- Flushed DNS

Rank loss after switching apps/tabs
I have lost about 2 tiers worth of rank points after switching my app from the game to a text app to answer a text that legit takes like 20 seconds. And then being kicked from the game. After coming back. No loss sound just straight up kicks me to the lobby. Please fix this asap

not draw land
6 bo3 games, 4 mulligan games to 5 with a one land.
2 games with mulligan to 6, not land or two land.
with a deck of 26 lands.
It's not fun to lose because the arena doesn't work with lands or MTG Arena does it so you lose your win rate6 votes -
Match doesn't start
This situation occurs both PC and Steam.
Match doesn't start more than 5 minutes.
All I can see is 'Currently Waiting: 0:01, 0:02...' and It doesn't start, crash, just Waiting...
I think my account is in trouble (not client or PC, because I reinstalled/changed it multiple times), but I don't know how to solve this problem.6 votes -
Black Lotus Companion Animation Bugged
The Black Lotus Companion animation (When you click on it) does not work properly. It goes through the animation partially, freezes, then skips to a later frame in the animation or resets itself.
- It seems to be reproduced consistently by just clicking on it in the middle of a game.
- Playing through Steam
- Clicking the companion in a game, the animation freezes, skips, or resets
- Expected results are a beautiful lotus animation

Black card animations glitch and lockout of game
I noticed since the last update the animation for some cards or just casting certain black cards glitch my game out and presumably I’m locked out of the game until I rope out. I play on mobile, so far ayara, first of lochtwain, rankle, mater of pranks, and murderous rider all have locked me out of the game on cast… screen goes black and every time I reboot arena it takes me to the match and as I load into the game it crashes it allows me back on after the timers seem to run out. It’s kind of disheartening…

Ghalta crash
Playing on mobile. Newer phone so it shouldn't be hardware issues. Opponent plays ghalta, primal hunger and the animation bugs out causing an audio loop then crash. The match after reopening arena is unjoinable as it crashes immediately upon trying to enter. Only solution for rejoining is to wait for the match to time out so I can go to the main menu again. This was the second time this has happened to me.

Upkeep step completely skipped
Upkeep priority is just flat skipped.
ON MY UPKEEP, I can use Etrata, Deadly Fugitive to turn Jace, Wielder of Mysteries face up, which will then cause me to win the game on my draw step.But the bad programming decided I didn’t need an upkeep, despite being in Full Control mode, so I lost instead.

Bloodsworn Squire / Bloodsworn Knight not transforming properly
When you have 4 or more creatures in the graveyard and activate Bloodsworn Squire's ability, it should get indestructible AND transform.
I did this multiple times while Bloodsworn Squire was attacking (2x same turn, 1x a few turns later) and it did not transform.
Activating the skill while Bloodsworn Squire is NOT attacking, does work.
(I did not test whether it works while Bloodsworn is tapped and not attacking)EDIT: It did gain indestructible when the skill resolved
