How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

    saw some other people had this problem but no solutions, stuck at bronze rank 0 and no way to rank up. any updates to this problem?

  2. Unable to enter MWM with Aetherspark as commander 3/25/2025

    Midweek Magic March 25th 2025. Cannot submit deck with Aetherspark as commander. Error says '0 invalid cards'.

  3. "INVALID DECK: Deck Validation Failed."

    Crafted cards for a brawl deck, now when attempting to play the deck I receive the error listed above. I did craft wildcards to make this deck, so I would hate to think those cards are wasted now.
    I've attempted changing some of the cards around to make certain it wasn't related to a certain deck weight bug from a month back.

  4. Missing cards

    I bought a bunch of Strixhaven packs and as I opened them I made notes on the new cards I'd like to incorporate into my decks (or build a new deck with). But several of the cards I made notes of don't show up in the deckbuilder as an option for me. I have checked online to see if I wrote down the wrong names, but those cards are listed on general websites as Strixhaven cards so I don't know why they won't show up in my deckbuilder.

  5. Invalid deck

    Invalid deck for brawl. Even tho I’ve been playing with the deck before the rotation. Now I can’t play with a handful of decks. None of which are in the standard format.

  6. Bloomborrow Alchemy Cards No Longer Present

    Bloomborrow Alchemy cards are no longer able to be found anywhere.
    My decks with BLBA cards are now invalid.
    When I open the decks those cards is missing.
    Even Bloomburrow Alchemy is no longer listed as a set (see screenshot).

    I am missing cards from my collection. Half of my decks are saying they are missing cards.

  9. Hauntwoods Shrieker doesn't cause player to manifest dread when 0 cards left in library

    Game Setup:
    - player has just drawn last card in library (0 cards left)
    - player attacks with Hauntwoods Shrieker

    Expected Result:
    - player must manifest dread and lose game

    Actual Result
    - player is not forced to manifest dread, and continues to attack.

    When I cast syncopate with x=0, the spell's controller should have the option to have the spell countered. Arena currently autopays 0 (even on full control)

    i used 3 mythic wild cards and a rare but it didn't craft the cards

  12. Missing cards in starter deck

    Finished the quest to get Selesnya Conclave deck today and none of the cards were added in my collection.

    The deck is completely empty, appart from the basic lands.

    I had none of the cards before and none of the cards were added after getting the deck: every number to the left of the cards are red.

  14. missing cards from collection

    for the past 2-3 months i've played to build a decent collection so i can make some decks.
    Some cards are dissapearing from my collection, even when i have used it.
    cards of the events, cards of drafts (yes, the ones that should stay in your collection), cards from packs or even for the daily rewards.

    So far i can name 7 cards that are missing. some of them just 1 copy. but others 2 or more.

    i've noticed that if the cards arent put in a saved deck... some of them just dissapear.

    how can i leave the game…

  15. Banned cards

    I used wild cards to craft a card I didn’t know was banned. There should be a way to tell the player that the card is banned before crafting it. It only informed me after I had used 4 rare wild cards. Please fix this and thank you.

  17. Floating cards

    When playing MTG Arena on a Mac, lands and spells cast just float and don't find their home on the battlefield. After a few cards are played, the floating cards prevent normal play.

  18. 2 land cards out of 25 cards dealt. 25 land deck.

    2 land cards out of 25 cards dealt. 25 land deck.
    Set a minimum land card per starting hand to 2 or 3.

  19. cant scroll drafted cards

    Issues in draft on mobile since bloomburrow update:

    Can’t scroll up through selected cards during draft

    Can’t move cards to sodeboard

  20. Set summary has invalid number of cards in the set

    In Profile->Set Collection->Bloomburrow i see in the summary there are:
    20 mythic rares
    60 rares
    100 uncommons
    81 commons

    In fact these numbers are wrong. When i filter set collection in-game or use external database like scryfall i see there are more cards in each groups:
    22 mythic rares
    64 rares
    100 uncommons
    93 commons
