How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.
Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

Heliod, Sun-Crowned Game Crash
Heliod Sun Crowned crashes my game. Why allow people to play an event when someone can play a card to crash the game? Anytime someone plays that card in cube its a free auto win if drawn.

Qucik draft match "froze" I had to quit the game altogether.
A quick draft match froze after I played my first land. The game got stuck for several minutes in between phases. I had troubles uploading video but I can provide it. I had to close the game and consequently lost the match and the draft. I would like the coins/ gems to be refunded, please.

Choose Your Favorite Magic Arena Music Track/Background
Hi Arena Team! Really loving the game as I have been getting into it-keep up the great work!
One suggestion to the game that I would like to make is to be able to choose what music and/or background appears during a match with your opponent.
There are so many great songs and backgrounds to play on in the game! The Amonkhet, Crimson Vow, and New Capenna are my favorites! They're so good! However, it is a bit of bummer that these only play/appear randomly...
I think it would be cool if you could set your favorite music and/or background…

Historic packs bugged?
I think there is a bug with packs again. I won a historic event and it gave me 3 packs (thermos beyond death, core set 2020, and ravinaca alliegence) I do not have a complete collection of rares for any of these sets yet I was given 20 gems for all 3 packs. I know there was a recent issue with supplicant protection on the most recent set and think there may be a similar issue with historic packs. Please look into it and please advise what you can do for me as the 20gems is not the value I…

Game chrashes when starting matches and editing decks
Whenever I start a new match the game crashes and I have to reconnect to play. Once the match finishes it doesn't take me back to the home screen, it stays on a black screen that I can't interact with. Once I restart the game I'm back at the home screen.
Whenever I'm editing a deck and click to see more details the game crashes. I can add or remove cards, rename and change deck image without issue. Only clicking to see more details crashes it.1 vote -
BUG — Master's Rebuke is destroying creatures rather than dealing X/X damage.
Master's Rebuke is destroying cards greater than a creature's power.
I accidentally used Master's Rebuke on an opponent/s 4/5 creature from my 4/4 creature; their creature was destroyed. Then, a game or two later, an opponenent with a 1/1 or 2/2 creature used Master's Rebuke on my 5/5 creature, and it was destroyed as well.

Daily Deals at Store is empty
I entered the store and the Daily Deals tab is empty, it doesn't even show anything as purchased.

Deck Builder: Advanced Search Terms Examples section still uses "cmc"
One example in the Advanced Search Features section:
"Let's make a Mono-Red Burn deck!" still show the filter "cmc" when it should show "mv" as per the change from "Converted Mana Cost" to "Mana Value".Current:

Premier Draft BRO
During my last premier draft BRO ( a few minutes ago) it happened about four times that the next booster got passed to me but just got shipped on so that I was unable to pick a card ( a message was displayed: "unable to pick a card"). Cards were autoselected for me...pretty bad deck now 😩

Around 2022-12-26 6AM PST, lost in a draft match but counted as 2 losses.

During my match.
My opponent, in his last turn he made a move that took him so long so he used up all his time and even with that he had not ended of that move. So while it was still his turn my time started to spend and than the warning came on the first picture and than he finally ended his turn at last, and mine was about to come but due to the all time used up and the warning, my turn has not started, instead I was concluded the game and the system told us I lost the game.…

Mythic Booster
First, I like the concept of mythic boosters a lot, it's a great way to acquire remaining cards of a mostly collected set. But imho there is some room for improvement...
- Expand it to all sets
There a still plenty of sets without mythic packs. Mostly older sets and some of them are really mythic-heavy like the both remastered sets, but also new stuff like Alchemy expansions you drop every set. I don't see any good reason why these sets shouldn't have mythic packs available as well.
- Remove the opportunity to get a rare wildcard in mythic packs.

Unable to save deck when using Ugin the Ineffable as my commander in Historic Brawl
Unable to save deck after updating cards when using Ugin the Ineffable as my commander in Historic Brawl.
If I use a different commander or format the deck saves just fine.
This is not Ugin the Spirit Dragon, I know it is banned in Historic Brawl.Please describe steps for me to get my deck with updates saved using my current list and Ugin the Ineffable as my commander.

So many crashes
3rd crash tonight. One was after a match concluded, another was mid game play, and another was while waiting for a match up. My phone wasn't hot or otherwise in a non working order. Playing on a Google pixel pro. I love this game, but crashes are very frustrating.
Ps also please offer a better way to report issues. All these hoops just to get to where I am at now just compound the frustration of game issues. If I could just hit a button when something went wrong that would send a log to you guys that would be…

IOS環境です。
攻撃クリーチャー選択のフェイズで、誤って「すべてで攻撃」を選択したのち、各クリーチャーをタップし選択解除しても、攻撃宣言ボタンが「○体で攻撃」ではなく「すべてで攻撃」から変わらず、押すともちろん再度全てのクリーチャーが選択された状態となり、特定クリーチャーのみでの攻撃にできない。
クリーチャー選択や手札詳細表示等（何がきっかけとなって直るかの検証はしてません）を適応に繰り返すと、「○体で攻撃」に直ったことも経験してます。
