How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.
Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

I just played a Second Match while waiting, and even though I won i was given a loss…

Claim Rewards - Show what rewards were for
After a match where awards are given (such as daily achievement awards), it'd be nice to know what the reward is from- this text should be displayed with the "Claim" screen.
Example: I have 2 daily achievements, one for playing creatures and one for playing a number of colored cards. After completing a match of Jump In, I'm presented with a Claim screen for 500 coins. But which achievement did I complete? I have no idea. I have to leave the Jump In page, go back to Home to view achievements, then go back to Jump In to continue playing.

Game Freezing
The game keep freezing while playing a game (it has happened 4-5 times so far). This normally happens while moving through phases or after I play a land. The timer pop up on the screen and I am unable to take any game action. By closing and opening the game again, I would be able to keep playing and finishing my games. However, last time this happened was during a premier draft and when I got back into the game this is the screen I had (attached picture).

Avatar change impossible
For weeks I have problem that I cannot change my avatar. Nomater which I will choose it is alwayes displayed Ferrafor.

Missing Mastery Pass Mythic Card Rewards
I just won a game and received gold rewards for a daily win + a daily Quest. I also received 250 Mastery XP, which all popped up on screen at the end of the match. The XP was enough to complete level 49 of the Mastery Pass which should have given 2 Mythic SoS cards, but I didn't get any pop-up for those and nothing in my collection says "New", so I don't think I received them.

Unusable land
In some way i got plains land wich was unusable...
After opponent finish me it's desipeard...

Brawl Matchmaking is Completely Ruined
I keep matching up against the same person multiple times in a row. Everyone is. It sucks. I switch decks, and its the same person twice in a row. So, I switch Commanders to get a new person and then get them twice in a row. This keeps happening. No matter what Im facing hte same person multiple times in a row. To get a new person, switch decks, to face another new person 10 times. This is garbage and completely ruining everyone's enjoyment of the largest and most profitable part of Arena. first of please make a format free of alchemy cards and many other ideas.
- First of please make a format free of alchemy cards, i dont care if i have to wait 1hr between games, those cards are the most broken, bad design and toxic play patterns.
- Ban or restrict strip mine and give us wasteland, there is a reason its ban or restricted in every other format. it leavs no counter play and no agency.

I'm fed up with Alchemy cards
One ****** card designed by a grade-schooler ruins the game of Brawl. Despite repeated calls for creating a format where Alchemy can't be used, they show no intention of doing so. Even worse, Wizards deleted an opinion that hundreds of people agreed with.

Same opponent
I just got the same opponent four times in a row and they got to go first every single time and they used the same counterspell on my Commander. Is the game dying or glitching or what?

The game continues without the spell being resolved.
I played a spell, but it didn't resolve. The played card remained displayed on the right side of the screen as the game continued. I couldn't play that card again, and I lost it from my hand.

Silverquill, the Disputant bug with Dawn's Truce
When casting Dawn's truce with Silverquill, the Disputant on the battlefield, you do not have the option to gift a card, unless you pay Casualty 1. If you do not pay Casualty, there is no option to gift a card.

Add a report match button to the menu and add a record match function to the game.
I have encountered over 112 suspicious players while playing this game.
That is far too many not to at least post a suggestion.
It's simple add a report match button above the concede button, and add an option to record matches to make reporting suspicious players easier since game moderators don't want to do their jobs.

Can’t load into Main Menu
I get a black error message prior to loading into the main menu saying my client is out of date, but I have checked the App Store numerous times looking for an update and none show up. I’ve reset my phone, my router, my data plan, and none of it has worked.

Collection status/First/New cards
My collection is very close to one each of every card except the latest sets and maybe some rsres.going back a little further so I strategically get packs so I'm maxing my chances of getting first cards. Opening a mythic strip haven pack I got an uncommon from a few sets ago that said first or new I can't remember. I knew that wasn't possible because I had all.commons and uncommon. Ranking up while losing in limited events
I've played 4 premier drafts of HOB, I have not won more than 2 games in any single event and I'm ranking up. This is evil. I'm playing a ranked queue against players consistently above my skill level winning 33% - 40% of my games and ranking up. Half of the issue is the lack of participation in Universes Beyond, players decay far below their skill level and prey upon weaker players. Loot, Exuberant Explorer - Bug
The card Loot, Exuberand Explorer is not puting the 5 cards from its ability back in the bottom of the library in radom order. It is instead puting them on top in revealed status.

you really need to fix the game, get rid of obsolete thigs that are costing you players
you hand smoothing and your matchmaker algorithms are obsolete. Both were put in to attract new players and hand out BS participation trophies. Balancing the game for new players is out dated as almost 90% of the decks are copies of meta decks and if someone is using a copied deck do they really need any other advantage? The only payers it is really hurting are deck crafters. Your matchmaker is supposed to set the win rate at about 60% but against crafted decks it is actually much lower. Basic math is it is supposed to place you against deck…
