How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

Premier Draft: Got a third Lost before the second
Hi all,
I am pretty sure that I was 2:1 in a draft and then playing my fourth game. After I lost the game I stand 2:3 and out of the Premier Draft. Please check, what happened there!

PC Client lags and/or crashes when attempting to access decks or play a game.
Client will run just fine until I either attempt to access my decks, or until I attempt to play a game. When I do, the client begins lagging excessively, or otherwise crashes entirely, and I have to force close the client (alt+F4).

surge
Surge engine does not appear under options for deckbuilding when selecting Jakob Hauken, Inspector as one's commander in Brawl format (surge engine is a colorless artifact with blue ability costs).

Mastery pass sans wildcards.
Bought mastery pass at around lvl 25. I purchased mainly for the mythic wildcards. Ironically, I did not receive any. Just today I hit lvl 27 with a big red wildcard in the queue and nope, no wildcard. Please help. Either with the wildcards or a refund. Much love and appreciation.

Sanctuary warden bounce trigger on stack bug
When Sanctuary warden trigger is on the stack, if the warden gets bounced and you resolve the effect of removing a shield counter to draw and create a 1/1, the draw and token effects are resolved, even though sanctuary warden is not on the battlefield anymore, making it impossible to remove the shield token. Lost cube to this bug

Improve the quality of the digital card's art
I've noticed that since some time, the quality of the new cards is blurry and not crisp, specially now in the Brothers War Set, if you compare the new art to the art of the old cards, the old card's art definetly has better quality.

Otherworldly light did not exile the target during cube draft and my opponent was able to return the creature to the battelfield.
March of Otherwordly Light did not exile the target during a cube draft. I lost the game and was given the 3rd loss of the draft.

Smoldering Egg - No Ember Counters
In the Areca cube draft, the smouldering egg card did not receive any ember counters. After playing two sorceries and an instant that totals even mana the effect occurred, however zero counters were registered on the card and it did not transform. As result I lost the match.

"Lost Connection" error when trying to start MTG Arena
When trying to start MTG Arena, I receive the attached message telling me I need to reconnect to the server. Attempting to reconnect simply causes the message to recur - I can only clear it by exiting.
Flushing my dns resolver cache clears the issue, but I have to do that every time I open Arena, which is annoying.

Freeze
It's happening really a lot recently: the game completely freezes and i have to restart it, which already costed me at least a couple of game losses during draft (that i paid for with gems btw).
Hope that i'll receive back what i spent and that everything gets fixed cause it's rally unfair.

crash on search
Game freezes completely and has to be shut down when I try to search cards in the library most times. has been happening for over a month now.

Card does not fully count swamp lands when damaging opponents.

Unable to sacrifice creature to Altar of Dementia
Played a BRO draft tonight (concluded for me 11:30pm EST 12/26).
I had stolen opponent's creature (opponent: SPACEHART) and after combat was unable to sacrifice it to Altar of Dementia because when I would hover over the creature, text boxes would pop up (descriptors of buffs like first strike, double strike, etc.) disabling my ability to select it for sacrifice. This caused a game loss and was EXTREMELY frustrating.1 vote -
Body launderer/ thran vigil
I had both a body launderer and a thran vigil on the field. Body laundered died. A creature came out of my graveyard and entered the field. Thran vigil failed to activate.

Uninstall this app
I'm done. Congrats Hasbro. I've been a huge magic fan for over 18 years, and you have ruined it. I loved to play magic and had fun doing it. This game is so terrible it's more like a daily chore for me than fun. Over my magic career, I've spent over $40,000 dollars buying cards and products, and if you would just listen to your fans and customers to make a fun and fair app I would have gladly spent that again. But clearly your all happy with whatever it is your team has designed and won't be improving anything.…
