How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

  1. Reconsider Alchemy

    Wizards, we all know you love a cash grab and do the bare minimum for players. Could probably write a book full of examples.

    But we play anyway, cuz the game is good.

    Are ye not going a wee bit too f**king far now though? I don't even gaf about Historic and can see this as a terrible idea, awfully implemented, woefully announced.

  2. iPad app is broken, you cannot grab the leftmost card if you have 7 cards

    You can’t grab the leftmost card when you have 7 cards or more on ipad. It drops out of the deck view. Makes it impossible to play in Brawl as you always have an extra card and lands are sorted to the left. Please fix.

  3. Card bug

    I don't know how to explain this bug.
    but it is happening on tutorial gameplay!
    In the first two tutorial games, none of this happened.
    After I cast the first card, all the others bug like this and it becomes almost impossible to play

  4. Mind Spiral from Bloomburrow

    In Bloomburrow Quick Draft, I cast Mind Spiral targeting myself to draw three cards. I also targeted my opponent's creature to tap it (giving them a tapped Fish token).

    Then my opponent protected his creature by giving it hexproof in response. The Mind Spiral fizzled.

    So how could it get countered, because of illegal targets?
    One of the targets (target players draws three cards) is still legal!

    In the rules, I read:

    …If all its targets, for every instance of the word “target,” are now illegal, the spell or ability doesn’t…

  5. arena bug

    Bloodthirsty conqueror and sanguine syphoner together is a glitch. i had 20 health, soon as my the player attacks with syphoner its game over, it keeps taking off life. ive lost many games with this glitch and its not fair for players who dont load up there deck with destroy

  6. Add deck type "Friendly Brawl Rebalanced" to direct challenge

    At this time, the only option for playing brawl in direct challenge matches is the deck type "Friendly Brawl."

    All other brawl deck types ("Standard Brawl," "Historic Brawl," and "Friendly Brawl Rebalanced") are loaded into the direct challenge as deck type "Friendly Brawl."

    Consequently, Alchemy Rebalanced cards are automatically switched for the original, non-rebalanced cards in those decks : there is currently no way to play Alchemy Rebalanced cards in brawl matches using direct challenge.

    This results in a situation where players cannot 100% replicate the public queue "Standard Brawl" and "Historic Brawl" play experiences in a direct challenge…

  8. Segregate Alchemy in Brawl

    Dear WOTC,

    It is no shock that 95% of your community hates Alchemy. It's probably one of the worst ideas you have ever come up with. Not only are the cards completely broken, you force players to have to face them in Brawl. Brawl is the closest product you offer to Duel Commander on Arena, yet you don't adhere to its ban list, you make rebalancings that are not logical according to the power level and force feed players the Alchemy card pool.   10. Gogo, Master of Mimicry issue

    So Gogo isn't actually letting me select different targets for the copied spell like it says on the card. I played a card that taps and stuns a target, I spent 4 extra mana to copy it twice which worked but then every instance immediately went after the same target, I never got an option to choose 2 other targets like I should have.

  11. new? Rottenmouth Viper mana discount calculation bug

    With, ime, only the latest patch, Rottenmouth Viper is now getting seemingly random additional casting discounts (1-4 mana) as long as at least 1 permanent is sacrificed for a casting discount.

    I've seen this when casting it myself and it being casted against me.

    In the screenshot, only the Cursed Role on Spiteful Hexmage was sac'd, so the player should not have been able to cast it with only 4 lands and no floating mana.

  12. Your game is full of hackers and modders

    I’ve said it before I’ll say it again. This game is minimizable and crossplatform meaning people who are playing on pc or phones are using third party apps. No one can prove it and only you can I’m not putting a single cent into this game until it’s fixed. In reality which this is no one is allowed to cheat. So why am I being dealt this problem on a daily basis? In tournaments they would be banned for life for committing to those actions, mind you in reality people do cheat but that is the circumstances they’d be dealt…

  13. Nowhere to run bug

    Bug with the card "nowhere to run". It is only supposed to override hex proof however the card is also overriding indestructible as well.

    To reproduce:

    Cast a creature with hexproof
    Opponent casts nowhere to run
    Target creature with effect
    Now give creature indestructible (with restoration magic for example)
    Creature will die dispite being indestructible

    "all systems operational" and "no incidents reported today" how do you make such absurd statements while not acknowledging a critical issue like players not being able to log in for 10 hours

  15. shuffler is awful, why can't you ever listen to players

    Shuffler is appalling, why can't you ever listen to the players. Please don't tell me it's well tested and works. it does not. Just played a game with 20 versions of one card and couldn't draw one in the first 24 cards. Do realize how unlikely that is to happen in a 60 cards deck.....Shuffler is broken and for pity's sake just look at all the complaints

  16. Overhaul Matchmaking

    So i understand you get a lot of complaints about matchmaking and I have a Suggestion that can fix this.
    Matchmaking should create a pool of potential players using the following categories and then narrow the search in this order.
    Play Time
    Total Cards in Collection
    Win Loss Percentile
    MMR
    Each category should give about a 5% up/down leeway similar to Dark Souls 1 matchmaking. This way players match with other more close to their level. If you don't find a match it increases the Leeway by an additional 5% every minute that passes

  17. Midweek magic

    Midweek magic on Arena is a great idea but could be improved. For example, almost every month there's an event that repeats something that is regularly available such as Standard or Alchemy. These should be replaced with Pauper and Artisan, which are a ton of fun and a great entry point for new players. Also, too much Momir!

  18. iOS MTG Arena Graphics issues in Training

    During Training in MtG Arena for iOS, the graphics kind of start to overlay each other and cause Level 4 to be impossible to complete.

    The mana cards get stuck in their “enlarged” view form on the screen and the right side gets overloaded with cards and on this particular issue my 3 additional creature cards do not render so I can’t choose them to block

  19. Generous plunderer bug

    Generous plunderer reads, when it attacks it deals damage to defending player equal to the number of artifacts they control. I am playing generous plunderer, my opponent has 3 artifacts and i have 5 yet the plunderer is registering as doing 7 damage on attack

  20. Commander cost not increasing upon death

    I played a game and killed/exiled the opponent's commander 4 times but it never increased the casting cost when the player returned it to hand. Has anyone else encountered this or did the player hack/cheat?
