How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

Server issues
Prioritize server-related issues. Fix refresh issues when temporarily losing connection to the server (higher than stated planeswalker loyalty, lands remaining untapped, dead creatures remaining on the field, spell stuck in stack display, etc. ). Buy new, more efficient servers, and recruit developers. Feasible given this year's record profits.

Report Function for roping intentionally
Countless times in my experience (and I'm sure thousands of others experiences) has the opponent decided that they are losing the match or that it is not going their way. No one is a stranger to flooding out, getting mana screwed, or simply not finding the answers that your deck can provide and I understand this frustration; it is simply in the nature of a game where you draw cards at random and sometimes it sucks. Compensation from Mana ***** to Mana Flood
As a player I enjoy playing draft on Arena. What is an absolute disaster to the experience is when you have to hope that you don't get flooded with mana or screwed with mana during game play. I can understand ever so often this happening, because it happens in real life. My last game played today was the absolute worst case I have ever seen of mana ***** since playing magic. 17 land deck and the entire game I drew one outside of the two I had in hand. Historic Brawl Matchmaking
Historic brawl matchmaking is disgusting. Please please do something about this.
Most of us just want to have fun. Playing 80% games against ******** Golos decks just a waste of time.I too can just spend some money and build some ******** optimised competitive **** but that is not why we play this mode.
Add a ranked historic brawl so the cunty tryhards can go circle jerk eachother.

alchemy ruining historic
I'm really starting to get sick of Alchemy. I've stopped trying to collect alchemy cards and I refuse to play in any alchemy event. Furthermore, I disdain the fact that alchemy cards are able to be used in Historic. You might as well take out Historic. Alchemy is ruining the wonderful Historic format that you once had. I find these alchemy card such as Teferi Time Raveler (that the original was banned) and Undercity Plunder, to name a few unfair, and I'm constantly getting beat by Esper and/or Azorious control decks. Mythic booster
Compre un booster mítico, pero recibí una wildcard rara, levante mi reporte y me dijeron que así es como debe de funcionar el producto, lo cual es completamente ilógico, pues pague un booster más caro para recibir una carta mítica, que son las que necesito para completar mi colección.
Creo que deben de hacer que los booster míticos entreguen wildcard míticas solamente, sino ¿para qué pagar extra?

infinite loop
Loop detection, please do something for loop detection, it will not be difficult and you may prompt something like "how many times do you want to repeat this etc"
It ruins the game when you need to wait minutes for another opponent to finish doing something tedious and is annoying form the executor as well (I did it too).
Also they use it to trick the system, last time during my turn they started the combo and even if I was going to win the system gave us a draw for timeout.

Ban ALL Infinite Combos
Ban ALL infinite combos. Theyre virtually impossible to counter once they start. They undermine the integrity of the gameplay by completely changing the rules of the win scenario.
Using an infinite combo is like a spoiled rotten brat youre forced to play with as a kid because your mom is worried because they have no friends.
The Brat triumphantly yells, "I Win!" You ask for logic or reasoning and their response is, "just cuz!"And you wonder why you dont have any friends. Winning with an infinite combo is a cop-out for somebody who cant see the game thru to…

draft freeze
Draft freeze during pack selection, miss 5/6 picks, had to restart the client. Manage to get some good cards but was not cool, I was drafting like a god!

Paid for Mythic rare pack, did not get a mythic rare card
I purchased one of the Kamigawa mythic card packs but did not receive a mythic card in the pack

Unclear disconnect
Often I disconnect but don't realise as there's no way to determine whether I've actually disconnected or if the other player just isn't making any game actions. This is very frustrating and has lead to undeserved losses.
This wasn't a problem previously, but I have found that I can no longer rely on the 'waiting for server' spinner to appear when I am disconnected like I could in the past.

Better Bot Matches/ chose bot's Deck
is there a possibility to add a better bot experience?
sometimes i like to playtest ideas vs specific decks and as of now this cannot be done with the current bot

Scute Swarm Bug
The game times out on you if you reproduce too many scute swarms with a life gaining card like Prosperous innkeeper. I timed out because I made 175 scute swarms plus added those life counters and it would not let me skip the scute swarm making graphics or move onto my next step. So it prevented me from attacking to end the game and then from taking another turn until my timer expired.

Forcing alchemy
Stop putting alchemy as the default for decks and playing. I dont want to play alchemy. I hate it, the implementation is awful and has pushed me to not even want to touch historic.
On top of that I get put into alchemy que accidentally because y'all are trying to force it down our throats by putting it as the default deck building format and default que. I have never once wanted to play alchemy or make a deck for it.
If your going to put that garbage into arena at least stop trying to force me to "try it…

Mono white lifegain/matchmaking
Why are 80% of my games I play against mono white life gain or black/white life gain? Every deck is the exact same combos and cards and it’s getting annoying. I mostly play historic. If I’m not playing against them I’m playing against green elf’s or blue control and when I mean control I mean every spell in their deck is a counter spell or bounce spell. Again those decks always being the same. All I’m asking is to ban some cards or do something about matchmaking so I’m not playing against the same decks every match.

Network error
I'm trying to start a game but I get "Network error. Unable to join event. Please try again later." But I'm not trying to join an event, I'm trying to play a game. There's nothing wrong with my internet connection.

60/120 fps support for ios/android
We need to be able to utilize both 60 and 120hz displays for mobile. I understand locked 30 fps preserves the battery life but it is not a big issue for tablet devices. There is an unofficial 120 fps solution for Hearthstone and it makes playing on my ipad so much more enjoyable and the game looks buttery smooth! Please consider it.
