How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

Unable to use card style-d lands after drafting Chromatic Cube
After drafting Chromatic Cube, I am unable to add any of the triomes or other lands that have card styles attached to them that I do not own. After trying to add them to the draft deck it only pops up with the offer for me to buy the card style but not add them to the deck.

Unable to play Jump in!
Cannot resign a deck in "Jump In!" mode, the activated button says "home" which just takes me back to the main screen & i am never able to play the mode.
Additionally i have no ability to resign the current deck that i am stuck with.
This problem persists both on windows and Android.

Error updating data
My MTG Arena does not initiate since the last patch before Last Caverns of Ixalan and, for some reason, it loads the "Error Updating Data" screen. I've tryed every single solution avaliable on the internet, but none of them worked. What could it be?

shuffle
Add a button at the beginning of a match to shuffle ones deck before starting the game. Due to the fact that ALOT of time in 3 color decks you only get 2 of the colors of mana you selected. You'll get 6 turns in need 1 mana of the color your missing and have a hand full of cards needing that one color, but by the time you draw one its too late your opponent has built their field and there is no way back out of the hole your in. All because Players cant shuffle their deck before…

Infinite Loop
I got stuck in an opponents infinity loop. This is ridiculous.

Limited rank dropped after winning a constructed match
I was playing in a traditional constructed event (Historic), and after winning a match, my limited rank dropped. This has happened multiple times, and will likely prevent me from getting to mythic if it continues.

Missing rare and mythic rare wild cards after opening packs
I was opening M21 packs (the 50 pack bundle) and I was monitoring how many mythic rare and rare wild cards I was getting.
Doing that monitoring I saw on the wild card section that several rares and mythic rares wild cards that I opened weren't updating the values on the wild card section.

menu has no text
The main menu (when pressing Esc) has no text when brought up during a game, and after that even in the lobby.

Connection with Server
It said I lost connection with server on opponent's turn while I was in a draft match. I was in a good board position with card advantage. First time this ever happens to me in any match. Received a loss. My connection was fine the entire time.

Random Disconnections
The past few games that I've conceded, when clicking the Concede button, I get disconnected from the match. I have to reconnect to the client or force close and reopen it.
Additionally, certain games will simply disconnect me for no reason. This did not happened to me before the M20 patch.

Yargle Day Achievements Not Tracking
Yargle Day achievements are still not tracking properly. I have dealt 30 or 40 damage with Yargle since the hotfix and the achievements are still not tracking properly. The only one that seems to be tracking is the Dominaria deck restriction achievement.

Mastery pass rewards not being given.
I purchased the duskmourn mastery pass. It gave me all of the prior premium rewards, however levelling up further is only giving me the free rewards and not the premium ones. Missing the rewards for levels 33, 34, and 35.

Client goes from fullscreen to windowed every game
Everytime I start or finish a game the client goes into windowed mode, so I have to go into settings and change it back to fullscreen.

Arena Crashing
Since the most recent update on 09/13/2024, Arena keeps crashing whenever I try to go to the store and during games.

Sideboard Issue in BO3
Playing BO3 Standard Ranked matches, the sideboard doesn't work correctly and doesn't let me add cards to the deck,

Unable to get collection
Title says all. Impossible to connect to servers in a stable manner. The error states 'network error - unable to get collection'.
Tried all possible solutions listed in the troubleshooting section and nothing worked.
