How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

All cards are black during drafting
During premium draft just now I was drafting and all cards were black. Loging out and loging back in during the draft did not solve the issue. I would like a refund for the gems spent on the draft.

Winter Sale 5 Full Art Lands not appearing
I was looking at the winter sale bundles available and when I realized it was a twelve days of christmas thing, i wanted to look at what each day's sale was. I purchased the ones for days 2 and 3, then I could see what was for days 1, 4, 6, and 7 (current day). However I can't see 5, which I looked up was 5 full art lands. I thought maybe I purchased it and somehow forgot, but cannot find them when I look at the card appearances I have. I saw on Reddit that many other players have…

Tutorial fairy won’t go away
The tutorial fairy won’t go away after every time I get back to the main menu. I’m well past the tutorial. It doesn’t interfere with game play but it is quite annoying.

Cannot go back in deck builder
In deck builder, when selecting the deck image which takes you to deck details, avatar and sleeve for the deck, you are unable to go back to the card editing, the back button is glitched and it will open the deck name instead

Daily wins and ranking not working
The daily wins don't seem to count, they don't progress anything. I've won at least four games now, my rank did not change and I received no credit towards daily or weekly wins.

Freezing Gameplay
Game simply freezes during game. I've played for over a year online and no huge issues. Last week games began freezing. Always when I activate a map token, but sometimes after attacking, sometimes I can't click to pass on a move made by opponent, and so many other scenarios. Then the timer runs out despite me clicking to move on or choose blockers, or anything. I can see my opponents sending messages. The app keeps sending me requests to take action, despite clicking to take action to no avail. I have submitted logs and requested to repair files probably 100…

frequent crashes during battle
on android, since the last update card graphics freeze during battle, while the background animations remain active, as do the timeout animations. the screen stops responding to user input in some cases, but allows you to open the men and concede in others. this happens in over 50 percent of matches

Wrong Packs in Mastery Pack for Lorwyn
Hey there,
I got 3 Edge of Eternity packs from the mastery pass, but the picture showed pictures of Lorwyn packs. Is there a way to get the packs swapped to Lorwyn instead?

Got the wrong packs as reward!!!
Suposed to get 3 lorwin packs as 4th mastery pass reward, received edge of eternities instead. Would like the 3 packs of new set.

Online matches not working
On IOS, online matches not working. Crazy / freeze at the stage of deciding turn order. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling, no change.

Ranked Match Opponent Timed Out - Stuck in Match and Cannot Exit
While starting a ranked match, I chose my starting hand and continued. My opponent timed out but the match did not end. It also will not let me exit the match/concede. I have to restart my game completely to get out of the match.

Cards are black without any text or look very weird. Gems look red and weird and other problems with the interface

Not logging wins/progress
Not logging daily wins/achievement progress. I've won easily a dozen or so games and nothing.

Avatar: TLA Sealed Event - Bug
It wont let me continue on to making my deck when trying to play in the sealed event. I signed up and paid the 2000 gems but now its stuck and theres no button to move fwd with an archetype.
The sealed event still does not work for me. Everything is up to date and it looks just like the photo i sent you. Is there anyway to resign me from sealed on your end to reset it?

My victories are not being counted
I won the 3 midweek matches and won a best of 3 ranked. And no victory was counted, and the mission that I would have already finished remains zeroed

Game is hanging for no reason
Get your **** show in order WOTC. I have spent money in good faith that the product you offer will work correctly. I have started 7 total games today and 5 of the 7 have been with 3 separate decks. The first deck froze two times out of 3 games when all I did was tap to activate an earthbent Fabled Passage. In both games.
The next deck, froze once and finished one.
3rd deck if froze two consecutive games around turn 5. All the freezes have taken place after stabilizing or when I am attacking in with lethal trying…12 votes -
Game freezes on cast or attack animation
When casting a spell and it goes to the stack, or during attack animations the game freezes and timer starts running out. I am unable to do anything and have to restart and rejoin the match
