How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

  1. Player Reporting system is pointless if repeat offenders are allowed to continue abuse.

    In order to foster a fun playing environment, abusive players should be banned/suspended from play. Currently, it seems this is not the case. Three times in the past month, I have been matched up with a player named BlueSovereign who abuses the turn timer. Every time, I report that player but it seems my reporting does not result in any change.

    If that is the case, using the reporting system is pointless.

  2. [Mac OS] - Client is stuck at Login Queue

    Under Mac OS - 12.4

    Description: the client is unable to log into the account.

    Expected behaviour: After client is open, the user credentials are verified and if they are correct, client log to application

    Actual behaviour: After the client is open, the client displays a Login Queue message, "We are experiencing heavy load at the moment, and your login has been queued", it does not login regardless of how long the client is open

    NOTE: localization seems to be mixed, most of the message is shown in english, however the "Play" button, is replaced by "Jogar", mixing English to…

  3. midweek magic event uses alchemy cards

    Please, never use alchemy cards in any sort of event. Alchemy is the worst idea, the cards suck and it makes me want to quit Magic.

  4. Game Keeps Freezing on my phone

    The game keeps freezing resulting in at least 10 losses for me in the last week. Also, your system for reporting bugs is not adequate. Your ticket system being me posting this as an "idea" in a forum does not give me confidence that you are at all equipped to fix any problems that arise.

  5. Gems when not all rares collected

    I received gems instead of a Rare/Mythic when I had collected all the cards from that set, knowing there is still one I want - hence why I'm buying that set - and because the second pack I I opened gave me another rare. It clearly says on the gem card that I would have had to have collected all the rares and mythics.

    This is not my screen shot, but it shows the same thing for the gem card.

  6. Trade in System

    Please make some way to trade in cards for wild cards. I’ve spent a couple hundred dollars on this game and can hardly finish a deck. It’s very difficult to get the cards you want because there are very few rewards for you to earn… so then I fall into the trap and buy gems. As a new player, I’ve made a lot of mistakes. Please come up with some kind of way to trade. I don’t care if it’s only rare! Or even if you have to trade in 5 or for just 1 wild! At least that’s a…

  7. Hit Cancel Just Prior to Game Spawn, Registered as Loss

    I clicked "play," then hit the cancel button just prior to a game spawning. The game briefly showed "waiting for opponent," as if a game was about to spawn, but then returned me to the main menu without starting a game. However, when I entered the event menu, it showed a loss, as if the game had been conceded. I restarted the game to see if this was a visual bug but it still showed as a loss.

  8. Cards Art resolution on ipad needs to increase

    I play mostly on my ipad pro and the resolution of art of the cards is really low, I buy cosmetics and love the aesthetics of the game especially the cards and having low resolution and blurry art is a bit frustrating especially when you spend money on cosmetics etc which is my case. Make the resolution at least ewual to the PC experience, thanks.

  17. Alternate card styles

    Is this issue being worked? I reported this 2 weeks ago.

    The alternate card styles show in deck builder but not in matches.

    To be clear, its only card styles that the artwork vis different from the original arts on the card. so the styles that have motion but are still the same. art appear to work.

  19. MacBook Pro m1 Pro 16" issues

    Arena client minimizes itself when going from main menu into a match as well as when switching from searching for opponent to starting match. There are a few other times where it exits out of full screen and minimizes itself, but I can't recall them at the moment.

    Only have one resolution option in Graphics options of Settings menu in match.

    Arena client will not load past black screen if opened by clicking Arena icon, can only play game if launched through Epic Game Store.
