How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

Tutorial glitched
On the 3rd tutorial match, The card placement is glitched, and the played creature and enchantment cards are overlapping in one spot. The tutorial wants me to enchant my strongest creature (which is in the glitched card pile) and I can't select that creature at all. How is this game so broken?

Freezes and crashes since last update
Hi,
I've done the 9.53Gb update this morning and since then I'm experimenting different issues on my account (mainly freezes and crashes but also some lags).Roughly : I connect, I try to click on the store or on the daily challenges if I want to modify them and the game becomes unresponsive. To the point I get a Windows popup asking me if I want to wait for Arena to answer or to quit. Waiting is to no avail so far, the game never comes back. Keep Alchemy and Historic separated
Just let us have an eternal format on the client. This is magic, not some cheap digital only game, let us play Magic.

timer frozen
Opponent's timer ran out after his first turn but turn did not go to me next. Timer just ran out and stayed frozen. Had to end the game.

Mac OS Screen Resolution
The "Resolution" setting only has one option in Windowed or Fullscreen mode. Part of the board is cut off (see Graveyard Cut Off) because the game display ratio is wider than my monitor ratio and it's being zoomed-in to fill vertically.

Can’t sideboard
I’ve been playing bo3 Timeless matches on iPad and I am unable to sideboard at all between games after the latest patch. I click on cards in my sideboard to add them and it doesn’t add them. After game 1 I am sometimes able to sideboard normally, but never after game 2. Sometimes I’m able to remove cards from the deck but I’m unable to add any back in, even the ones I’d just removed. When this happens all I can do is restart MTGA, which doesn’t fix the problem but it at least resets my deck to 60 cards…

Unable to connect
Since this morning, it is impossible to connect. We have an error during connect to server just before loading the main page. I have tested on different device (pc or mobile) and it is always the same result. The servers looks operational according to the website. So what is happening, and how can i access to the game?

Quick Draft Quest not completing
I started another draft and am still not receiving progress for the three quick draft matches however, and clicking thee quest doesn't appear to navigate to anything. Is this a known issue, or is there any other way to receive progress?

Cannot login
Cannot login to the game, it just keeps sending me cycling me back to the login screen everytime.

MTG Arena switches to windowed mode constantly for ultrawide aspect ratios
As of 2024.40.30.6688.1090994, everytime my client enters or exits a match the game switches from fullscreen mode to windowed mode. The issue only happens when I'm using an ultrawide resolution (3440 x 1440).
The cause of the bug has actually been found by nexus mod user skebbZ, attached is his explanation. (His mod actually fixes this issue)

Alchemy historic
Wotc the changes to historic cards in addition to alchemy makes me think your abusing ***** or common thrives. There is no reason whatsoever for this change you even have to code in the original first so it’s not about card copies and if it is then fix it. No one cares if you wanna make alchemy go for it but please don’t nuke historic. But on the brute side we are not whores cause whores get money when you *********, you won’t even give us back wild cards….if this happens I’m done

Please don't mix Alchemy with Historic
If those changes happen I will uninstall the game, I love mtg and have played for more than 15 years now, I have my Arena account since the closed beta and have convinced multiple of my friends to ditch other tcg's for Arena. I play exclusively historic, as I prefer non rotating formats, a long time ago you promised to implement Pioneer onto the client, but you lied about it, now you plan to terminate the only eternal format available without ant consideration to your player-base. Win recorded as loss
I was playing OTJ draft with two losses and 0 wins. I won my next match but the app recorded both 1 loss and 1 win. Since that totaled 3 losses, I’m not able to continue.

Lightwheel enhancments bugged
When playing arena I noticed lightwheel enhancements can't be cast from graveyard despite being at max speed. I am on arena pc and so far I have found this bug when drafting and when I've built a deck around playing it. Lightwheel enhancements should be able to be cast from graveyard when at max speed.

MTG Arena for Mac on Steam
Please release MTG Arena for Mac on Steam. Currently MTG Arena itself is supported on Mac, but can only be installed on Epic. Adding it to Steam would make it easier for me to recommend, especially to friends and family that are less familiar with gaming and have only heard of Steam.
