How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

  2. Leave Historic untouched!

    Just leave historic as it is now.
    We do not want rebalanced cards in historic. We want full copy of physical cards in historic no less, no more.

  3. Cannot succesfully edit sealed deck

    After entering a Midnight Hunt sealed event and saving the deck once, the deck can no longer be successfully edited. It simply continues to reflect the first saved iteration of the deck even after editing the deck and clicking 'Done'

    I am trying to log in to Arena and it just gives me this error of Connection Lost: You have lost your connection to the server

  6. BUG: Mac Client only works in Full Screen mode after KTK update

    If you launch the Mac client in windowed mode (i.e., not in Full Screen mode), you cannot click on anything. Nor can you easily quit the game! (You have to force quit it, e.g., via the Activity Monitor app.)

    The solution is to delete your preferences so that the MTGA client will open in Full Screen mode by default.

    To delete your preferences, open a terminal -- the Terminal app will suffice -- and execute the following commands.

    $ cd ~/Library/Preferences
    $ rm com.wizards.mtga.plist

    You'll have to log back in and reset your client preferences to taste. Just don't uncheck…

  7. Store error: internal error

    I can’t buy things in the store with gold or gems that I have. I bought the $5 beginners pack or whatever it’s called. Now I get “store error: internal error”. Don’t know what to do. Wanna spend money but it won’t let me.

  9. land won't tap

    the land farthest on the left of my screen wouldnt tap. and autotap wouldn't let me tap it either. i tried to play a 5 drop and i had 5 lands, but it wouldn't highlight the farthest land on the left to tap it for mana. i lost because i couldn't play my spell. i lost literally on my opponents turn because i couldn't play my creature spell

    i can't login to my account. on my pc or android. every time i login it says unable and i can either go to forums, reconnect, or log out. please adcise.

  16. Unable to save selection for default card style from collection screen

    Reproduction steps:
    1) Click on Decks > Collection to browse cards
    2) Click on a card with a custom style displayed
    3) Choose the normal card style and click Select
    4) Chosen style displays in collection
    5) Close collection screen and go back to Home screen
    6) Return to collection screen and navigate to the same card

    Expected behavior: card remembers the style selected previously
    Actual behavior: custom style is still displayed

    Note: this is particularly inconvenient for Draft because the custom styles display in packs and cannot be disabled there.

  19. The Ozolith

    The Ozolith's trigger says may transfer the counters to a creature, and yet it forces you to choose a creature even if you don't have any, leading to an opponent's creature having to be selected, leading to game losses.
