How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

No Progression on Wins to next level
Have been 1 win from Mythic in Standard twicw today, won my games and neither time was promoted to Mythic!

Dont gain my rank when winning on construct diamond tier1 4pip
I dont gain rank or get winning bonus but If I lose I lose my rank and If I win again after that I get everything as usual but this bug only happen If I almost promote to mythic i.e. diamond1 4pip

Rewards and experience not given for appropriate progress and actions. Have played 10 games across the accepted formats and have received no credit for winning or playing lands.

My pick 2 TMNT draft wins did not register. Already won 2 wins.
I already reach mythic playing pick 2 TMNT drafts. Hoping to improved my mythic rankings. Played today afternoon and won a game. I noticed that my win didn't register. Still at zero and quest also didn't moved. Tried playing again tonight and still won but my win still at zero. I'm 2 - 0 now. I hope this can be fixed. Im trying to improve my mythic ranking.

Winning does not Count
Winning does not Count after any type of game. After a game is finished both victory and lose screen take a few more seconds than usual to appear and then my wins just dont count. zero progression for battle pass, daily/weekly rewards, ranking....just nothing. Without those rewards im not interested in playing at all.

Daily quest never show up
Hello,
I have started to play mtg Arena one month ago and daily quests never show up. I have completed all tutorials and done a lot of plays in ranked and not ranked. Every day I can see the countdown of the next daily quest, then it reaches 0 and start again but I have never received any daily quests. The 2 other slots always have the achievements (see screenshots). I have no issue for weekly quests.

Game freezes android
Cant even finish a single game without screen locking. No point me even starting events atm.
Im hearing others with this problem on ipad and android. All since last update.
Am i to assume Arena are abandoning us on these platforms?

Priority glitch/stall,
As of the latest update, when playing on Android, there will any variety of effects that will proc priority. You see the yellow aura around the opponents HP, signaling priority. I wait and wait, but then the yellow timeout counter pops up. So it's their priority, but I'm the one timing out? I know it's not my service. I might say it's some form of hack/cheat by the other player, but I've been playing for a few months and this issue has only just popped up since the last update. Freeze
Game freezing at random times and awarding me the loss.

Triggers/Interactions that cause a card to display on the right side of the screen cause Denial of Service
Prior to the rollout of the TMNT set/scenery, this was not an issue.
What happens:
A card will cause the opposing player to interact with the board/game somehow. For example, a card will cause the opposing player to mill two cards. The card will display on the right side of the screen, which is correct behavior: it's showing me what the player is supposed to do. The problem is this state of the game does not progress. Creatures not blocking and game frozen
Game frozen when blocked all 1/1 creatures not allowing me to then move to next phase or skip meaning by default I lost game due to time out

Request for Correction of the Korean Translation of “Sneak” (Ninja Turtle Keyword)
I am submitting this request regarding an issue in the Korean localization of keyword abilities.
The keyword “Blitz” has previously been translated into Korean as “기습.” However, the newly introduced keyword “Sneak” has also been translated as “기습” in the Korean version.
“Blitz” and “Sneak” are distinct keyword abilities with different mechanics and rules meanings. Assigning the same Korean term to two separate keyword abilities creates unnecessary confusion for Korean-speaking players.
It makes it difficult to distinguish between the two abilities in gameplay, rules interpretation, and card interactions.
This is a terminology conflict in localization and should be corrected to…

Tend the sprigs does not work with changelings correctly
I cast Tend the Sprigs with a Firdoch Core in play. I did not get the 3/4 treefolk despite having a changeling on the battlefield.

Lorwyn Eclipsed Mastery Pass level 4 giving wrong reward
Lorwyn Eclipsed Mastery Pass level 4 gave 3 packs of EOE instead of Lorwyn Eclipsed. The EOE packs are still in my inventory, please remove these and issue the correct 3 Lorain Eclipsed packs
