How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

Fix your Shuffler Arena. I am so sick and tired of the insane game swings of one game getting completely mana screwed and the very next game getting completely flooded. It never fails. If lose for bad plays on my own part, fine. But I am so **** tired of losing because of severe mana ***** or flood. FIX. YOUR. SHUFFLER.

Shuffler is BROKEN. 60 card deck 23 mana still 75% of my games my first 15 cards I get 11 mana, fix the shuffler already years people have been reporting it and the company refuses. Honestly may just be best to delete the game and go back to collecting the cards. At least the shuffling in real life games is more balanced than this hunk of garbage.

How is it that if i have 20 mana or less in my deck i am flooded with mana, yet if i have 22 mana it is never in y hand i have to mulligan to get even 2 land in my hand? SORT YOUR SHUFFLER WotC!!!!!!!!!!!!

My deck has 26 lands in it. The odds of drawing 3 lands in 10 cards is 90.19%. And yet, 3 games IN A ROW, I am stuck on 2 lands after 10 cards. The odds of that happening are less than .1% ... No, not 1 percent, that means it happens 1 in a thousand times. I assure you I don't play 1,000 games a week, yet it happens all of the ******* time. Seems like every other day, everyone gets this kind of dickery by the shuffler. Can you explain this?

The shuffler is completely broken. 6 Games, 3 starting hands with no lands, 2 with 5 lands one with 1 land.
This is absolutely unplayable and this issue has been in arena for years. I stopped playing because of this before and I will again.

Your shuffler can be programmed to not manascrew decks so consistently. Stop forcing winrates. It is amazing how often I go 10-0 on Monday. 0-10 on Tuesday. 10-0 on Wednesday. 0-10 on Thursday, and so on and so forth. Play 10 games in a row and I can't get a 3rd land by turn 3 with 26 lands in the deck. Even more amazing is that I get 10 lands in 14 cards every other game I play on the "losing" days of the week. Fix the shuffler. I was playing draft. 17 lands in 40 cards. I kept a 7 card starting hand with 4 lands. I played 5 total turns in the game, where I drew a land card all 5 turns. The chances of drawing 5 lands in a row are astronomically low.

Plz fix your shuffler. Its not funny anymore. last month I was diamond 3. now I stuck in Platinum with the literally same deck. worse than that I lose 10 games in a row. Thats not normal. plz fix it. or open your algorithm to proof that your shuffler is fixed. but thank you. now i want to play neither alchemy nor draft or something else anymore. really really thank you.

Not to mention the shuffler is tottaly favoring only **** aggressive decks players and matchmaking is rigged af. You're algorithm clear previously choose the winner of matches before them even start to begin with. 18 loose streak with 3 muligans and begining on second every **** time. And people and you're nonsense keep telling it's just bad luck !? Really!? Please fix your shuffler. I've tried and tried again to tell you this but i should not be beating statistical odds every single day. I shouldn't be seeing over half my mana base in the top 20 cards of my deck when I only run 20-21 lands. On such a consistent basis. And my opponents see a 3- full playset of their liliana of the veil in their top 12. It just doesn't seem like the shuffler is programed to randomize your deck at all. But either forces your win or loss.

when are you going to fix the shuffler , get rid of hand smoothing or provide another game mode where those of us who dont have the time to play best of 3 and dont want hand smoothing. There are several points as to why any of those ideas would be wise. First hand smoothing causes more mana flood/***** then the old shuffler ever did during game play and any experienced player will tell you the opening hand really doesn't mean much, it all depends on what comes after. second is unless you are intentionally messing with win rates hand…

I’ve had it happen in paper magic a fair bit but oh my is the shuffler ever terrible. Doesn’t seem to compare to a hypergeometric calculator, irl magic or any other tcg interface.

Shuffler is so messed up. played a brawl game where my deck has 33 lands, 2 mdfcs. after turn 7 after i already had 5 lands on battlefield, i proceeded to flood out for the next 9 TURNS. i had 2 draw effects happen in that time and i drew not lands. but having a POCKET of lands in a deck where there is only 35 total and seeing a pocket of 8 lands. made me lose a really insane matchup. if i didnt flood, game wouldve been over ALOT earlier in the game.
