1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

Shuffler concerns
My last 9 games I have had to Mulligan multiple times, and then concede when the shuffler utterly robs me of Mana. I have no idea what is wrong, but this was literally my last game in the EoE quick draft. I demand my gems back. Your shuffler has cost me 2-3 0 win events in a row and I’m absolutely sick of it.

This is yet another time I'm writing on this blog to report a problem with the shuffler, and I'm so tired of doing it that this time I'm writing in Italian because I no longer feel like translating it—no one reads it anyway. I've also pointed this out several times by opening tickets directly with Wizard, but no one seems to care, hiding behind canned email responses.
I'm trying again, even though I no longer have any trust in either the company or the developers, who clearly show little interest in the user’s gameplay experience.

FIX THE SHUFFLER!
Please explain how I consistently draw 12+ lands in the top 18 cards of my ******* DECK!!!
FIX THE ******* SHUFFLER!!!! HOW MANY ******* TIMES DO WE HAVE TO TELL YOU TO FIX THE OBVIOUSLY BROKEN SHUFFLER?!?!?
Oh, and thanks for the 0 and 1 lander to follow up the massive ******* flood!!! What's the point of playing on this stupid ******* game? You all should be ashamed of the product you put out.

Shuffler sucks
Your shuffler sucks ***. Today I have played 3 matches in historic brawl, the first one went great as land drops were good. The second one I had to mulligan and went into a 3 land hand and did not draw another land until 7 turns later. Next I played a landfall deck in which I run 60 lands and started with a 4 land hand and did not draw another land until 8 turns later. This is frustrating at times and makes the game no fun at all.

After reviewing all the people reporting the same issue it's clear that your company not only doesn't care about anything we say, but you must like the shuffler. Did the development team manager's brother make it and you can't get rid of it or he starts to hit his helmet he has to wear? Did you fail math? Have you heard of statistics before? Deck shuffler
Your auto shuffler is absolutely awful I hate it , seriously a piece of *. I watch peoples stream and YouTube channels and they all have the same problem. * sucks and do better holy cow! It’s the lands I get stuck at 2 lands in a 23 land deck for 60 card constructed draw 3 times and not a single land I’ve tested this many times **** makes gameplay awful

Fix the shuffler
I draw poorly regularly and yet two games in a row my opponent draws everything he needs and has no color problems. This means your shuffler is not working. A shuffler that works properly would always ***** over my opponent instead of always screwing me over.

Shuffler sucks
The shuffler sucks yall suck at fixing problems clean house and start over this is an embarrassment. There is zero consistency and the client actively won't let you have more than 4 wins in a row. If you get 4 wins it will make you draw all lands or no lands.

Auto Shuffler Fix
Your auto shuffler has a really ****** relationship with the match types. I designed a red/green gods aggro deck. During Historic Play, every curve is perfect. The deck works exactly as expected. However, as soon as I go to Ranked, I’m getting only one lands, or I’m getting only mana rocks and no creatures, or vice versa. Nothing like what happened in Play. This is obnoxious and absurd. The auto shuffler needs a complete revamp as it is blatantly clear that it is broken .

Auto-shuffler not working properly
Starting a game, I mulliganed down to 5 cards, so had to put 2 cards ON THE BOTTOM OF MY LIBRARY. On my second turn, I drew one of those cards, Zurgo & Ojutai, of which I only had one in the deck. This is proof the shuffler is not working as the game is intended, and instead makes you draw cards based on an algorithm. Fix the shuffler.

It doesn't feel good to have an opponent draw supernaturally against me and it really doesn't feel good when I beat an opponent that way either. Please, for the love of God, do something about the shuffler.

Fix the dmn shuffler
Diamond 1 trying to rank, deck is 18 lands, 21 creatures, 21 spells. Turn 7 on the play, ive drawn 3 lands 3 creatures, and 7 spells. This ratio is literally impossible. We came to play magic not bend over for the shuffler. There is no way in **** my deck gives me that ratio, the chances are less then 1 in ten million.

MTGA Shuffler is broken
This shuffler you guys have is a ******* joke, every single game I play I am always having to mulligan down to 5 cards just to get a decent hand and then lose on turn one to a Mono Red Aggro deck because they can run off of 2 mana. I literally just played a game where I started with a one land hand, hit mulligan and the game gave me the EXACT SAME HAND I STARTED WITH!!!! FIX THE ******* SHUFFLER!

shuffler broken
when are you going to stop directly interfering with games. Some of us do not have the time to play best of 3 and I would really like to play without hand smoothing. It is the absolute worse thing MTG has ever done and having been with MTG since the beginning , I do know what I am talking about. Add the fact that I have been tracking my games since before hand smoothing I can honestly tell you mana *****/flood was less of an issue with the old shuffler. è l'ennesima volta che scrivo su questo blog per segnalare un problema nello shuffler e sono così stanco di farlo che questa volta lo scrivo in italiano perché non ho più voglia di tradurlo, tanto non verrebbe letto lo stesso. L'ho anche fatto notare più volte aprendo direttamente un ticket con Wizard, ma nessuno pare interessarsi alla cosa e ci si nasconde dietro mail preconfezionate.
Riprovo, anche se ormai non ho più fiducia né nell'azienda, né negli sviluppatori, che mostrano grande disinteresse nell'esperienza di gioco degli utenti.

Shuffler
You should really consider to fix the shuffler. I don't think you intentionally rig it, because I don't think you are technically capable in this, considered that the game has a lots of unresolved bug still today. Simply is too bad because of your incapacity. Please assume someone that is good in programming pc games and app. It's really embarrassing for you and your credibility having entire days of matches in which one screws and floods alternately. patterns in your shuffler
Since I have been able to see and reverse engineer patterns in your shuffler, If I exploit those would that get me banned, or would it be considered the same thing as exploiting hand smoothing?

Fix the fkin shuffler
turn 6, playing diamond 1, deck with 18 lands, 21 creatures, 21 non creatures. opponent went through 8 cards total, and had all 4 brutal cathars. there is no way in **** he achieved that without shuffler cheating shananigans.
turn 6 on the play, i had 6 lands, 7 creatures and 4 spells, with drawing 3 extra cards from codebreaker.
again these odds are literally impossible and would never happen in actual magic, this is why arena is dying, we came to play magic not bend over for the shuffler. Fix your ****8 votes -

You are so worried about players money , the the **** shuffler and you wouldnt have that worry. In a real game 16 card land runs just dont happen. If you shuffler doesnt work then nothing works as that is the foundation of the game.
