How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

Unable to Submit Sideboarded Deck in Traditional Draft Event
I was in the finals of a Traditional Draft today and I did not change my deck after game 1. After Game 2 I attempted to side in Islands and counter magic but when submitting the screen went black and five seconds later displayed my unaltered starting deck. I attempted this two more times and both times the deck was unchanged. I lost Game 3 and the potential 3000 Gem prize partially due to the fact I could not adjust my deck. Please at least refund the 1500 gems spent on this draft, this is unacceptable.

Alchemy - Give Your Players the Choice between Digital Only Cards In or Out
Dear MTG Arena team,
most recently Alchemy has been added as a new format to Magic Arena. By rebalancing already existing cards and adding new digital-only cards exclusive to the format to Arena, the intention here is to keep Standard a fresh and ever-evolving format for players to enjoy. While I do welcome the idea of keeping Standard fresh, introducing digital-only cards to the format is the biggest mistake for card design and hurts Magic as a franchise and game experience.

MTG Arena "Error Updating Data"
I am still getting the "Error Updating Data" issue.
No, it's not my connection.
No it's not proxy settings.
No, it's not the firewall.
No, the VPN did not help.
Yes, I did switch to the Epic Games Launcher.
None of these have helped. I still can't play this game. My connection is 200+MB/sec downloads and yet this game chokes my install at under 10mb/sec

Game freezing up
Sometimes when im in a game i start a match and my phone freezes up causing me to lose the game, also when i reboot my game it changes my avatar and no longer allows me to use emotes.

Issue Challenging Friends
[PC] Game has been bugged at minimum since Crimson Vow's release, leaving the Direct Challenge to a friend for friendly brawl unusable. When challenging a friend and selecting the friendly brawl option, one or both of the parties will only see a 60-card challenge available (with only 60+ card, non-brawl decks in their collection available to select), and cannot select brawl decks to participate. Can’t remove cards from deck
I cannot remove cards from my deck after Alchemy altered them. My deck is invalid until I can remove or replace the altered cards, but it will not allow me to do so

Game removes the BO3 half of the sideboard when playing a friend.
On PC
Playing a BO3 Standard match with a friend via direct challenge
after the first game only had the BO1 sideboard cards available even though it was a BO3 game.After the game was over my deck's sideboard had been altered without any input from me to only have the BO1 sideboard cards, the other sideboard cards had been removed and had to be put back in again after each of our games.

Mastery XP Card Rewards Not Being Received
After completing level 80 of the most recent mastery tree (D&D Mastery), I did not receive the Mythic Card reward, and have not received any of the uncommon card rewards since. (I am now on level 94 of the mastery tree.) There doesn't appear to be an issue with the XP wheels themselves. I am granted the correct amount of points, and it does roll over to the next mastery tree level, but without releasing card rewards. Please help!

Mac client won't run unless started from Epic Game launcher
Ever since the last update, when I attempt to run the Arena app directly, it starts up as a black screen and shows the Arena cursor, but then never loads the game. The only way I can launch the game is by running Epic Games and then launching from there and the game will start and run normally. This DOES NOT occur on my other Intel based MacBook Pro, where everything is running fine.

Rigged
I believe, strongly, that your game is rigged. If you don't stop with these greedy, malicious, unfair practices I'll take my business elsewhere. Just plain let a random generator generate the cards and stop toying with your players.

Player Timeout punishment
There needs to be some kind of report a player feature or an in game punishment that prohibits this toxic slowplaying mentality that most of the player base seems to have. If you're constantly seeing the rope on your turn for multiple games in a row, then you should start receiving shorter rope times. Do something to make it detrimental for wasting other players time.

Unable to add to decks
I'm currently unable to "add to decks" from Premier draft events.
In Premier draft neon dynasty, click "add to decks" to save my draft deck and nothing happens.

purchase not given.
I tried to purchase the daily special of one pack of cards, but was not given the pack. The store said that it was purchased, but I did not get the pack. Rip-off!

Mastery reward bug
I’m no longer receiving rewards from my mastery pass or tree? I’m gaining xp and it says I’m receiving rewards but cards are not in my card pool.

When I cast syncopate with x=0, the spell's controller should have the option to have the spell countered. Arena currently autopays 0 (even on full control)

Concerned about the future of Paper MTG Balance
I'm concerned about the future of paper MTG balance after the announcement of Alchemy.
Since this format will likely be the new defacto digital format thanks to the swift rebalancing that will occur to overly powerful cards, I feel like there will be a greater chance that cards will be pushed to an even higher power level in general. This wouldn't be an issue for Alchemy, as that format can be balanced on the fly, but it could potentially damage the integrity of any other eternal paper formats. Can't report bug
I can't seem to report a bug about the game getting stuck. The site doesn't seem to explain further as to why my bug could not be submitted.
