How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

  1. Game not loading after "checking for active matches"

    After fully updating and getting through "checking for active matches" the window goes black. It never loads. This is the first time I've had a "the game is unplayable" bug. Reinstalling did nothing. Please help!

  2. deck builder - Bugged decklist checking

    I have my client open and I noticed at the bottom of my selection of decks that on of my decks I have used in the past suddenly says I am missing a card and it is no longer in my collection. I go into the decklist to find the card but it still shows 100/100 for the quantity. No recent ban changes that I can see have affected this list. See attached

  3. Rank reset to spark tier 0

    I just finished up a quick draft in foundations and suddenly my rank reset to spark tier 0. After the victory it showed my rank just below mythic #500 and then when I got back to the draft screen to claim rewards rank was missing. Then checking my profile it showed this spark tier 0 rank. Hopefully there is a way to fix this and show my actual current rank?
    This is on a PC.

  4. App keeps crashing since new update

    Since the new update (02/25/2026), app keeps crashing on opening screen. I've tried force stop/ restart to the same effect. After checking multiple times, it seems to to happen at the "loading initial scene" part of the loading screen.

    This issue is happening on Android for me and so far I haven't made it any further than the losing screen.

  5. Cards not dealing at start of new game

    Bug report for December 28th, 2025, 4:25pm, Central time. I've dropped into a number of games today where there's either an extended attempt to connect with the other player or the game loads but the cards are never dealt. Eventually I get a timeout timer that drops to nothing but remains without giving me a strike. When checking the status of the decks for each player, all values are at 999 (see attached image).

  6. Pick two draft vanished

    Hi, I was playing pick two draft, then checking my quests and could not reenter or start a new run. The event just vanished. The other TMNT-events are still there. If the pick two draft event just ended, then it wasnt announced and I didnt get the gems for the wins I had.

  7. Chocobo styles

    Bought the ff chocobo bundle styles and they didn't show up. I tried restarting the app, checking my mail, and repairing the game files and still nothing

  8. Timeless: Rofellos, Llanowar Emissary, is not displayed.

    While trying to build a deck, I found a bug where Rofellos, Llanowar Emissary isn't displayed as Timeless.
    Checking the deck-building screens for Brawl and Historic, it is displayed there.
    This bug likely only occurs with Timeless cards, so please fix it.

  9. Bug / Wildcards lost

    "Yesterday, I used wildcards to craft 3 copies of Kona, Rescue Beastie for a new deck and played several matches with it. Today, the game is telling me that the deck is incomplete.

    Upon checking my collection, the 3 copies of Kona are missing, even though my wildcard count has decreased accordingly. Could you please check my account logs and restore the missing cards or the spent wildcards? Thank you!"

  10. Game crashed, game won't let me in coz it keeps going into the game that crashed when it searches for active matches

    The game crashed while playing a friend, after restarting the game several times it's no longer letting me back into the game as it's checking for active matches, then putting me in the game that glitched & locking me in the waiting screeen. I literally can't play the game anymore.

  11. lasting tarfire

    Yesterday, when i was playing a bo3 ecl draft. I found that the card "Lasting Tarfire" produce a bug.
    The card text decribes that "at the beginning of EACH end step, if you put a counter on a creature this turn, this enchantment deals 2 damage to each oppoent." But. When i use Gristle Glutton to blight my creature, expecting to trigger the enchantment"s ability, to my great disappointment, the ability failed to trigger.
    I got no idea at that time. and now after checking for several times, i make sure that it must be a bug, which makes me…

  12. Unable to view certain Cards

    Several cards that I’m trying to add to my deck are not showing up even after triple checking my filters. Some of these are cards like Nightscape Familiar and Veyran, Voice of duality. I’ve asked around and people say that theses are on mtg arena, but I can’t find them even for a timeless deck.

  13. BUG - Fatal Push Revolt Not Recognized

    Fatal push targeted a 4 CMC creature. Revolt was online because of touch the spirit realm channel on my own creature earlier in the same turn. Fatal push resolves but does not destroy the creature after giving a warning popup. After checking the rulings there is no reason that the ttsr channel would not enable revolt

  16. Game not working 28.12.25

    Games either do not queue at all, or eventually load and neither player is showed a hand or any sort of timer. Concede button does not work. I have tried the 'Repair game files' option. I have checked the 'Status' page (which claims there are no incidents reported. I have tried using a VPN to use servers in different countries and on different continents. Nothing works. The game is apparently not functioning at all.

  17. Can’t enter battles

    I click to enter a battle and nothing happens. The timer keeps running up, it says waiting for opponent, the screen never changes It will let me cancel out of it. This has been happening since 330 pm est. I’ve checked for app updates and restarted both the app and my iPad.

  18. Blatant cheating - Check this log.

    Blatant Cheating! This guy apparently had all phantom mana he needed to dump his entire hand and kill me in a single turn. PLEASE check the game log for this match!

  19. Can't enter games for long time (cancel after 11+ min) or can't play when entering

    I can't suddenly play. Got up to 9/15 wins, but now I either can't join games or when I rarely enter the game I don't either get cards. Or when I get cards, the game is frozen waiting on opponent to decide if to mulligan, even after the timer has expired. Tried ranked and regular alchemy with two decks. Restarted phone. Fixed game files. Checked that I have latest update in Google store.

  20. Fullscreen setting doesn't stick

    On Windows 10, playing game through Steam for PC, when I change the graphics setting to fullscreen it stays that way only for the tab you are on. For example, on the main game bar at the top you select the "Packs" tab and enable full screen it will remain that way while on that tab. The moment you switch to another tab such as "Home" or "Store" it will revert to a windowed version of the game when it gathers data from the server. This issue remains persistent for all tabs and when checking the setting it will show…
