How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

  2. Re-add ratings and rank data to logs

    The ratings and rank details have been in the logs for, a very very long time.

    The recent publicity about the nature of mmr ratings and how there are apparent bugs in that rating does not magically (pun intended) turn data which was freely included historically into a bug to hide.

    Many trackers rely on rank details to provide value to customers or as differentiators in general.

    Rating data, which does not directly affect rank, does provide insightful data into performance of the player and how their overall skill is being translated.

  3. Unable to Select Card in Premium Draft

    I would like to request a refund on my draft due to a bug in the client that caused me to lose out on a key card.

    1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug:
    2. enter premium draft
    3. select cards normally until pack 1 pick 6
    4. drag vampire interloper towards my deck, but then put it back
    5. vampire interloper visually disappears and is unable to be selected or dragged into the deck.

  7. Daily Rewards

    Daily reward is stuck. My daily reward was 20 blue/white spells. My first match I hit 18/20. Since that match, I have cast significantly more than 2 white/blue spells, but the counter won't move and reward won't distribute.

    I can't connect to the game at all with this message :

    " Connection Lost

    You've lost your connection to the server"

    But my internet connection is working perfectly fine as I can play other games.

  10. Seal Product Codes Should Not Expire

    I bought a new old stock Jace Planeswalker Deck. It came with a digital code to play on Magic Arena but I can't use it apparently because it expired! How does it expire?! Digital is the only way to play right now with the pandemic and I can't use this deck all because Wizards of the Coast has codes expire... makes no sense. They should reactivate all codes that have expired from sealed products.

  12. daily quest timer reset but no new quest

    My daily quest are not showing up when my timer hits 0 and then the timer starts over and there are still no quest available. Also it says I can have 3 daily quest active at once but I only get 1. Closed the game and restarted it thinking that might update my quests but they still were not there.

    So apparently yall removed that super-simple card style button next to the crafting button and we have to search for the cards we want to change the style? Yall are dumb. Bring it back.

  15. Historic Pauper!

    An Open Letter to WOTC and the MTG Arena team

    Hello!

    I just wanted to write in on behalf of myself and the Historic Pauper community (I'm a moderator in a Historic Pauper Discord server and have been staff/the organizer for approximately half of the Historic Pauper events on MTG Melee) to say that we loved the FNM event. Many of us have played hundreds of games in official MTG Arena events while also playing hundreds (if not thousands) more in player run events or casual matches.

    We are all looking forward to the next Historic Pauper event!

  16. Scurry Oak infinite combo

    I've been losing matches with Scurry Oak infinite squirrel combo, becasue my time ends even If I didn't interact with the priority of my opponent, On my turn, my time is also consumed with the combo of my opponent. Time of my opponent only should be consumed and not mine. Becasue on my turn I have a response to clean the board

  19. Keep historic cards unchanged with alchemy

    Dont change Historic with Alchemy updates. This destroys the only eternal format available on Arena, which is important. It will kill interest in Arena.

  20. cant play triomes in chromatic cube

    The triomes in the cube have a different art style so I can't put them in my deck despite this event should be phantom. I don't own the triomes and I don't want to pay 600 gems to get an art upgrade for a phantom event ????
