How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

Crashing/freezing
Game keeps frrezing/crashing during ranked matches on mobile. Using a Samsung Galaxy s20 Ultra game froze 3 times causing a game loss in platinum rank. Very disheartening.

Dreadhound triggers doesn't work with Corpse Cobble then I died at 20 life.
During my premiere draft, with my Dreadhound I played Corpse Cobble to sacrifice 3 of my creatures to deal the last 3 damage to my opponent who was at 3 life. Nothing happened and on top of that my life, I lose the game in the following turn when I was on 20 life. Lost a step on my Constructed Rank after a victory
Won a match BO3 at 6:50a PT 9/18/20 at Gold Tier 3 and instead of gaining any steps in my tier, I lost a step after a victory.

Historic should have different alchemy rules
Only cards currently banned in historic should require the alchemy version. For instance, omnath sure only allow the alchemy version in historic. But it makes 0 sense to nerf standard legal cards in a format as powerful as historic.
It’s crazy, if historic was weaker than standard sure. But why ruin perfectly good cards that weren’t even too good in standard.
Leave the nerfs to alchemy for non banned historic cards, alchemy is a super cool format but should not change historic unless it’s enhancing it.
This really really makes 0 sense.

New player quest has no description
Playing a new account and I've already completed the color challenge, won starter deck duels with every deck, and progressed through spark rank into bronze in constructed. I have this quest which rewards Teferi emote and a card sleeve, but there's no text on it. I have no idea what I'm supposed to do to complete it?

alchemy ruining historic
I'm really starting to get sick of Alchemy. I've stopped trying to collect alchemy cards and I refuse to play in any alchemy event. Furthermore, I disdain the fact that alchemy cards are able to be used in Historic. You might as well take out Historic. Alchemy is ruining the wonderful Historic format that you once had. I find these alchemy card such as Teferi Time Raveler (that the original was banned) and Undercity Plunder, to name a few unfair, and I'm constantly getting beat by Esper and/or Azorious control decks. Google play balance has 20$ but I can't purchase gems

Waiting For Opponent
Endless "Waiting For Opponent..." loop (able to cancel after waiting for 1:10-1:20) during Midweek Magic: Gladiator Community Spotlight event.

when opponent was at 1 hp and took 1 dmg instead of going to zero it went to 20
when opponent was at 1 hp and took 1 dmg from skrelv's hive at the start of there turn instead of going to zero it went to 20 losing me the game.

Planeswalker Abilities on opponents turn
If I have Teferi, Master of Time and Kasmina, Enigma Sage and a third planswalker on the board, the third planeswalker is able to activate the loyalty abilities from Kasmina, Enigma Sage at instant speed if it's not my turn. If I'm correct, this is not really how it is supposed to be.

BUG: Brothers War Duplicate protection
I have collected all Rares in [The Brothers War], and so I began opening packs for [Brothers War Alchemy]
I only have 1/3 rares in [Brothers War Alchemy] but when I open packs I am being given 20 gems & no Rare! I am very upset.
this has happened 5-10 times now.... if it was 1 in 100 i could overlook or assume i've made a mistake.... but this is frequent; I am not receiving the product I'm paying for.

Instant Planeswalker Ultimate Abilities
The opponent played Teferi, Hero of Dominaria in turn 4, and did his third ability on the same turn!! Same with Ugin, the Spirit Dragon in another match.

Gems instead of rares
I have been opening throne of eldraine packs and receiving only 20 gems instead of rare cards but my throne of eldraine collection is far from being complete.

2023年6月20日のアップデート以降、ゲームの後の報酬を受け取る場面でアプリケーションが必ず強制終了してしまう。10回以上ゲームをしたが、1度の例外もない。

The main menu (when pressing Esc) has no text when brought up during a game, and after that even in the lobby.

Scurry oak timer
My “idea” i that scurry oak life gain combo should NOT activate my “Resolve”AT ALL the idea that I am playing a game of mechanics and not cards is ludicrous I am no longer having fun with this game.. I skip all fun surveys because between this and ALL the other infinite combos this game has now I just don’t have fun game to game. I would rather have a turn 1 teferi, hero game or turn 2 ugin, spirit than ever see one of these games load up on my broken tablet where I just punched it again playing…

Duplicate Protection BUG when opening packs in 2022
It seems there's a problem with Duplicate Protection when opening packs in 2022.
I opened some packs from different sets, and ended with opening a few Kaldheim packs.
When I opened the final Kaldheim pack I got 20 Gems according to the Arena GUI and the message I had all Rares for the set, but this is not true as I have NOT got 4 copies of all Kaldheim Rares!
It made me stop opening any remaining packs...
The problem occurred between 3/6/2022 10:30 CET and 3/6/2022 10:37 CET.
I have attatched my Arena log file.

Draft stuck on "Waiting for other players to pass a draft pack..."
Have been stuck on Pack 1 Pick 8 for 20 minutes, still on "Waiting on other players to pass the draft pack..."
Presumably the draft is happening without me as the packs are moving their way around the group, but I haven't been able to pick a card for 20 minutes. I imagine soon it'll be done with the draft and I'll have a random collection of cards that were picked for me (and the 8 I did pick). Annoying as I was happy about how the draft was going so far...
Could I at least please have my draft…

Endless spawn glitch combo
Endless loop error:
card combo: Heliod suncrowned+peaceful innkeeper+scurry oak= infinite life, infinite token spawns, endless loop in game. See my ID’s game log for 20:10 PST today.
