1. Freeze screen and play mid game

   I've reported this several times today and haven't received any feedback, I've had several games freeze mid-game, leaving the only option left to do being exit game, close game session, and restart app. The leave game function being not a choice because of the instant the bug takes affect, it,(being a choice under the options tab in the upper right corner), isn't even available to press because it mysteriously just vanishes into the ether! This seems like a bug developed by an inside source, thinking malicious activity is funny, you might want to get an investigation into the cause of this bug, as well as seeing what other mischievous actions could be just waiting to be set off. I'll leave the last screenshot of the moment before I dashboarded and reset the app. As you can see, I didn't forfeit, still had life, but notice the options are.......absent, this being impossible to have any progression, note, the opponent had said, " your turn" several times, as if it were my turn and actions were on myturn waiting for me to make a choice, however my screen shows that the interactions from the opponent jumping in in play caused a trigger effect that seems to have triggered the bug to motion. Just a suggestion for research. Please get this fixed,it's a huge waste of time,and I'm not dropping a dime on the next set, if you don't take action and get it fixed. You should send all who've had the misfortune in the bugs resulting loss of time and stats, some kind of apology and reward, whether a free pass on next set, something showing you give 2 $#!ts about their spending time and money into your game. Respect!

2. TMNT Mastery Missing Orb

   The TMNT Mastery Progress is not giving all rewards listed. It has not given the level 5 Orb, and possibly other rewards.

   This is the normal mastery, not the mastery pass.

3. weekly and daily rewards don't fully reset

   Sunday Dec 21 my rewards for both daily and weekly were reset except it said I had 3 wins. (i haven't played since the reset). Last day I played I had 3 wins. This has happened multiple Sundays in a row and since rewards are weighted highly on your first 4 wins I'm missing out on a lot of gold and gems.

4. Wild Card Crafting

   I have a lot of common wild cards sitting in my collection, an almost equal amount of uncommon cards as well. With the absence of pauper in MTG Arena, and most competitive decks utilizing rares and mythic more heavily than Commons or uncommon, combined with the fact you open more Commons and uncommons than rares/mythic per pack, why can't we craft wildcards into the next tier up at a 4:1 rate? For example, if I could take 4 uncommons, and make a rare wild card, I would be able to finish the deck im working on, while using the resources ive already earned that are just sitting unused

5. Missed out on half of a draft due to matchmaking bug.

   Warning to anyone who might read this: do not do any drafting until the matchmaking bug is fixed.

   1. Steps to reproduce: try drafting.
   2. Mac, via Steam, and iOS.
   3. The pack passing freezes and you don't get to draft additional cards. Then it disconnects, and when you try to log back in it stops on "Waiting for Server" screen. It lets you log back in once the draft timer is finished, but the client will have auto-drafted your deck.
   4. Expected results: being able to draft normally.
   5. N/A
   6. None so far. I have an essentially unusable drafted deck, because of the client's auto-complete. Preferably I'd like a refund of the entry fee.

6. my weekly win rewards didnt reset when the timer hit zero. Its still "completed" but the timer reset to 168 hours!

Its been shown that daily and weekly battle pass **** just makes poeple feel like its work instead of fun, it definitely makes me want to plsy less but once you get the Mastery Pass if you don't do at least the weekly it feels like a waste of money. 7. week 2 of client stuck on "waiting for server" spiel

   OS:
   mac

   issue:
   as per title, after ANY and EVERY match (regardless of type, ranked, unranked, event) the client gets stuck on the good ol' Bu ll sh it "waiting for server" screen. (henceforth WFS)
   game sounds still perform regularly (quests, rewards, yada, yada...)

   ONLY difference with regular client behavior (aside the whole step-sister thing):
   the loading circle of WFS appears to be double stacked (background greyed out instead of black) and the background wears off when the WFS screen should fu ck of f.

   expected behavior:
   WFS regularly wears off, or better still doesn't show at all (we all know it doesn't take 1-5s to load a main screen after a card game)

8. Purchased pack not giving all cards

   Hi I have been trying to get this resolved for a few weeks now and then got a reply to add here:
   With the new TMNT release I purchased on 2 occasions a Mythic pack using coins earned and in the one case received "Donnie's Bo" and on the other occasion " Ralph's Jitte" both were borderless and looked amazing. I then contacted support to try and find out why they are not in my deck when I searched for it, I did try the Collected / Not Collected the different game formats everything but it is still no where to be found. I then did download the log files to share with the team, I also tried repairing game files but nothing worked. The last email from support suggested I try this avenue so here we go. I am playing on Steam via PC. You can check Incident 5031563 and the first time I raised this was March 6th for Donnie's Bo and then again on March 8th for Ralph's Jitte.

   My worry is this might have happened in the past And I did not notice since I generally play with only 2 colors so please can you check or do an audit on all cards I purchased/received if they are in fact available to me thanks.

   Pick 2 draft disappeared from events. I won a couple of events then went out and came back to finish the games but couldn’t see the event and it’s disappeared and I haven’t gotten my rewards

10. Lorwyn Eclipsed Weekly Jump in Event - Only given a single type of Mana

    I opened the Giants pack as well as the Elementals pack for my Weekly Jump in Event and was given a mana split of

    x13 Plains
    X1 Forest
    x1 Island

    However, my cards are all red/green based with one card having an optional blue cost and another an optional white cost. This makes no sense and makes essentially every game I play unwinnable. there is only one other card in my deck that gives me the opportunity to play another forest or mountain for cards in my deck that require more than one forest or mountain. This deck is unplayable and with only one card having a partial white alignment my entire mana base is messed up and makes no sense.

11. Excessive daily victories required

    I just needed to let you know that this amount of daily victories you demand is just ridiculously absurd. I takes a LONG LONG TIME to finish. In any other game you can complete daily tasks much faster and the rewards are generaly better. Guess you should reduce to ten, maybe. Or it should be at least 15 matches played, not necessarily won.

12. Please give us a free mulligan for "silly" events

    This week's MWM is Golden Pack sealed, which is described by Arena as a "silly" format. Please give us a free mulligan for these casual formats. Brawl has a free mulligan, and this format is even more casual than Brawl! I witnessed multiple games in this MWM where one player just had to scoop because of not enough lands.

13. Predatory practices from Wizards of the Coast

    the past year, I've felt Arena has become more predatory in its practices. A lot of events cost a lot more for no good reason and physical products are being offered as rewards for extremely expensive events. These events are similar to sealed and draft but made harder to win the prize artificially (usually by reducing the number of losses you're allowed from three to two). A lot of the time, they don't give you anything even if you win some of the games. It's dangerous and it's exploiting people, especially with it's limited time access.

14. Suggestions to improve player experience

    Dear Team,

    First of all, congratulations on the game. I would like to share a few suggestions that, in my opinion, could further improve the player experience and long-term engagement.

    Please find my ideas organized below:

    1. Permanent rank recognitionAfter each ranked season reset, it would be great if the game kept some form of visual recognition for players who have already reached certain ranks, such as:

    Emblems

    Character frames or borders

    Cosmetic items that can be displayed on the player profile

    This rewards effort, reinforces progression, and adds prestige within the community.

    1. More accessible event informationCurrently, players need to open each event to see entry costs, requirements, or rewards, which can feel tedious.Suggestion:

    Display these details directly on the main event screen before entering.

    This would make navigation faster, clearer, and more user-friendly.

    1. Card collection counterAdding a total card counter would be especially appealing for collector-type players.It helps to:

    Track progress

    Encourage completing the collection

    Increase overall engagement

    1. Mobile vibration (haptic feedback)Enabling the phone’s vibration during combat would greatly enhance immersion. For example:

    Vibration when attacking

    Vibration when taking damage

    Intensity varying based on the strength of the hit

    Games like Brawl Stars use this feature very successfully.

18. Lorwyn Premier Draft Bug/Error

    Today while drafting I had two instances where when I would select a card, the card would error out with something similar to 'card could not be selected' and I received a random default selection from the draft pack. Unfortunately, this did mean I passed up two significant choices. During the first selection, the time ran out. However, on the following selection when the bug occured again, I selected and passed the pack to the next player.

19. Bug in Premier Alchemy Draft

    Yesterday around 23:30 I was in a Premier Alchemy Lorwyn Draft, and after the 9 pick of the first pack, the card pool stopped displaying cards, but I could see the pack rotation in the wheel menu. After this what I ended up with, was a set of cards picked automatically that I had no way of knowing. I'm running in a Windows PC.

    Since the Avatar update on Android I can't click on the players ahead or behind or otherwise go to the table view to see pack locations and who is in my draft.
