Deck Format Change
when in deck builder, i cant change the format type [like from timeless to standard] the options seems to go behind the deck stats layer.

Deck builder Format switching
Deck Builder Format switching. When using the deck builder, if you access the deck details, when clicking the drop down menu for changing the format for that deck, it appears behind the panel for the bar graph stats for the mana distribution. The menu cannot be seen or used.

Provide an eternal format for MTGA
I am not opposed to Alchemy or Historic being a unique digital only format, but an eternal format where cards are unchanged needs to be implemented on Arena. Pioneer and/or Modern being the most logical. It could even be another unique format (Pioneer plus fetch lands because shuffling isn’t an issue in digital) like Historic was prior to the digital only cards. But consistency with paper cards and allowing cards to live on post-standard rotation is something that a significant portion of the player base wants, and I believe is necessary for the long-term health of MTGA.

Remove Digital-Only Cards from the Timeless Format
The timeless format is a big step forward and many players, including myself are excited to start playing it.
However, the constant pushing of digital only designs and pursuit of empty slogans such as "all cards on arena are legal" add nothing to the excitement and health of the format, many players would rather a true to paper experience with as little digital designs as possible.
Please consider removing alchemy from Timeless.

Alchemy cards in Historic format
I chose the historic format when creating my deck, I chose the historic gameplay mode when queuing up, I do not include any alchemy cards in my deck, but I still get matched against people with Alchemy cards in their decks. It seems the alchemy set is incorrectly included in the historic playable list.

Ban all Alchemy cards in Brawl format
When I play Brawl I sometimes play against decks that use Alchemy cards. These cards ruin the entire format. I'm talking about cards like Oracle of the Alpha and Goblin Influx Array. These cards give an unfair advantage. It's for a reason that the power nine are not legal in every format. Because when you play the power nine you have an unfair advantage. With Goblin Influx Array you can conjure a Goblin card in your hand each turn. The goblins are also cheaper so it's not difficult to play out these Goblins. These are just two examples…

Suggestion to Ban "Mana Drain" in Brawl format
I am a player of Magic: The Gathering Arena, and I would like to raise a concern regarding the card "Mana Drain" in the Brawl format. I believe this card is currently too powerful, negatively impacting the gameplay experience.
"Mana Drain" counters a target spell, and during the next phase, it adds {C} to the player's mana pool equal to the spell's converted mana cost. This effect gives the player a significant mana advantage, which can be overwhelming, especially in the more diverse and creative decks typical of Brawl. Filter by format
When viewing the collection, have a toggle-able format option. Filtering by sets is nice and all, but is really not helpful if you don't even know what sets are legal in the format you are going for.
Seems simple enough to create a filter for format, though obviously on the back end that requires updating whenever the sets rotate out, but you have to do all that anyway already, so why not make format filters? Sometimes i just want to look at only cards valid for commander("brawl") and it's a pain to look through everything and then find out…

Split Deck format
Why not trying special format for MTG - where each player playing with 2 decks (one with lands and one with playable cards) instead tradicional one deck (where lands and playable cards mixed).
For example - instead one deck with 60 cards, player have 2 decks: one deck with 24 cards (only lands), and one deck with non-land 36 cards. When player draw, scry, search, surveil, etc - he choose deck as wish (and after this draw/look/shuffle chosen deck). Cannot change deck type Format and cannot change Companion in Deck Builder
With the latest updates for the PC version of the app/client from this week (Sunday Jan 5, 2026 - Saturday Jan 10, 2026), I cannot change the deck Format on any deck in the deck builder. The drop down menu is hiding behind the deck stats on the left side of the screen. Also, I cannot change the Companion in the deck builder. All of the non-default Companion options are gone from the left side of the screen.

Why not a Pioneer Brawl format?
Why can't we have a nonrotating Brawl format, that is free of Alchemy? Why must a fun game of Brawl be ruined by some absolutely broken Alchemy cards? The Brawl format gets polluted more and more with those unfun cards. Alchemy is NOT fun. Even WINNING with Alchemy cards is not fun. You prove that to me Every Single Time an Into the Future Midweek Magic event comes about. From its inception on, win or lose, not a single game of Alchemy was fun.

Failing to retrive format data
I cant't get past the "recuesting format data". i guess it's failing to connect to the servers or something and just gives me "an error ocurred" message.
I tried re-instaling the game but the problem persists. Hope it can be solved before the pick 2 draft event goes away.

deck format + companion bug
Dear technical support. It is happening for some weeks now and I reported via ticket system that I am unable to change deck format and companion.
Please fix asap.

Ranked Format for Brawl
It would fun if you created a ranking system for standard brawl.

BO1 format decks with 15 sideboard cards treated as invalid decks.
- After the update on 7/9/2025, some BO1 format decks with 15 sideboard cards display the message "Invalid Cards: 0"
- These decks can no longer be selected as decks to use in BO1 format
- Before this update, BO3 decks could also be used in BO1.
- From now on, if you want to use the same deck in both BO3 and BO1, you will have to clone it and reduce sideboard cards in BO1 deck, which is a pain.
- Roll back this change immediately.
- If this is not okay, why does the sideboard display have a separator that says "Best of Three…

change decks format type on mtg arena
I cant change the format of a deck. The options dont get displayed when you click. Its like they get displayed behind the window below where you see amount of creature spells, non creature spells, etc.
