1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

Complete 3 quick draft matches quest
I have the quest to complete 3 quick draft matches, I bought gems to complete it. I played the Quick Draft Aetherdrift event and played 5 matches before losing 3 times. I spent the rest of the gems on packs before I realized the quest was uncompleted.

Why don't have Fleem cosmetics?
I purchased the mastery pass and opened over 10 packs but did not recieve my fleem cosmetics. Seems that on reddit people are talking about how no one has

During September, I got the mastery pass, did a pick two OM1 draft, and opened a number of OM1 packs. I checked for the Fleem cosmetics yesterday, but did not get an alert or see them in my profile.

Can't get 6packs gained at pre-release
I joined pre-release of Spiderman last week and I was able to get 6packs of Through the Omen Path at MTG arena.
I started MTG arena today and got mail that says, 'you gain 6 packs for joining pre-release'.
But I can't find any packs at my account.1 vote -
Fleem Missing
No fleem reward, despite fulfilling multiple requirements. I shouldn't have to seek out rewards. How many have I missed in the past that I didnt know about?

"Complete three quick draft matches" tracking/reward bugged
This quest is available to me, and I completed an Edge of Eternities Quick Draft, but I didn't get completion of this quest. It still shows 0/3 for some reason. Seems to be a common bug?

Two Mythic cards were not received as reward for Mastery Pass AetherDrift (level 9 and 12)
I didn't receive rewards for Mastery Pass AetherDrift (level 9 and 12) for 2 Mythic Cards (4 mythic rewards total). In attachment is log after getting to level 12

Freeze and crash of the general client user interface on PC following the September 12 update
Following the September 12 update, the download of the update seems to have gone well. However, the game interface freezes as soon as I try to go to the Packs or the Store pages, or when I try to click on the quest renewal. The game freezes and it's no longer possible to access the menus, even if it's just to close the game. The bug concerns a PC platform.

EOE Pack Duplicates
- Purchased 3 Edge of Eternity Packs
- Cracked first:
- Contained Banishing Light
- Said "First"
- Thought that was odd because I definitely own copies.
- Cracked second pack:
- Contained another "First" Banishing Light
- Confirmed I have copies (pictured).

Did not receive my 2 Mythic Reward Lvl 21 Aetherdrift cards
Upon reaching my level 21 achievement, I did NOT receive my 2 mythic Aetherdrift cards.

Surprise attack reward not awarded
Supposed to be awarded when 5 creatures attack on turn they were created, but my mobilized token creatures have assaulted en masse many times…to no “red color mastery” avail. Thanks for any help you can provide!

Fleem Cosmetics
I bought Mastery Pass and more than 10 packs for OM1 but didn't receive Fleem cosmetics. I only have the screenshot of one of these 10packs I opened in September. I received 20 gem from the pack in which I don't have a full Rare set (I still don't have). Please also check this.

Mythic pack, Rare Wildcard
I bought a mythic pack for MOM, and receive a Rare wildcard. That's what is called in the conman business 'a rip-off'AndroidPaid for a mythic pack, got a Rare wildcard instead of a mythic card/wildcardI expected a mythic cardScreenshot added

Mastery Pass Rewards Not Received
I was supposed to receive 2 mythic packs in the mastery pass today. I did not receive them. This happened last month as well for all levels past 59. I am paying for the rewards, it's very frustrating. How do we get reimbursed? Please fix ASAP.

Daily Deal Pack
Went to buy the pack for 900 gold and the warning for the upcoming rotation popped up. Past that and purchased the pack and lagged for several seconds until a "Store Error" message popped up. Went to Main screen then Packs, nothing there. Back to Daily Deals and the pack shows Purchased.

I have not received all the rewards for the mastery pass, at least the mythic card reward.

alchemy pass
Alchemy in free pass is terrible, I don't care about alchemy, as a lot of other players do not. I have 0 incentive to play the game while alchemy is the main reward for the pass.
