1. Unable to Open Deck Editor for Alchemy Decks - (Connecting to Server Freeze)

   Attempting to Open the deck editor for any Alchemy deck results in Connecting to Server Freeze. All decks playable and other formats can be opened in the deck editor.

   Have yet to find a workaround.

2. Ranked Season Reset Applied Twice – Rank Dropped from Mythic to Silver

   I would like to report what appears to be a ranked season reset bug.

   At the end of May 2026, I finished the ranked season in Mythic. When the season ended, my rank was correctly reset from Mythic to Diamond.

   However, on June 1st, 2026, the game appeared to perform another season reset. As a result, my rank was reset a second time, dropping me from Diamond to Silver.

   I had already received the normal season reset at the end of May, so the second reset on June 1st seems incorrect.

   Unfortunately, I do not remember the exact match result immediately before this happened. I was playing normally, and after a match the client appeared to process another season rollover.

   Could you please investigate this issue and verify whether my account was affected by an unintended second season reset?

5. GAME freeze

   Every few games (on MTGA Mobile) the game will just suddendly freeze, I'll be able to hover over cards and read them, but I won't be able to progress or do much of anything else until my timer runs out. The only way to fix it is to force quit the game and hope that you join the game quickly enough. This has been the thing ever since the last update and has caused me to loose several games. I am increadibly frustrated at the situation and am considering just quitting the game.

6. Daily reward not counting the spells I've used so far, tried a new one also not counting anything!

   Daily rewards say I need to do 30 black/green spells. I justed played a game with a mono black deck and still the counter says no, it should say something like 8 or 9 by now. I took a new reward as the previous one (it was 20 green/red spells) also wasn't counting anything...

8. Rigged Arena

   What’s happening in Arena makes no sense at all. I only play Draft mode, and after several days of winning streaks and solid victories—building practically the same decks—suddenly I’M ONLY DRAWING LANDS. And I’m not talking about a single game; I’m talking about at least 10–15 games. And this has been happening to me for the 3–4 years I’ve been playing Arena. It’s very obvious what you’re doing—it’s not even that the opponent has a good deck; it’s that the draw algorithm automatically screws you over when you’re on a winning streak. Please, don’t ruin such a beautiful and legendary game in the history of TCGs just to make a little more money.

10. Correction Needed: Major Oracle Text Errors in the Korean Localization(1/3)

    I am posting a detailed list of about 100 translation errors currently present in the Korean version of the game.

    I had already submitted these exact corrections a few years ago, but unfortunately, they still remain unaddressed in the client. Since these errors involve core rule interactions and card abilities, they actively disrupt gameplay and cause unnecessary disputes during matches. They must be corrected.

11. 'First' tag on already owned cards visual bug

    I did a Strixhaven draft the other week, and drafted the card Pick your poison. When I opened a Strixhaven boster subsequently, it showed the card and said it was my first. Today Iopened another booster, it again showed thae card as my first. Checking my collection now shows 4 copies. This is clearly not a general issue as other cards don't show as my first, but I don't know if any other cards do the same, so not sure if cards are still showing as first even though there already four in my collection.

12. Bug Report: Multiple Rank Resets / Rank Reset Not Fixed

    My rank was reset twice between June 1st and June 2nd. Although the official X (formerly Twitter) account announced that a fix had been deployed for this issue, my account's rank has still not been restored to its correct state. Could you please look into this and restore my rank? Thank you.

15. No rewards for winning, ranking not updating

    Not getting rewards for winning, win count not increasing, ranking not changing after wins when I am in mythic.
    And now have spark rank.
    Nice to know when you are in the top 1500 mythic and you win games you dont actually increase rank due to a bug, then have to struggle for 40 minutes to figure out on which page redirect you need raise a bug, probably only to get a new common card skin for the issue, rather than the 20 play points you would have gotten along with all teh other rewards the 10 wins would have gotten me if I noticed nothing happened after every win.

16. Magic Arena, can't log in

    after my last match today i simply wasn't able to connect to the game again, i get "Unable to login authentication failed for ********: Timeout"i tried reinstalling the game and some other trobuble shooting but nothing seems to work

17. Deck Builder Not Loading (hangs on load screen)

    When attempting to access the Deck Builder for any deck that contains at least one copy of the land card 'Clifftop Retreat', the deck builder hangs on the loading screen and does not actually load in. In order to proceed, one must force-close the game entirely.

    Steps to reproduce:

    1. (Optional) Build deck using Clifftop Retreat (at least one copy of card)
    2. Navigate to Decks Tab
    3. Select deck with Clifftop Retreat and attempt to edit the deck
    4. Wait while loading screen cycles indefinitely

    I have replicated this with multiple decks and on both PC and Mobile (Android), with only decks containing Clifftop Retreat having this issue. Unable to remove Clifftop Retreat from the decks to avoid the issue, as of course I can't get into the deckbuilder to make changes to the deck.

18. Requires update but there isn’t an update

    Tried playing it after I’ve already played it this morning the now it says there is an update and won’t let me load the game but the App Store says it’s up to date.

20. Missing cards after 3/31/2026 update

    I am no longer seeing the Odyssey printing of the card Entomb in my collection after the 3/31 update today and the client is giving an error message "This deck contains cards not legal in this format. Invalid cards have been removed from your deck." after opening the deck from the Decks screen. The TLE version is still showing as available to craft.
