How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

Bug: Snuff Out doesn't check the correct player when heisted
If you heist (or otherwise get to cast your opponent's Snuff Out) from exile, it checks if your opponent controls swamps and not you.
In the given log file, I two direct games were played to test this out.Bonus problem: the website wouldn't let me upload a .log file so I changed it to a .txt

Solutions to combat stalling / roping?
Does WotC actually do anything about players who stall / rope games anymore? Reading the forums, it seems like they cracked down on it once 3 years ago, but no longer take active measures against it.
I suggest adding a rope under the profile tab that gets shorter each time your account is reported for roping, and once your rope runs out, your account is banned. That way people know their are real consequences for their actions, and that WotC takes player conduct seriously.

Kicked out of game with loss without playing
The same bug I reported before reoccured: I join a match, I get kicked out, I have a loss, I never player.

Reporting bug with crystal barricade. Gives player hexproof yet still taking burn damage
Despite crystal barricade giving me hexproof. I still get hit with burn damage

Most players aren't real players
I've emailed the SEC. Don't know if it'll go anywhere. But hey, starting a paper trail to file a lawsuit if possible. Hasbro is defrauding investors and patrons with the amount of bots they call "players". Are events happening in your game, but there's no cards on the table that would allow that? Ya....bot. You ever notice that the other "player" never takes a mulligan? Did you just lose 15 games in a row before turn 5? Ya.....bots. Entire Deck in hand, nearly impossible to play them
I'm playing a "combo" Sheoldred, the Apocalypse Brawl deck which has methods of drawing the entire deck in a single turn (and also winning the game because of this) but its frequently extremely difficult to sort through and actually play the cards when I have 80+ cards in my hand I wish there was a way to adjust the UI when 50+ cards are in hand to use something like a search bar or popout menu. the same would be greatly helpful when needing to pay 50 cards after activating aetherflux reservoir while lich's mastery is on the field

stalling
Every few matches I encounter a player that will wait until the very last second on the clock every turn before clicking continue, never resolve cards until it times out, and drag the game on for as long as possible for no reason whatsoever. This is obviously an issue that needs to be addressed. Please program in functionality to take an average/total of overall 'stall time' spent. If it is extremely high ask the opponent after the duel if it appeared the player was purposefully stalling the game for no reason, word it how you want. If the said player…

housemeld
"Housemeld" should be changed in brawl to either not effect commanders or be set up so that you can put commander in command zone. currently it makes a creature commanders almost impossible to get back to remove the perpetual effect so the opponent can effectively remove your commander almost permanently

Entire Deck in hand, nearly impossible to play them

Dragonhand shadow tutorial bug
Trying to complete the tutorial vs Dragonhand Shadow (have tried both on PC and iOS). The cards start to stack up on the side of the screen after the player takes the first bit of damage, eventually not allowing the 3 cards from "confront the assault" to summon and block the incoming attacks near the end of the match. I cannot complete the tutorial and play the full game.

lost match draft won
I just played a quick draft match and won (the other player clicked surrender).
Then got the feedback: "did you have fun?" - i clicked smile.
Next screen my losses added +1 instead of wins adding +114 votes -
Matchmaking
After winning a match to move me from Silver 1 to Gold 4 my next opponent was the #11 overall ranked player in Mythic. After reaching out to customer support they assured me that the matchmaking had been "tested extensively", "working as intended", and was "a level playing field". This appears to be none of those things and should be addressed.

Tag Creativity as a Positive Effect
Indomitable Creativity has been tagged as a negative effect, and asks the player for confirmation before you're able to target your own permanents. As many know, it is the key combo piece in its namesake deck, where you target your own permanents to get your big creatures/permanents on the battlefield. For ease of use, please stop it from asking for confirmation when you target your own permanents, it's quite annoying and clunky to do this extra step.
In previous versions, it must have been tagged as a positive/neutral effect, and didn't require any confirmation. Not sure what changed, but please…

shuffler
when are you going to fix the shuffler , get rid of hand smoothing or provide another game mode where those of us who dont have the time to play best of 3 and dont want hand smoothing. There are several points as to why any of those ideas would be wise. First hand smoothing causes more mana flood/***** then the old shuffler ever did during game play and any experienced player will tell you the opening hand really doesn't mean much, it all depends on what comes after. second is unless you are intentionally messing with win rates hand…

Villainous wealth exiles X cards but does not allow the player to play ANY of the non-land cards.

"The End" immune to Hexproof
The interaction: First main phase: I play "Mossborn Hydra". I press next we are in my second main phase. Opponent plays a revealed "The End" targeting "Mossborn Hydra". I put "Royal Treatment" on the stack targeting "Mossborn Hydra". "Mossborn Hydra" gains hexproof and a Royal Roll token is attached to it. "The End" resolves aka it exile "Moss Born Hydra" and each other instance in my deck, graveyard and hand. Turn off card / board animations
Hello.
Now that Arena has a good player base, with some of them who are playing for a long time ago, i suggest, with a button on the interface, the possibility for the user to
switch off all the card animations / board animations.
For those like me who play a lot and since a while, we get tired of the same animations again and again and it would improve our game experience.
For those with little configurations it would perhaps avoid some crash and improve fluidity of the game.

impossible to open deck from color challenge
If I try to open deck from the colo challenge (click on it) starts the Waiting for the Server page that never closes and the only way to stop that is kill the MGTA process. It's a recursive bug simple to reproduce. Windows 11 (up to date), 64 GB ram, 2 TB SSD disk, NVIDIA GEForce RTX 2070 Super (16 GB ram) with up to date drivers.
I tried to wait, but after 45 minutes I killed the process.

Toph Profile Picture not showing up
I’m using the mobile platform. When I equipped the Toph profile picture for my decks, when looking at my player icon in game, it should show the Toph icon for the player in game, but it shows the Vivian profile picture, even though it shows the Toph profile picture on the deck selection and game intro icons. I tried repairing the game files but that didn’t fix it.
