How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

Latest installer hacked?
After installing via MTGAinstaller.exe, half of the files I kept on my desktop were GONE, permanently deleted.
Very strange, but correlation doesn't mean causation, so I searched for the latest MSI installer. This is the link.
To my surprise, I still received an error saying it was NOT the latest file, because even after years of not playing MTG, YOU STILL DON'T EVEN BOTHER TO UPDATE THE LINK FOR THE LATEST MSI INSTALLER.
So I searched google and found THIS link:

[REQUEST] Historic Brawl Banlist Update
Hi there,
according to the banlist cards that prevent you for casting or using properly your commander are banned (Drannith Magistrate, Meddling Mage, Runed Halo...), and even if they are removable pieces, they're still annoying.
But, with new Alchemy set, cards with the "perpetually" ability are way worse then the one in banlist, one of all i think of Patriar's Humiliation that quite a "1manaWinGame" card.
So please, reconsider the "perpetually" cards to be included in the banlist, at least the very distruptive.

Stuck on the "waiting for the server" screen during draft
Hi
Today I tried the new Magic 30 Mixed-Up premier draft and I was unable to participate during the opening of the first two packs because I was stuck in the "waiting for server screen" for a few minutes. It happened directly after the other players were found, so when the pack-opening should start. I did not know what to do and after some research (which took some more time) I found out that I can restart the client. Then it worked but like I said I came back mid draft and the fun was gone. Souk wizard took me down from 600+ life for no reason.
I was playing a historic match and had over 600 life. Opponent created 20 token creatures and had 170ish life. Then soul wizard combos took me to zero. This was on my Droid phone.

Error Updating Data please check your connection in EpicGames on Mac
I cannot access the game. I've already installed and reinstalled several times, and also tested as solutions on the internet and nothing works. I use EpicGames on a macbook, I saw some reports of what happened on Windows and Mobile, but for mac no report was given yet.

game crash
I summoned 280 llanowar elves using an alchemy card and MTGA entirely **** its pants, and just froze in place with the game still running trying to calculate what just happened then it gave up and called a Draw on a match i had won

Not leveling up in mastery
I have been stuck at level 19 from emerald to diamond tier. Almost to diamond tier 2 and have not leveled at all. Progress bar is frozen it seems

30th anniversary draft
I paid to do the 30th Anniversary draft, but when I was supposed to join a table I got the "Connecting to Server" screen.

unable to report a problem with event on submit request page
MTG 30 Draft stayed on searching for server after everyone connected for ~5 mins, closed Arena and restarted it to find the draft continued without me for more than the first pack in. I'd like to just report this and ask for a refund of the event or similar, but the request page just refreshes everytime I try it so now I am here

Magic 30: Mixed-Up Premier Draft - Server Timeout at Start of Draft
Paid to enter the draft then immediately received "Waiting for server" timeout. By the time I was able to restart & re-enter the draft, my first 5 or 6 picks had already been auto-picked.

Mobile Connectivity Issue
After the 2021.01.01 Android Patch update, if the mobile device is connected on the wi-fi network, Arena does not launch - stays in the "Retrieving asset manifest" screen. After a minute, it shows an "Retry - Check your connections".
Turning off the wi-fi and logging on 4G/5G network the game works properly.5 votes -

Impossible de jouer en défi amical contre des amis.
À chaque fois : "erreur réseau - impossible d'envoyer le deck", alors que ma connexion est très bien ; de même pour mes amis (testé avec deux amis que ce soit sur Android ou PC).
Que pouvez-vous faire ?

Counterintuitive Interaction between Rubblebelt Rioters and Embercleave
I have Rubblebelt Rioters and several creatures and lands.
I am unable to pay the cost to cast Embercleave.I attack with Rubblebelt Rioters and several creatures.
I am able to pay the cost to cast Embercleave.The timing of the Rubblebelt Rioters "on attack" trigger coincides with the the cost reduction applied to Embercleave's cost.
The result is the Arena state processing resolves the Rubblebelt Rioters trigger, giving me no chance to cast Embercleave, even though the cost is now payable. This is blatantly counterintuitive. If I am in this situation, I am required to put the game into…

Bugged Interaction Between Citizen's Crowbar and Queen Allenal of Ruadach
I have a Queen Allenal of Ruadach on the battlefield.
I cast Citizen's Crowbar.
I get a token creature from Citizen's Crowbar.
Queen Allenal of Ruadach triggers, and I get a 1/1 from the trigger.
The Arena UI asks me if I would like to equip the Citizen's Crowbar to either of the token creatures that have been created.

ヒストリックイベントでのプレイ中、 異世界の凝視/Otherworldly Gaze を使用したところ、カードがクローズアップされたまま呪文の解決に伴うカードの選択ができなくなりました。そのまま私の持ち時間だけが減っていき、私のターンは終了となりましたが、異世界の凝視/Otherworldly Gaze はクローズアップされたまま画面上から消えませんでした。

Not recieving Uncommonsaboove level 80 and did not reieve the Mythic at level 79
I did not receive the Mythic card at Level 79 of the DU Mastery and have not been getting the Uncommon above level 80. Enclosed is my log.
