How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

Unable to use Mazemind Tome Artstyle despite owning the same set of card
Today's daily deal had the Parallax "Foundations" version of card Mazemind Tome.
I have the regular Foundations version of the card so I purchased the parallax version and went to my collection to apply it and it is not available. I have included a screen shot of the store showing it was purchased and no longer available. And another screen shot showing my collection with the regular Foundations card but not the parallax version I just purchased.63 votes -

Missing Fleem cosmetic despite fulfilling the requirements

No Fleem cosmetic
I am writing regarding a missing cosmetic item (“Fleem”) on my MTG Arena account.
I preordered the Mastery Package well before the preorder deadline and opened 10 packs. However, after logging into MTG Arena, the Fleem cosmetic was not added to my account and does not appear in my collection or cosmetics inventory.
I have already checked my Inbox, Collection (including “Not Collected” filters), restarted the client, and logged out/in, but the item is still missing.
Could you please verify my account entitlement for the Mastery Package preorder and grant the Fleem cosmetic if it was not correctly…

Maizmind tome just do regard 1 not regard 2 when you use this artefact, can you fix it ?

Cosmetic not applying for Brawl Commander Ambergris, Citadel Agent
I used gold to purchase the upgraded cosmetic for the card Ambergris, Citadel Agent. When I pull the new card into the commander slot for brawl, the cosmetic resets to standard after it prompts me to select from the color wheel (which is specific to specialize commanders for brawl). I purchased this cosmetic in order to use it in this brawl deck.

retro artifact
Certain Retro Artifact card styles are unusable if already purchased and some cannot be purchased at all. Ranges from uncommon to mythic (examples: Ornithopter, Soul-Guide Lantern, Ichor Wellspring, Key to the City, Mazemind Tome, Foundry Inspector, Inspiring Statuary, Scrap Trawler, Aetherflux Reservoir, Mystic Forge, Self-Assembler and Platinum Angel).
Bug is on Mac and Android Mobile

Card style
I recently purchased the card style for "Mazemind Tome "at the store, but it is not being applied. Since I used gems to make the purchase, if you do not intend to fix this bug, I would like an immediate refund.

Fleem Cosmetic
Another Fleem post (voting for a similar idea does not seem adequate). I purchased the Mastery Pass prior to the deadline and received no Fleem cosmetics.

Missing Cards
I woke up this morning and started playing some MTGA mobile (iOS) and shortly noticed that may of my decks are missing cards. I played some last night, built a new deck, and after playing a game with it went to bed. On reflection I had cards missing then too. Not all my cards were available to build with. Many of the missing cards are from starter decks, but not all the cards will be missing from a single deck, some will be left. Also, some of the decks with missing cards are still playable. Bandit's Talent Cosmetic Display Problem
For the last couple of weeks the Bandit's Talent Cosmetic has not been displaying fully when on the battlefield. I attach both screenshot of the latest example and the log file. Please note that this problem occurs constantly and not only when the opponent concedes during the casting of the card, as in this case. I have already checked validity of the card files etc and the problem has persisted. The basic card displays normally.

Alchemy card cosmetic as reward in non-alchemy event
I have received Alchemy card cosmetic as reward in a non-alchemy event (Midweek Magic Foundations Draft) and also have seen other people complaining about it. I do not wish to have anything to do with Alchemy and would like to receive rewards appropriate to the type of event I have decided to play.

Not getting midweek magic cosmetic reward
For the past 3 weeks I have not received the 3rd reward for any midweek magic event even though I have completed at least 3 wins in each event. I will get the first 2 card rewards but I have not received any of the cosmetic rewards.
