How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.
Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

Ranked system is down
There is no more Ranking on the game.
Only sparky ranking and my rank didn't go down, after I won 2 games of standard ranked15 votes -
Keep freezing after casting spell or someone counters spell
This has happend 5 times today where when i play a sorcery or an instant itll freeze not letting anything happen. Itll used the timer and still not do anything. I try resetting the game itll load the game back up and itll still be at the same point not being able to do anything.after each time it does this it reset my progress bar back to one as if i havent won any games for that tier. Idk if you guys are able rewatch my games because i dont have screenshot of it.

Issues starting matches
Choose to Play
You may be stuck in waiting for opponent for a while, so long you may be offered to cancel. If you do wait until you connect, the game will not show you your hand, and is waiting for the opponent. A timer begins for the opponent and runs all the way down. It does not time out the opponent. If you hit concede at this point nothing happens. Restarting the computer, and reinstalling mtga does not help.15 votes -
matchmaking
There is an issue with the matchmaking server. I've attempted to join the Ranked Standard queue multiple times from two separate devices (laptop with Windows PC and iPhone 15) and each time it's either taken an extremely long time to connect or doesn't connect at all. And even when it finds an opponent, the game simply stalls at the opening screen prior to where you pick a hand.

stalling
12/28/25 The arena servers is stalling 3-4 games now , loads fine up to the mull stage , seems like the opt is stalling , but they don't get the option to choose ,.,I've loaded the game three times , still the same. WHATS going ON ? anyone know ??

Can't play games
Queue times seem unusually long, and when I do finally get into a game (in any mode, both constructed and limited), nobody seems to be able to make any choices on keeping or mulligan hands. Sometimes hands don't even show up and I see only an empty board and stats that say both players have 999 cards in hand, 999 cards in library, 999 cards in graveyard etc. Can't play any games at all.

Wins don't count
Wins just don't count. No progress in daily quests. PC

Daily reward not counting the spells I've used so far, tried a new one also not counting anything!
Daily rewards say I need to do 30 black/green spells. I justed played a game with a mono black deck and still the counter says no, it should say something like 8 or 9 by now. I took a new reward as the previous one (it was 20 green/red spells) also wasn't counting anything...

No rewards for winning, ranking not updating
Not getting rewards for winning, win count not increasing, ranking not changing after wins when I am in mythic.
And now have spark rank.
Nice to know when you are in the top 1500 mythic and you win games you dont actually increase rank due to a bug, then have to struggle for 40 minutes to figure out on which page redirect you need raise a bug, probably only to get a new common card skin for the issue, rather than the 20 play points you would have gotten along with all teh other rewards the 10 wins would have…14 votes -
Game freezing
Since a few days, I often experience Arena freezing mid-game (Android Phone). This happens once every 3-5 matches at random times. Usually I manahe to restart the game in time to rejoin the match, but just now it did not work and I was awarded a loss. This is quite frustrating as it was in a premier draft event that I paid for.

Mobilized freezes my mobile game
The game freezes everytime my mobilized creatures are sacrificed. If I do the repair, it fixes it for the game but the time laps makes me loose the game. I am not even able to concede because of the frozen game.

Matches freezing mid-game
Since the last update on February 24th, I've been having trouble playing. Matches constantly freeze mid-action, making it impossible to continue. I must have tried playing around 10 matches today, and this happened in 4 of them. This occurred in both standard ranked matches and duels with starter decks. I tried disconnecting from the game and rejoining the match twice on one occasion, but I remained frozen (it wasn't an internet outage, as the opponent continued to communicate). Master pass level 4 reward says 3 Lorwyn Eclipsed packs, but I got 3 EOE packs instead

server issue?
weird stuff is happening today. i boot the game fine, though the "connecting to the server" with the spinning loading icon did take a bit longer than usual, but i either cant find a match, or the 2 times i did it doesnt progress correctly. first of said 2 games I was on the play and got my opening hand, chose to keep, and when the clock ran down for opponent, the game crashed. second game it didnt even load any hands and this time the timer ran all the way down and nothing happened. tried to concede and nothing…

Unable to play matches
Stuck at Waiting for Opponent in almost all matches across multiple formats. Occasionally able to load into a match, unable to get past mulligan phase. Premier draft is unable to be selected. Had an Avatar Premier draft deck with 0/0 record, now completely unable to select Avatar premier draft. May have been awarded match losses for inability to connect, I can't tell as the premier draft option is currently not visible and unable to be selected.

Not matchmaking
Not matchmaking and when it does I can’t play anything. Sometimes it prompts to keep or mulligan but that’s it. It times out after that A reverts back to the main screen

Match won’t load
Match won’t load. At first I thought it might just be historic gameplay (perhaps Arena is overloaded with something else) so I (paid 8,000 gems) entered the win a box draft and it’s not loading either. Am I sol for those gems now? Hoping you fix the bug so I/we can play the game :(

Game not working 28.12.25
Games either do not queue at all, or eventually load and neither player is showed a hand or any sort of timer. Concede button does not work. I have tried the 'Repair game files' option. I have checked the 'Status' page (which claims there are no incidents reported. I have tried using a VPN to use servers in different countries and on different continents. Nothing works. The game is apparently not functioning at all.
