1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

Win 8.1, black screen after updated
Im using win 8.1, i can not play Magic Arena after updated, it goes black screen !!. This is from my DXDiag from previous version. Plz contact mail ****@gmail.com

Quick Tourneys used to have a displayed timer
Twice a quick tourney timed out that was still active. They no longer display a timer on the menu screen. We get no warning on the tourney end. We used to get a 48 hour timer. We knew to play our remining matches. Now our tourneys are cancelled without warning. Put the timer back.

Not gaining xp
I've been playing standard battles and after a win, the game shows me my coins and xp but my x0 totals do not actually increase.

lands had graphical glitch, and didn't count as played. couldnt cast spells as a result, no mana, despite several mana.

Within the last 24 hrs, I've received atleast 6 cards, i have 4 of, instead of getting wildcards. Should i wait to open more booster packs?
Shouldn't packes be given wildcards instead of a 5th copy? Shouldn't prizes do the same, they haven't today, got another 5th card prize aswell.

Mayhem Devil interaction
My board had a Satyr Wayfinder and a Displacer Cat, my opponent's had a Mayhem Devil.
After casting a Soul Transfer, deciding on the mode to return a creature from the graveyard, Displacer Cat's ability went into the stack and I chose to exile/blink my Satyr, to my surprise, my opponent's Mayhem Devil's ability also went into the stack and them choose to target the damage at my Satyr, which of course died being a 1/1.Displacer Cat's ability is a EXILE / RETURN why would the Devil's ability trigger?

Error Game - They don't give me the tutorial decks
Game is not saving new decks.
When you click in complete, nothing happens.

Orange attack lines only showing towards commander
In my last match, my opponent attacked with all of his creatures. I analysed the attacks and I could not see a single orange line directed towards me; only towards my commander. So I let it go through and some of his creatures attacked me and I lost. It was such a great back and forth game and it deviated me that thats how it ended.

Can people cheat on here?
I am always thinking that there is no way these people can be so lucky with their card draws. For instance I'm playing against an elf deck and what do you know the bring out a creature that i have never seen in one. I just quit because it seems like they are just generating cards that answer my cards. It's weird the card that they brought out was a Elder Gargaroth creature card. no way that card was part of their deck. no way. it's not a feasable card to work in and elf deck.

4 pips of Devotion when Heliod, Sun Crowned enters the battlefield
Life gain effects from Ajani's Welcome and Lunarch Veteran trigger in Explorer on Arena when the devotion from Heliod's mana cost is the 5th pip of devotion in play. Heliod should enter the battlefield as an enchantment and then become a creature instead of entering the battlefield as a creature, and thus the life gain effects should not trigger.

This is how my sideboard looks after game one in Best of 3. Next to impossible to work with. Occurring repeatedly.

teferi's tutelage does not trigger
When Ob Nixilis's (the uncommon planewalker from war of the spark) ability triggers, the ability of Teferi's Tutelage does not trigger. As a result, I lose some life but don't mill the opponent.

Once upon a Time
The card "Once upon time" seems to be bugged.
I cast it on turn 2 of a game of Traditional Arena Cube Draft, before casting anyother spells., which should have allowed me to cast it for 0 Mana, but the game auto-tapped and paid for the spell with my 2 lands.
The only reason for this that i can see, is that i played a mdfc (tangled florahedorn// tangled vale) as my land for turn 1.1 vote -
One with the multiverse not working on opponents' turn with flash
One with the multiverse didn't allow me to counter a spell with a flash creature in my hand for free on my opponent's turn. This lost me my game and draft.

Card name became stuck on screen
I was moving a card (Energy Refractor) from my main deck to my sideboard while drafting, when the title of the card became stuck to my mouse. It followed my mouse for the remainder of the draft, and I was unable to drop the card or return it to the main deck. When the draft ended, the card title dropped from my mouse but stayed on the screen, remaining even after I exited the draft.

Machine Over Matter bug
On turn 3, the connection started having issues so I switched to my phone. Upon connecting onto reenter the match, my rope was burning low and I attempted to put Machine Over Matter on the stack. Before I could click on my opponent's only creature in play, the rope ended and passed the turn. The Machine Over Matter stack box remained on the screen rather than the spell returning to my hand or elsewhere (see attached screenshots). My opponent attacked and no matter what I did, I could not cast the spell. It was as if the spell was caught…

Duplicate rare received in Alchemy Horizons: Baldur's Gate pack
I bought a pack of Alchemy Horizons: Baldur's Gate from the in-app store (PC version of Arena). The rare in that pack was one of which I already had 4 copies, so that I just had 20 gems added to my account.
Booster packs are supposed to be duplicate-protected, but this one wasn't.1 vote -

Incorrect Damage Calculation
I had a 4/4, opponent blasted it for 3 damage. I used creature's ability to give it +2/+2 til end of turn after the source targeted ... and my creature died from 3 damage after having been buffed to 6 toughness.
This errors are happening often and daily, yet still no word to just acknowledge it's a problem let alone an ETA for a fix.
