Title says it all, tried opening a tarkir dragonstorm pack I bought on-sale, got an empty alert/pop-up that just said “OK” and pack disappeared. I should’ve screenshotted it but forgot to, I’m mainly submitting this because the fact I lost the pack and the gold ****** me off.
Running latest version of the app on iOS. Don’t know if the steps to reproduce will be helpful, but just purchase the Tarkir-pack in “Daily Deals” (if you dare), then try to open it.

Wizards, the wisp tutorial keep showing up every single time i click at the main
Wizards, the wisp tutorial keep showing up every single time i click at the main interface of the client, where the quests are, telling me to complete them. Other people reported this and this bug persist after 2 months. Please, fix that, because it is extremely irritating every single time we opne the client and finish a match for this to happen.

my weekly win rewards didnt reset when the timer hit zero. Its still "completed" but the timer reset to 168 hours!

Its been shown that daily and weekly battle pass **** just makes poeple feel like its work instead of fun, it definitely makes me want to plsy less but once you get the Mastery Pass if you don't do at least the weekly it feels like a waste of money. Please change concession rules so that players may only concede at sorcery speed. If you will not, please remove the daily challenge "Attack with 30 creatures".
Being that bad manners and un-sportsman-like behavior seems overwhelmingly to be the most popular way to play this game on Arena, these behaviors need to be moderated and limited in the back end. Because bad manners, un-sportsman-like behavior, griefing and bullying is frowned upon in this venue, is it not? Sometimes I have cause to wonder.

Missing Mystic Pack
Playing on Galaxy Tablet. Just won Alchemy Game. This got me to the next step on the Mastery Track which happend to award me a standard pack. I did not go and open the Standard pack straight away. Wining the game also completed the daily Spells event and tipped my gold over the threshold to buy another pack. So I went to the store an purchased a Mythic Pack. Spark Tutorial Fairy Stuck
The Tutorial fairy is stuck in a loop after finishing the tutorial as she gives the introduction to quests following beating the Bolas boss. It repeats every time I enter the home page, even multiple times per game session. Uninstalling and reinstalling has not solved the issue. Clearing game assets has not resolved issue.

Game crash
My game crashed at the end of game two of a match as I was attacking for lethal. I did not get credit for winning, nor did I get credit for winning game one or gain progress on my quests. It was very frustrating to not get credit for a long match. I would appreciate my account being compensated accordingly.

Graphic Bug Lorwyn Companion
Just noticing this bug while trying to read for my quests last night. The companion graphic for the new set overlaps other windows that pop up. I believe it is a minor error in code that this object over layers other windows, or could be a layer system error, as the companion is (what I understand) supposed to have a pop out effect.
I play on my iPad, so I’m unsure if noticeable on PC.

Arachnogenesis vs. Earthbend interaction
Platform: macOS
Format: 100-Card BrawlDescription of Bug:
I cast "Arachnogenesis" during the Declare Blockers step. The spell resolved and successfully created Spider tokens, but it FAILED to prevent combat damage from the opponent's non-Spider creatures.The opponent was attacking with "Ghalta, Primal Hunger" (modified by "The Earth Crystal" and "Blanchwood Armor") and "Toph, Earthbending Master".
Rules Confirmation:
- There were NO "Questing Beast" effects on the battlefield.
- There were NO "Damage can't be prevented" spells (like Stomp/Bonecrusher Giant) in the Graveyard, Exile, or Adventure Zone.
- The attackers were not Spiders.Suspected Cause:

LGS Wins Added to Arena
LGS Wins Added to Arena:
It's great that wins gotten in a real life event (at your LGS) are now added to Arena.
However, the wins are applied at the moment you log in, rather than when you played in the event.
Last week I played in a prerelease for the new Lorwyn set, and it's great that I got the wins on Arena. But I didn't log into Arena until the next day. Thus the wins were applied not on a day where I didn't play Arena (the day I went to my LGS and played in the prerelease),…1 vote -
Change the rules text for "Protection"
I was under the impression that The One Ring gave me virtual invincibility until my next turn after it enters the battlefield (if played), because the text when I hover over it says that a player with Protection from Everything "...can't be... dealt damage...," but apparently that is NOT the case, because apparently Questing Beast craps all over that. That would have been nice to know before I decided to play my copy of The One Ring instead of my Doomskar while my opponent had a Questing Beast in play. FF/Bloomburrow Starter Decks Should be in Starter Duel Event
The store bought starter decks that you import digital codes to arena (Final Fantasy and Bloomburrow) should be playable in the Starter Deck Duel Event. That is where most people complete their quests. It allows new players to see these starter decks and encourage them to buy the set kits, packs, etc.
Currently I own both starter decks and I find it difficult to play them in standard play or ranked. Having them playable in Starter Deck Duel will allow more opportunity to play a basic deck in hopes to be 50% winrate vs other starter decks as opposed…

Fix Item Exclusivity in Adventurer, Spark, and Planeswalker Bundles to Preserve Arena’s Clean F2P Model
MTG Arena has one of the cleanest free-to-play models in existence. From the first minute, the game teaches a simple, powerful rule:
“If you play, you can earn everything.”
Money only saves time.That rule is Arena’s identity. It’s why the economy feels fair, why progression feels meaningful, and why spending money is optional instead of coerced.
Right now, the only blemish on this nearly perfect system is three bundle-exclusive items:

Unable to play on android or windows
After opening the game and going through the usual loading screen I was greeted with attached screenshot.
I tried both android and windows and had the same result.I was able to get in after 16 hours but encountered the same problem hours later when trying to get in to clear some dailies.

Cosmetic Repeating
I started around the time Final Fantasy was running on Arena, but I didn't go through the tutorial quests fast enough to get access to the store until after the Final Fantasy cosmetics had left. From my understanding, Arena is a little limited on repeating cosmetics, and it may not repeat cosmetics from a UB release after the UB event ends.
I would love if Arena could try cycling a "Retro Store" where they re-run older cosmetics or older deck bundles. You could make it fairly infrequent, delayed, brief, or unpredictable so you aren't cutting as much into initial…
