How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

Unable to cast spells at instant speed
During game 3 in Traditional Draft, I was suddenly unable to cast spells at instant speed. Could not trigger Ninjuitsu, and could not cast a Spell Pierce to counter my opponent's bomb. This caused me to lose the match-up.

Remove Alchemy from Historic Brawl.
I need you to remove Alchemy cards from Historic Brawl. The format bans sideboard/wishboard/learnboards, yet now we have these Alchemy cards that access cards from "spellbooks" which is the same thing. Spellbooks are outside the game. Bringing cards from outside the game in Brawl is banned. You need to remove the Alchemy cards from the format. It needs to happen immediately. You need to do it. You made a mistake. Fix your mistake.

Always a cube draft
Cube drafting shouldn’t be something that’s a “treat”. There should always be at least one cube draft format available to play. Currently my friends and I basically don’t touch Arena unless there is a cube draft going, which we really enjoy but it’s stupid to have a game you like that you can’t play for months at a time.

Remove Alchemy cardd from Historic/Brawl formats.
I need to express my extreme dissatisfaction with MTGA/WOTC product Alchemy and request that you remove the cards from the historic and brawl formats.
I understand people like Alchemy, and so they should play the Alchemy format. They should not be allowed to dominate other formats with these cards.
I am INCREDIBLY distressed when ever I have to endure this inordinate disadvantage. I feel like all the time I spent building decks is wasted when playing Historic Brawl and a card hits the board that has onboard tutor effects, or allows a player to pull from a wish board/side board…71 votes -
Infinite Life Combo Bug
I faced an infinite life combo which made the game last over 30 minutes and the game forced me to concede do to "inactivity". I would have won the game in two turns but the game skipped over my turn when his combo finally ended do to his round taking so long. Flash Bug?
Why can I not cast a flash based card in response to my opponent's spell? There was no other card on field with flash , and I had the correct amount and type of mana. Can you please fix this game, inbetween random crashes, and all other sort of ****, this is why I would never recommend or spend any money on this "game" in it's current state, probably lose some friends over this if I did.

Black screen
Android mobile device. App opens only to black screen. Turned phone off and back on, didn't work. Uninstalled and reinstalled app, didn't work. Maintenance performed on 01/27/2022 and game hasn't worked since.

Android Black Screen
Since yesterday's update I am unable to launch Arena on my Android phone. It worked fine Tuesday and no longer works. On launching the app I am stuck at a black screen. I tried fully uninstalling/reinstalling the app. After reinstalling, I was able to log in, but then it just got stuck on the black screen again.

MTGアリーナ 不正プログラム
MTGアリーナは運営によって不正操作されています。
特定のアカウントは１年以上狙い撃ちにされ、現実離れした引き運で
勝てる訳が無い状態まで追いやられます。
どのぐらい露骨な不正操作か分かりやすく数字で出しますが、
100試合やって、対戦相手の土地事故回数は「2」回、
こちらは土地26枚で「86回」でした。
信じられないかも知れませんが、本当です。
また、マッチングも操作されますので、やる価値がありません。
ゲーム開始時点で勝敗が決まっているのです。
このゲームが何のために存在しているのかすら疑問ですし、
サポートも運営同様、役立たずの無能です。
最近のウィザーズは本当に堕ちるところまで堕ちたと感じますが、
こんな詐欺まがいな事まで始めたらもう終わりです。
世界選手権等の配信されるゲームでドラマチックな引きを見せ、
いかにも魅力的に映るようにしたいのでしょうし、
課金の度合いで勝敗を決めて訴訟問題も回避したいのでしょう。
結果、MTGアリーナは絶対にやらない方が良いです。
一度不正操作されたら二度と元に戻りません。時間の無駄です。28 votes -
Player turn time limit
For the love of god, reduce the amount of time a player has to use each round, or at least reduce the amount of time before the time outs kick in. The turn length gets used and abused because of the game design. No one needs more than 30 seconds to figure their turn out. Just another ding in this game.

Missing cards after purchase
After purchase of a card in the daily deal section, I purchased another card without clicking “claim”. Neither purchase found it’s way to my account, but the costs were incurred by my account. This has happened on 3 occasions.

matchmaking
Matchmaking in Ranked mode constantly pairs you several tiers above where you are currently playing; I'm playing on Platinum tier 4 yet I am constantly paired up against Diamond tier players. Like I get it if I've ranked up that far consistently but I have literally made it to diamond one time... I'm an okay player but this just makes getting a couple wins to get rewards take hours and ultimately not rewarding or fun.

Stuck on Retrieving Asset Manifest screen
Tried uninstalling/reinstalling. Playing on Pixel 4A. Never encountered this before but it seems many others have on Macs.- Start game
- Android - Pixel 4A phone
- Stuck on the initial "Retrieving Asset Manifest" screen for a very long time until it says "Error Updating Data, Please check your connection and try again". ( I was able to download other things with this same connection, on the same device)

Daily quest
(Mobile/Android)
Weekly quest is not resetting/not receiving 3 quest. On Sunday, normally I should see 3 new daily quest (when prior quests were completed), but instead I only been getting one new quest. This started happening about 2-3 weeks ago.33 votes
