How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.
Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

- Enter your feedback
- Add any relevant screenshots/videos

timeout
got timed out after finishing a game in final fantasy sealed event, finished a game only for arena to completely freeze and crash. when restarting the application it said I was timedout and it will not let me connect on any of my devices.

Final Fantasy Missing altogether
I have been playing for the last 2 hours (mostly sealed) Final Fantasy - I purchased all the avatars, emotes, I had the prelreases purchased and bought MORE packs. All of a sudden its all GONE. Please fix!

Final fantasy packs gone. Golden pack gave no ff.
47 of my fin packs disappeared and i opened one of my golden packs and got no fin cards. Searching for them and they don't show up.

Game froze
I played a draft, I was 1-2 and the next game I started I couldn't press any buttons. I checked my internet, which was fine, I then restarted within just a minute and I had lost...

Draft token used but unable to continue event after one win
I joined a Final Fantasy Premier Draft, but after one win the "play" button was greyed out saying I couldnt join the event. It has used one of my draft tokens up from the pre release but I can no longer select the draft that I was in to continue either

Profile shows missing colorless uncommon from Tarkir, but when i filter for it in collection, nothing shows up
I am missing exactly 1 card from the set according to profile, but when I go to collection and check Tarkir and not collected, nothing shows up. As a completionist, it's driving me a little batty! What card am I missing?

Lazav, Wearer of Faces Bug
Hi I played the card: Lazav, Wearer of Faces I understand this card is a shapeshifter so it means it's every creature type.
When i played Lazav, Wearer of Faces and it entered the batlefield it didn't returned my Corroding Dragonstorm to my hand.

Multiple Sheltered by Ghosts - Unable to determine which is which with trigger on the stack
My opponent had a Slickshot Show-Off in play enchanted by Sheltered by Ghosts with an Osteomancer Adept exiled under it. They cast another Sheltered by Ghosts on the Show-Off, targeting my Agatha's Soul Cauldron. When I go to use my Haywire Mite ability to exile the Sheltered by Ghosts in response to the exile trigger, I cannot tell which is which as it only shows the one exiled card (as the Cauldron has not yet been exiled). I wanted to target the new Sheltered by Ghosts, but no matter what I hovered, there was no indication to clarify which was…

Ban Ugin, Eye of the Storms in brawl
Joining the chorus that Ugin needs a ban in brawl. Exiling the table by playing the deck is not workable. If you are going to keep allowing Ugin, especially as a commander, then you need to adjust your matchmaking system so Ugin decks only play against colorless decks.

Mythic Wildcard Bug - Unable to utilize for crafting
When attempting to craft Jodah the Unifier utilizing a Mythic Wildcard (verified that I do in-fact have 1 available, also verified in the attached picture) - I receive a Network Error and a message stating to try again later; I am able to utilize and craft all other rarities of cards - but when I attempt to Utilize it to craft the Mythic Jodah - a network error is prompted.

Opinion: goblins, board wipes, and roping have ruined Magic
I've been playing this game for over two decades, and MTGA has spoiled it for me. There's no fairness, no sense of community, and no games go deeper than turn four.

Mtg Arena companion bug/crashing
Currently dealing with a bug with companions. Checked my collection for a companion to use in one of my decks and noticed a black box among them. Attempting to click on it leads to a game crash. Thankfully can boot up the game no trouble after but it is a minor inconvenience that I can work around for now.
Currently know of this bug on the Android version of Arena.

Undercity Scrounger not making treasure
I had an undercity scrounger (without summoning sickness) on the battlefield. I proceeded to kill the opponent's forest enchanted with Harmonious Emergence and it went to the graveyard. Even though it was a creature when it died, I was not able to activate the Undercity Scrounger after to make a treasure, which I really needed to play the turn as planned. On “normal” creatures it appeared to work fine, but in this situation I couldn't activate.

shuffler
è l'ennesima volta che scrivo su questo blog per segnalare un problema nello shuffler e sono così stanco di farlo che questa volta lo scrivo in italiano perché non ho più voglia di tradurlo, tanto non verrebbe letto lo stesso. L'ho anche fatto notare più volte aprendo direttamente un ticket con Wizard, ma nessuno pare interessarsi alla cosa e ci si nasconde dietro mail preconfezionate.
Riprovo, anche se ormai non ho più fiducia né nell'azienda, né negli sviluppatori, che mostrano grande disinteresse nell'esperienza di gioco degli utenti.
Come è possibile che nella maggior parte delle partite io peschi 10 terre…3 votes -
BO1 サイドボード
パイオニアBO3ランク戦にて、サイドボーディングのバグ。
・BO3なのにBO1用のサイドボードしかでない
・というか、BO1用ですらない。7〜9枚くらい表示される
・ただしく入れ替えられてるのかも謎
・画面上部のUIが決まってバグる
・デッキの半分くらいのカードがマルチカラー表示になるわけがわからないし、本当に困ります。
ここに投稿したら直るのかも謎。
書いておけばそのうち直すよってことですか？？対応から何から何まで意味不明。

games randomly ending
Mid game it flashes waiting for server and then it goes back to the lobby ending game without a win or loss. I have no idea why this happens as there is no warning or indication it is going to happen.

Buying packs from store not available
After purchasing the 49.99 presale for Final Fantasy, the ability to purchase packs is no longer available. Clicking the "Packs" tab takes me to a screen where I can see the presale bundle I purchased, but no option for getting any packs, Final Fantasy or otherwise.
