How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

Server Issues
Auto-conceding battles because of server issues. Checked own connections and network and no issues with anything outside of the MTG Arena app.

Earn A Deck Not Awarding Deck
I'm not getting the correct daily rewards on my account, today I didn't get the deck I was getting on a daily basis.
In daily missions. I was supposed to win a new deck today, I completed the mission but I didn't receive it. The last one I received yesterday was DIMIR HOUSE (black and blue).

Fullscreen is actually Borderless Windowed Mode
As the title says, it is obvious that the Fullscreen Option actually enables Borderless Windowed Mode. There is no actual Fullscreen option. This can be seen by either alt-tabbing (which happens instantly, not possible in actual fullscreen) or by minimizing another window, which shows Arena behind it, proving that it is running in a window. I really don't get why this is a thing.

Error Updating Data
The game is stuck on startup.
It says : "Error Updating Data - Please check your connection and try again".Obviously my connection work just fine. I think this is a bug.

Full Control Mode deactivates itself
Just lost another match, because Full Control Mode deactivates itself. A lot of times I can prevent those losses, because I press Ctrl like a maniac during the same turn. This time I activated Full Control Mode in my first main phase, then attacked with Gallia of the Last Dance. I had no chance to play my card before the triggered ability resolved, resulting in having to discard unlucky exactly that card. Normally I would play it with Gallia's trigger on stack. Really frustrating to lose a game and my ressources for that event (1.500 Gems) like this. Please fix!

Games froze during draft game, i disconnect, and when enters it remains in the same froze game. I cannot play.

Opponent Mirror Matching
- I build a new deck
- I play a mirror match, sometimes for several games in a row
Question (please answer): Can you provide us with details on WHY this happens, how we can avoid it, and consider a game format that has ZERO influence on player matching? What's wrong with random matching? It allows your customers to test decks properly rather than with the Arena finger on the scale.

can not mute players
The mute function stops working after the first game now. After the last update mute no longer works correctly in that after the first game that one mutes a player the mute button stays on mute for the next game but does not mute the next player at all. In the game after a player is muted the new opponent still can post emote and their pet is still active, the option for unmute only available. Clicking unmute in an attempt to mute again does

Opponent segregation makes this a very unenjoyable game. Program chooses opponents based on decks used. Needs to be random.
The deck I use determines the deck I will face. This is unrealistic. Opponent selection should be either entirely random or by deck ranking based on performance. As things are, a deck becomes boring because it faces ONLY the same type of deck over and over again. A few decks fall into the program's algorithm for multiple deck types and that is more enjoyable, but it only makes the opponent selection algorithm obvious. MGTA needs to be more like MTG real-time in opponent selection - random or by deck ranking.

I need to be able to install all my software to my D: drive
Please make MTG Arena able to install to my D: drive. My C: drive is an SSD that is not large enough to hold my programs. My D: drive is plenty big. Most software that I install allows the user to install to a drive of their choice. Why doesn't yours?

Game just skipped through my turn
The game just skipped through my turn, i had a mountain and dropped a forest, went to drag the wolfwillow to play and it just skips through the rest of my turn
